Description
The present invention relates to a cap piercing sampling device that is used in a clinical testing device such as a blood coagulation analyzer and collects a sample (blood) from a hermetically sealed sample container for use in testing.
When sampling a sample from a sample container containing blood in a clinical test apparatus, particularly a blood coagulation analyzer, which handles blood as a sample, for example, a single-row multi-rack rack that holds a plurality of blood collection tubes in a line Alternatively, the sample is sampled at a predetermined sampling position in a transfer system (for example, see Patent Document 1) using an annular multi-rack rack that holds a plurality of blood collection tubes in an annular shape.
As is well known, the sample dispenser is lowered and inserted into the sample container, and a sample dispenser is provided at a predetermined position after a predetermined amount of sample is sucked into the sample dispenser by means of a pump or the like. Move to the inspection section (reaction cuvette) and dispense into the reaction cuvette.
In this case, the sample container is sealed with a cap such as a rubber stopper or a seal so as to reduce the risk of blood infection at a medical site.
In order to sample a sample from a sealed sample container, the sample dispenser must be inserted through the cap into the sample container and suck the sample, but in order to suck the sample from the sealed sample container However, if air or other inert purge gas does not enter the sample container as it is sucked, it cannot be sucked accurately. For this reason, an appropriate ventilation mechanism is usually provided separately from the sample dispenser. Such a method of sampling a sample without removing the cap from the sealed sample container is called a cap piercing method or a CTS (Closed Tube Sampling) method.
The ventilation mechanism has a coaxial tube structure in which a suction thin tube (a tube having a central through hole) corresponding to a sample dispenser and a ventilation thin tube (a tube having a second through hole) are provided coaxially. A sample suction tube is known that sucks a sample through its central through hole and vents it through a second through hole (see Patent Document 2).
Also, a sample in which a dispensing thin tube corresponding to a sample dispenser (a tube portion provided with a liquid feeding hole) and a ventilation thin tube (a tube portion provided with an air vent hole) are integrally formed of a resin in a rod-shaped body Dispensing tubes (liquid dispensing needles) are known (see Patent Document 3).
However, in the conventional cap piercing sampling device, the sample dispenser and the ventilating thin tube are integrally configured, so that the sampling mechanism including the piping and the cleaning mechanism becomes larger and complicated, and the sample dispenser is inspected. The movement is also mechanically and space-constrained. In particular, in the case of a coaxial tube structure (double tube structure), the sample also adheres to the ventilating narrow tube, and the droplet of the sample adhering to the ventilating narrow tube upon dispensing into the reaction cuvette in the inspection section enters the reaction cuvette. It may fall and impair dispensing accuracy.
Therefore, it is possible to separate the ventilating capillary tube from the sample dispenser, and as a substitute for the ventilating capillary tube, an independent drilling mechanism with a drilling needle that opens a hole for ventilation in the cap of the sample container can be provided separately. The sampling mechanism around the sample dispenser itself is simplified, but on the other hand, a drilling mechanism for ventilation is newly provided, and the configuration of the entire sampling apparatus including the cleaning unit of the drilling needle is complicated. It is inevitable to do.
In order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, the present invention is a cap piercing sampling device that separates a ventilation thin tube from a sample dispenser, and replaces the ventilation thin tube with a hole for ventilation in the cap of the sample container. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sampling device which is provided with an independent piercing mechanism including a piercing needle for opening a hole and is mechanically simplified including a cleaning mechanism for the piercing needle.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the sampling device of the present invention according to claim 1 is configured to sample a sample in a sample container at a predetermined sampling position by a sample dispenser supported so as to be movable back and forth with respect to the sample container sealed by a cap. Cap piercing sampling device that sucks and dispenses into the reaction cuvette of the inspection unit, has a hollow piercing needle at the tip, pierces the piercing needle into the cap of the sample container, opens a hole, A piercing arm having a sample dispenser passing through a hollow portion of the piercing needle and a cleaning arm having a cleaning liquid injection portion for injecting a cleaning liquid from an opening of the piercing needle, the piercing arm having a sampling position and a cleaning pot It can be moved to both positions of the cleaning part and can be moved up and down at both positions. It has a connecting arm that moves following the lowering of the arm to the cleaning section, and each rack extends in the direction of movement of the connecting arm and the cleaning arm, and a pinion that engages with these racks is provided on the same axis, and cleaning is performed. When the diameter of the pinion that meshes with the rack of the arm is set larger than the diameter of the pinion that meshes with the rack of the connecting arm, when the perforating arm is lowered to the position of the cleaning pot of the cleaning unit, the cleaning liquid injection unit of the cleaning arm is It is configured to be connected to the opening.
