Claims (3)
- 石灰窒素を還元剤として、マグネシウム化合物を還元するマグネシウム製錬方法であって、
塩化マグネシウム水和物MgCl 2 ・n(H 2 O)を加熱処理して得られた塩基性マグネシウム塩Mg(OH)Clを前記マグネシウム化合物として使用することを特徴とする、マグネシウム製錬方法。 - 前記加熱処理において、
炭酸カルシウムCaCO3、水酸化カルシウムCa(OH)2および/または、酸化カルシウムCaOを用いて、前記塩化マグネシウム水和物の加熱時に発生する塩酸ガスを塩化カルシウムとして固定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマグネシウム製錬方法。 - 前記加熱処理の処理温度を150℃から800℃とした、請求項1または請求項2に記載のマグネシウム製錬方法。
