Description
表1に示す配合処方において、各成分を質量部基準で配合して、120℃に予め加熱したミキシングロールで混練することにより、熱可塑性の粘着剤組成物の混練物を調製した。
表1に示す配合処方において、各成分を質量部基準で配合して、実施例1〜10と同様に処理して、厚み0.78mmの樹脂成形品用補強シートを作製した。(図1(a)参照)。なお、補強層の厚みは、0.60mmであった。
タフテックH1043:スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン/エチレンおよびブタジエン比:67質量%/33質量%、MFR(200℃、5kg):5.0g/10分、MFR(230℃、2.16kg):2.0g/10分、旭化成ケミカルズ社製
タフテックH1051:スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン/エチレンおよびブタジエン比:42質量%/58質量%、MFR(200℃、5kg):0.5g/10分、MFR(230℃、2.16kg):0.8g/10分、旭化成ケミカルズ社製
アサプレンT432:商品名、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン/ブタジエン比:30質量%/70質量%、旭化成ケミカルズ社製
タフプレンA:商品名、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン/ブタジエン比:40%/60質量%、旭化成ケミカルズ製
YSポリスターT160:テルペンフェノール共重合体、軟化点(環球法)160℃、重量平均分子量1200(標準PS換算に基づくGPC法)、ガラス転移点(DSC法)103℃、ヤスハラケミカル社製
アルコンP150:水素添加テルペン樹脂、軟化点(環球法)150℃、重量平均分子量750(標準PS換算に基づくGPC法)、ガラス転移点(DSC法)93℃、荒川化学工業社製

(評価)
得られた実施例1〜10および比較例1について、曲げ強度および粘着力を次のように評価した。
1)樹脂成形品用補強シートの曲げ強度
実施例1〜10および比較例1の樹脂成形品用補強シートを、厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板に、補強層とポリプロピレン板とが接触するように、貼着し、次いで、それらを80℃(密着温度)に設定された乾燥機に10分間投入して、それらを密着させて、積層板を得た。その後、乾燥機から取り出した積層板を、長さ150mm×幅25mmの大きさに外形加工して試験片を得た。
2)加熱後の補強層の粘着力(加熱後粘着力)
実施例1〜10および比較例1において形成した補強層のみについて、剥離速度300mm/分でJIS Z0237(2009年)の90度ピール試験によって、ポリプロピレン板に対する加熱後粘着力をそれぞれ測定した。

Claims (6)
- 拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備え、
前記補強層が、ポリマーを含有する粘着剤組成物から形成され、
前記ポリマーが、共役ジエン類および芳香族ビニル単量体を含有する単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有し、
前記芳香族ビニル単量体の含有割合が、前記単量体に対して、35質量%以上であることを特徴とする、樹脂成形品用補強シート。 - 前記粘着剤組成物が、さらに、軟化点が120℃未満の低軟化点粘着付与剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 樹脂成形品用補強シートを樹脂成形品に貼着し、次いで、80℃以上に加熱して、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に密着させることにより、前記樹脂成形品を補強する工程を備え、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートは、
拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備え、前記補強層が、ポリマーおよび粘着付与剤を含有する粘着剤組成物から形成され、前記粘着付与剤が、軟化点が120℃以上の高軟化点粘着付与剤を含有し、前記ポリマーが、共役ジエン類および芳香族ビニル単量体を含有する単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有しているか、または、
拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備え、前記補強層が、ポリマーを含有する粘着剤組成物から形成され、前記ポリマーが、共役ジエン類および芳香族ビニル単量体を含有する単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有し、前記芳香族ビニル単量体の含有割合が、前記単量体に対して、35質量%以上である
ことを特徴とする、樹脂成形品の補強構造の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを、予め、80℃以上に加熱し、次いで、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の樹脂成形品の補強構造の製造方法。
- 樹脂成形品用補強シートを樹脂成形品に貼着する工程、および、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートおよび/または前記樹脂成形品を80℃以上に加熱して、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に密着させることにより、前記樹脂成形品を補強する工程
を備え、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートは、
拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備え、前記補強層が、ポリマーおよび粘着付与剤を含有する粘着剤組成物から形成され、前記粘着付与剤が、軟化点が120℃以上の高軟化点粘着付与剤を含有し、前記ポリマーが、共役ジエン類および芳香族ビニル単量体を含有する単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有しているか、または、
拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備え、前記補強層が、ポリマーを含有する粘着剤組成物から形成され、前記ポリマーが、共役ジエン類および芳香族ビニル単量体を含有する単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有し、前記芳香族ビニル単量体の含有割合が、前記単量体に対して、35質量%以上である
ことを特徴とする、樹脂成形品の補強方法。 - 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着する工程では、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを、予め、80℃以上に加熱し、次いで、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の樹脂成形品の補強方法。