In this case, the diameter of the pinion meshing with the rack of the connecting arm and the cleaning arm is appropriately adjusted according to the moving distance of the cleaning arm with respect to the moving distance of the perforating arm (connecting arm).
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the sampling device according to the first aspect, wherein an elastic means is interposed between the connecting arm or the cleaning arm and the housing member (fixing member), and the elastic means The connecting arm and the cleaning arm are configured to return to a preset home position by using the elastic force of.
According to the sampling apparatus of the present invention, cap piercing provided with a perforating mechanism that separates the ventilating capillary from the sample dispenser and provides a hole for venting in the cap of the sample container as an alternative to the ventilating capillary This type of sampling device has a hollow piercing needle at the tip, punctures the piercing needle into the cap of the sample container, opens a hole, and cleans the piercing arm that allows the sample dispenser to pass through the hollow portion of the piercing needle Since the cleaning arm having the cleaning liquid injection part for injecting the cleaning liquid from the opening of the perforation needle is also moved downward as it moves down to the cleaning part, it is driven without the need for a drive mechanism for the cleaning arm. The cleaning liquid injection part of the cleaning arm can be connected to the opening of the perforating needle with a simple operation, and the perforating arm cleaning machine It is possible to constitute the entire sampling apparatus compact, including.
In addition, as a configuration in which the cleaning arm descends as the piercing arm descends, it has a connecting arm that moves as the piercing arm descends to the cleaning unit, and each rack is moved in the moving direction of the coupling arm and the cleaning arm. The pinion that engages with these racks is provided on the same axis, and the diameter of the pinion that meshes with the rack of the cleaning arm is set larger than the diameter of the pinion that meshes with the rack of the connecting arm, thereby cleaning the moving distance of the drilling arm. The moving distance of the arm can be easily adjusted, and the cleaning liquid injection part of the cleaning arm can be suitably connected to the opening of the perforation needle.
On the other hand, it is a cap piercing sampling device that uses a piercing mechanism with a piercing needle that pierces the cap of the sample container as an alternative to the venting tubule from the sample dispenser. Compared to a sampling device with an integrated thin tube, the sampling mechanism including the piping and cleaning mechanism is not enlarged and complicated, and the movement of the sample dispenser to the inspection section is also mechanically and space-constrained. There is nothing. In particular, as when the sample dispenser and the ventilating narrow tube are configured with a coaxial tube structure (double tube structure), the droplets of the sample adhering to the ventilating narrow tube upon dispensing into the reaction cuvette of the inspection unit are transferred to the reaction cuvette. There is no risk of dropping and impairing dispensing accuracy.
Furthermore, according to the sampling device of the present invention, the connecting arm and the cleaning arm are regulated in advance using the elastic force of the elastic means interposed between the connecting arm or the cleaning arm and the housing member (fixing member). Since it is configured to return to the position, the cleaning arm can always return to the home position and wait.
The elastic force of the elastic means also acts on the meshing portion of the rack and pinion, and has a secondary effect that helps to eliminate backlash.
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a sampling apparatus of the cap piercing method of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2, the piercing mechanism 1 includes a piercing arm 3 having a hollow piercing needle 2 at the tip, and the piercing arm 3 is supported by a support shaft 4 and holds the support shaft 4 rotatably. The belt 6 is connected to the belt 6 via the block 5, and can be moved up and down along the linear guide 8 by being driven by the vertical movement motor 7.
Further, the support shaft 4 of the perforating arm 3 is connected to a rotation motor 9 and can be rotated around the support shaft 4 by driving the rotation motor 9.
