Description
The present invention relates to a water turbine power generation unit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water turbine power generation unit that generates power with a water wheel installed in a water channel.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, small-sized water turbine power generators installed in agricultural waterways are known. In many cases, dust or the like flows in a water channel in which this turbine power generator is installed, and a power generator with a dust removing device for removing the dust is also known. There is also known a water turbine generator that provides a guide vane to a water turbine to control the water flow flowing into the runner. Among these conventional technologies, for example, a configuration in which a screen is installed on a cover of a water intake port by removing power such as hydroelectric power generation is known.
For example, a curved screen is proposed in which one end is fixed to the upper part of the water inlet and the other end is fixed to the upstream water bottom of the water inlet (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, as a guide vane provided on the inflow side, the tip of the runner approaches the runner, and the water flow passing through the back of the guide vane is separated from the flow on the screen and guided to the water wheel (see, for example, Patent Document 2) ), Or a rotatable guide vane that is provided between the upper wall and the lower wall of the casing and controls the direction of water flow flowing to the upper wall side (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
Furthermore, as a hydroelectric generator for agricultural irrigation canals, in addition to the unit configuration that squeezes the water flow and causes the water wheel to rotate downward and rotate the water wheel, the water flow that overflows on the horizontally installed screen goes downstream along with the garbage. The thing of the structure which flows is also known (for example, refer patent document 4). Moreover, although it is the structure installed in the state which inclined the screen, what was set as the structure which allows excess water including garbage to pass through when a water flow overflows is known (for example, refer patent document 5).
However, it is difficult to say that a device for installing a screen for removing dust is configured to efficiently remove dust along a water flow when installed in a water channel or the like. For example, since the dust removed by the screen inclined linearly accumulates on the screen, maintenance for removing this dust by all means is necessary. Also, at present, no effective troubleshooting technique has been disclosed for the treatment of fine dust that has passed through the screen and has flowed into the water turbine.
In addition, the conventional vane configuration is provided on the inflow side and rotates, but has a function of guiding the water flow to the water turbine side. Further, the guide vane has a function of adjusting the direction of water flow and the amount of water flowing, and the vane rotates along the direction of water flow to the water turbine. What is provided in the lower part of the water wheel is an adjustment device that adjusts the amount of water. The adjustment device is fixedly installed, and the adjustment operation is unavoidable.
This adjusting device has a fixed configuration as described above because of the necessity to limit the amount of water, and if there is an intrusion of dust or the like, it may cause a trouble in the device. In addition, these conventional guide vanes and adjusting devices need to be maintained in the water anyway or after being left unaffected by the water flow. Although the apparatus having the conventional configuration is called small when the screen is included, it is actually a considerably large apparatus. The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem and achieves the following object.

[Embodiment 1]
The water turbine
The water turbine
Although there are various types of
On the other hand, the water wheel used for this
The lower half of the
The
At the upper position of the
The inside of the
As described above, the installation configuration of the
Although the water flow is guided to the
Since the garbage does not stay on the
The
When the fine dust that has passed through the
Accordingly, since the dust is removed in the course of natural flow, troubles in which the
The upper
On the other hand, in the
The open / close configuration of the
The water turbine

[Embodiment 2]
As described above in detail, the first embodiment basically has the above-described configuration. Next, the second embodiment will be described. FIG. 3 shows an example in which a water turbine
That is, the upstream side (inflow side) of the water turbine
[Embodiment 3]
FIG. 4 is a partial sectional view showing a modification of the
In the first and second embodiments described above, if a part of the water flow abuts against the back surface of the blade surface of the
[Embodiment 4]
FIG. 5 is a partial view of the fourth embodiment showing the turbine
The upper end portion of the adjustment bar 32b projects over the upper portion of the
The

FIGS. 6 and 7 are
The

[Embodiment 6]

8 and 9 show the configuration of the
Since the sixth embodiment is a simple type, the elevating

On the other hand, a
