Description

The present invention relates to a window modified to improve heat insulation.

In order to improve heat insulation, it has been conventionally performed to install an inner window on the indoor side of an existing window. The inner window is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame, but if the expected size of the existing frame is not enough, a cover frame is attached to the indoor side of the existing frame and the frame is extended to the indoor side. (See, for example, Non-Patent Document 1).
The conventional one only improved the heat insulation of the window itself, and there was no one that could cope with the insulation modification including the floor.

As shown in FIG. 3, small caps 17 and 29 made of resin are attached to the upper and lower ends of the vertical cover material 9b, and the small caps 17 and 29 cover the small covers of the vertical cover material 9b and the vertical cover frame 8b. Yes. The horizontal cover material 9a has its longitudinal end portion squeezed into the finding surface cover portion 14 of the vertical cover material 9b.

The heat insulation panel 3 provided on the indoor side of the existing wall 2 uses a vacuum heat insulating material, and more specifically, a urethane resin is sprayed into a bent-box-shaped interior, and a vacuum is applied so as to contact the urethane resin. A heat insulation panel is provided by placing a heat insulating material and spraying urethane resin on it. The thickness of the heat insulation panel 3 is 14 mm. A decorative material such as wallpaper or cloth can be attached to the surface of the heat insulating panel 3. In addition, the heat insulation panel 3 is not limited to the above-described one, but includes all those having heat insulation properties such as glass wool, urethane panel, and honeycomb board.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the small edge 3 a of the heat insulating panel 3 is substantially in contact with the expected surface cover portion 13 of the cover materials 9 a and 9 b. The small edge 3a of the heat insulating panel 3 may be in close contact with the prospective surface cover portion 13 or may have a gap of about 1 to 2 mm. A sealing material 18 is placed in a corner between the heat insulating panel 3 and the prospective surface cover portion 13.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a resin plate 19 is provided across the inner peripheral side surfaces of the three existing frames 6 a and 6 b and the cover frames 8 a and 8 b. An end 19a on the outdoor side of the resin plate 19 is abutted against an angle 20 of the frame of the existing outer window 10, and the angle 20 and the resin plate 19 are substantially flush with each other. The end 19b on the indoor side of the resin plate 19 is in contact with the parting materials 7a and 7b (the cover frames 8a and 8b or the cover materials 9a and 9b) and is hidden. The resin plate 19 is provided with a plurality of streak-shaped break grooves 21 on the back surface at intervals in the expected direction. By appropriately folding the resin plates 19 with the break grooves 21, the existing frame 6a, 6b and the upper frames 8a, 8b The expected dimension can be adjusted according to the expected dimension. The resin plate 19 is attached to the inner peripheral side surfaces of the existing frames 6a and 6b and the cover frames 8a and 8b with a double-sided tape or an adhesive so that they can be easily replaced.

The heat insulation panel 23 provided on the existing flooring 22 is used by using a vacuum heat insulating material in the same manner as the heat insulation panel 3 provided on the indoor side of the existing wall 2. As shown in FIG. 1, a height adjusting material 25 is provided between the lower frame 4 b of the inner window 1 and the existing flooring 22, whereby the upper end 26 of the lower frame 4 b of the inner window 1 is newly installed flooring. The height is approximately the same as the upper surface of 24. The thickness of the height adjusting member 25 is substantially the same as the thickness of the heat insulating panel 23. A resin plate 19 is provided on the upper surface of the existing flooring 22 between the angle 20 of the frame of the existing outer window 10 and the height adjusting member 25. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a baseboard 36 is attached to a corner portion between the lower end portion of the heat insulating panel 3 on the wall and the outdoor end portion of the new flooring 24.

Since the frame 4 of the inner window 1 protrudes more indoors than the heat insulating panel 3 on the wall, as shown in FIG. 2, the newly installed flooring 24 has a lower frame 4b, a frame 4c, and a parting material 7b as shown in FIG. A notch 27 is provided on the outdoor side so as to escape the air. A resin-made angle 28 is attached to a portion facing the lower end 4b of the inner window 1 on the outdoor end of the new flooring 24.

As shown in FIG. 4, the fore edge cap 29 attached to the lower end of the vertical cover member 9 b protrudes upward from the fore edge contact portion 30 that contacts the fore edge of the vertical cover member 9 b and the fore edge contact portion 30. While having the insertion part 31 inserted in the hollow part of 9b, it has the plate-shaped clearance gap closing part 32 which protrudes from the vertical cover material 9b on the indoor side. The gap closing portion 32 protrudes 15 mm toward the indoor side from the finding surface cover portion 14 of the vertical cover member 9 b and extends 5 mm toward the outer peripheral side from the expected surface cover portion 13. The fore edge contact portion 30 is provided at a position slightly lower than the upper surface of the gap closing portion 32.
The forehead cap 29 is attached to the lower end portion of the vertical cover material 9b by inserting the insertion portion 31 into the hollow portion of the vertical cover material 9b, and the vertical cover material 9b is fitted into the upper frame 8b with the forehead cap 29 attached in advance. When attached, the small cap 29 is placed on the new flooring 24. Since the fore edge cap 29 has a plate-like gap closing portion 32 that protrudes to the indoor side and the outer peripheral side of the vertical cover material 9b, the new flooring 24 is cut by the gap closing portion 32 as shown in FIG. A gap between the notch 27 and the vertical cover member 9b is covered. Further, the end portion of the angle 28 in the longitudinal direction is squeezed into the gap closing portion 32, and the fore edge of the angle 28 is not exposed. Since the small edge cap 29 is not screwed to the vertical cover material 9b, there is no need to process the vertical cover material 9b, and no trouble occurs even if the vertical cover material 9b contracts due to heat.

