Description
Claims (11)
- 皮膚の処理のためのデバイスであって、
予め決定されたパルス時間の間レーザビームを生成するレーザ源と、
前記レーザビームを焦点へとフォーカスする光学系であって、前記光学系は、前記皮膚の真皮層内に前記焦点の位置を合わせるように構成されるレーザビームマニピュレータを有する、光学系と、
前記皮膚の局所的に最も深いくぼみのラインの位置情報を取得する手段と、
を有し、
前記焦点の大きさ及び生成した前記レーザビームのパワーは、前記焦点内において、前記レーザビームが前記皮膚の真皮層内の皮膚組織に対する特性閾値を超えるパワー密度を持つようなものであり、前記予め決定されたパルス時間の間前記特性閾値を超えると、レーザ誘起光学的破壊(LIOB)現象が前記皮膚組織において発生し、
前記光学系は、前記皮膚の局所的に最も深いくぼみのラインの位置情報に基づいて前記レーザビームマニピュレータを制御するように構成される制御ユニットを有し、
前記レーザビームマニピュレータは、前記ラインの下の、処理されるべき前記皮膚の真皮層内に対して前記焦点の位置を合わせるように構成される、デバイス。 - 処理されるべき皮膚の表面に関する形態的情報を決定し得る皮膚表面画像センサを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、前記形態的情報に基づいて調節可能である、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームの波長は、800nm〜1100nmである、請求項1に記載デバイス。
- 前記予め決定されたパルス時間は、100ps〜10nsである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記予め決定されたパルス時間は、100fs〜100psの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームマニピュレータは、前記デバイス使用時に前記デバイスが前記皮膚に接触する面の下方に0.5mm〜1.5mmの処理深さに前記焦点の位置を合わせるように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記皮膚の表面で測定された、レーザビームパルスの到達可能なエネルギレベルは、0.1mJ〜10mJである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記LIOB現象により生成されたプラズマにおいて測定された、レーザビームパルスの到達可能なエネルギレベルは、0.1mJ〜5mJである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- レーザビームパルスのフルエンスは、前記皮膚の表面と前記真皮層との間の皮膚の領域において多くても3J/cm2である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、少なくとも0.2の開口数を持つ、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