Next, an example of the construction procedure of this window will be described. First, the cover frames 8a and 8b are attached to the indoor side of the existing frames 6a and 6b. Next, the resin plate 19 is attached to the inner peripheries of the existing picture frames 6a and 6b and the cover frames 8a and 8b, and the resin plate 19 and the height adjusting material 25 are attached on the existing flooring 22. Next, the frame 4 of the inner window 1 is attached from above the resin plate 19 and the height adjustment element 25. Next, the heat insulation panel 23 and the new flooring 24 are provided on the existing flooring 22 in an overlapping manner. Next, the cover materials 9a and 9b having the small caps 17 and 29 attached in advance to the upper and lower ends are fitted and attached to the cover frames 8a and 8b from the indoor side. Then, the heat insulation panel 3 is attached to the indoor side of the existing wall 2, and the small edge 3a of the heat insulation panel 3 is brought into contact with or close to the expected surface cover portion 13 of the cover materials 9a and 9b.

As described above, the window of the present embodiment is provided with the inner window 1 to improve the heat insulating property of the window itself. In addition, the heat insulating panel 3 is provided on the indoor side of the existing wall 2 and the existing flooring 22 is provided. By providing the heat insulation panel 23 on top of each other, the heat insulation of the wall and the floor can be improved together, and the heat insulation of the entire room can be improved. Since the upper end 26 of the lower frame 4b of the inner window 1 is substantially the same height as the upper surface of the newly installed flooring 24, the lower frame 4b of the inner window 1 is lower than the floor surface and no step is formed. The lower frame 4b is unlikely to obstruct traffic and can be reformed in consideration of barrier-free. Further, since the lower frame 4b of the inner window 1 does not protrude from the floor surface, the interior design is refreshed together with the cover frames 9a and 9b covering the cover frames 8a and 8b and the frame 4 of the inner window 1. . By providing the angle 28 at the outdoor side end of the new flooring 24, the edge of the new flooring 24 is covered with the angle 28, so that the design is good and the end of the new flooring 24 is not damaged. Further, a small cap 29 is attached to the lower end portion of the vertical cover material 9b, and the small cap 29 is placed on the new floor material 24, so that there is a gap between the vertical cover material 9b and the new floor material 24. There is no design, so the design is good. Further, it is possible to prevent the fore edge of the vertical cover material 9b from damaging the newly installed flooring 24.
Since the fore edge cap 29 has a gap closing portion 32 that protrudes to the indoor side and the outer peripheral side of the vertical cover material 9b, even if the notch 27 is provided on the newly installed flooring 24 to be rough and large, Since the gap of the vertical cover material 9b can be hidden by the gap closing portion 32, the processing in the vicinity of the window frame of the new flooring 22 can be simplified.
Since this window uses the existing wall 2, existing frame 6a, 6b, and existing flooring 22 as they are, construction is easy.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the window of the present invention, which corresponds to the first embodiment in which the heat insulating panel 23 between the existing flooring 22 and the new flooring 24 is omitted. Even when the heat insulation panel 23 is omitted in this manner, the heat insulation of the floor can be improved by providing the new floor material 24 so as to overlap the existing floor material 22. Moreover, the heat insulation of a floor can be further improved by using what is equipped with a heat insulating material integrally as the newly installed flooring 24. FIG. A small cap 29 similar to that of the first embodiment is attached to the lower end portion of the vertical cover member 9 b, and the small cap 29 is placed on the new flooring 24.
On the existing flooring 22, the resin plate 19 is provided from the indoor side edge of the angle 20 of the frame of the existing outer window 10 to a position where it abuts on the angle 28 of the outdoor side end of the new flooring 24. The lower frame 4b of the window 1 is attached on the existing flooring 22 with the resin plate 19 interposed therebetween without the height adjusting member 25 being interposed. The upper end 26 of the lower frame 4 b of the inner window 1 is substantially the same height as the upper surface of the new flooring 24.

As described above, when the heat insulation panel 23 is provided between the existing and new flooring materials 22 and 24, the height adjustment material 25 is used, and when the heat insulation panel 23 is not provided, the height adjustment material 25 is omitted. Also in this case, the upper end 26 of the lower frame 4b of the inner window 1 can be made substantially the same height as the upper surface of the new flooring 24.

As described above, the present invention can reform various windows including walls, floors, and picture frames, thereby improving heat insulation and design. The window of the present invention can cope with both the case where the heat insulation panel 23 and the new floor material 24 are provided on the existing floor material 22 and the case where only the new floor material 24 is provided. A grade can be appropriately selected.

見切材7a,7b(ふかし枠8a,8b及びカバー材9a,9b)の断面形状や材質は、適宜変更することができる。 The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. The window type of the outer window 10 and the inner window 1 is arbitrary, and is not limited to the sliding window, and may be an opening window or a sliding window. The inner window 1 is preferably a resin sash, but may be an aluminum sash or a wooden sash. The cross-sectional shape and the material of the parting materials 7a and 7b (the cover frames 8a and 8b and the cover materials 9a and 9b) can be appropriately changed. The frame includes all members provided on the inner periphery of the window opening, such as a pillar, a sill, and a duck. The covering material for covering the inner peripheral side of the existing frame may be a resin sheet, a wood sheet, a heat insulating film material, or the like. The small cap 29 attached to the lower end of the cover material 9b may not cover the gap closing portion 32 protruding from the cover material 9b on the indoor side, but merely cover the small opening of the cover material 9b.