With the above configuration, the piercing arm 3 (piercing needle 2) can rotate to both positions of the sampling position shown in FIG. 1 and the cleaning section having the cleaning pot 10 shown in FIG. 2, and can move up and down at both positions.
At the sampling position shown in FIG. 1, the piercing needle 2 of the piercing arm 3 is lowered by the drive of the vertical movement motor 7, and a cap (not shown) of a blood collection tube (sample container) 12 held in a single-row multi-rack rack 11. The sample dispenser (not shown) is inserted into the blood collection tube 12 from the opening 2a of the piercing needle 2 through the hollow portion and sucks blood.
As is well known, the blood sucked into the sample dispenser is dispensed into a reaction cuvette of a separately provided test section, and clinical examination / analysis of the target blood is performed.
Since the hollow portion of the piercing needle 2 may be contaminated with blood when the blood is sucked by the sample dispenser, the piercing arm 3 rotates and moves to the washing portion when the sampling is completed. The state is shown in FIG. 2 and FIG.
2 and 3, the perforating arm 3 (perforating needle 2) rotated and moved to the cleaning unit is disposed in the cleaning unit and cleans the outer periphery of the perforating needle 2, and the cleaning of the hollow part of the perforating needle 2. Therefore, it is located between the cleaning arms 14 having the cleaning liquid injection part 13 for injecting the cleaning liquid from the opening 2 a of the perforation needle 2.
The relationship between the piercing arm 3 and the cleaning arm 14 is configured such that the cleaning arm 14 is also lowered in accordance with the lowering of the piercing arm 3 to the cleaning unit (cleaning pot 10). Hereinafter, the configuration and operation in which the cleaning arm 14 descends as the perforating arm 3 descends will be described in detail.
In addition to the cleaning arm 14, a connecting arm 15 having a protrusion 15 a that abuts the piercing arm 3 is provided, whereby the linking arm 15 is also lowered as the piercing arm 3 is lowered.
A rack 16 extends in the moving direction of a part or an integral member of the connecting arm 15, and a pinion 17 is engaged with the rack 16. On the other hand, a rack 18 is also extended from the cleaning arm 14 in the moving direction of a part of the cleaning arm 14 or an integral member, and a pinion 19 is engaged therewith.
The pinion 17 and the pinion 19 are supported on the same axis. Accordingly, when the drilling arm 3 is lowered, the connecting arm 15 is also moved downward, the force is transmitted to the pinion 17 through the rack 16, and the coaxial pinion 19 is also rotated at the same angular velocity and meshed with the pinion 19. The cleaning arm 14 is also moved down by the lowering of the perforating arm 3 through the rack 18.
At this time, the size of the diameter of the pinion 17 that meshes with the rack 16 of the connecting arm 15 and the pinion 19 that meshes with the rack 18 of the cleaning arm 14 is Y / X = N / M (X: moving distance of the connecting arm 15, Y: The movement distance of the cleaning arm 14, M: the diameter of the pinion 17 and N: the diameter of the pinion 19) are set by the relational expression.
In this embodiment, since the diameter of the pinion 19 is set large (N> M), the cleaning arm 14 descends at a faster speed than the connecting arm 15, that is, the perforating arm 3 (perforating needle 2). As shown in B), the cleaning arm 14 catches up with the movement of the perforating arm 3, the tip of the cleaning liquid injection part 13 is closely connected to the opening 2a of the perforating needle 2 of the perforating arm 3, and the connecting part even if the cleaning liquid is injected There will be no leakage. A more perfect seal can be realized by making the tip of the cleaning liquid injection part 13 advance and retract in the axial direction via a spring and sealing the opening 2a of the perforating needle 2 with an appropriate pressing force.
As described above, the cleaning arm 14 and the connecting arm 15 can move up and down, but do not have a drive mechanism for that purpose. Further, the cleaning arm 14 and the connecting arm 15 may be supported so as to be movable up and down by parallel axes, respectively, but as shown in FIG. 3, guide blocks 14b and 15b integrated with the cleaning arm 14 and the connecting arm 15 are provided. In the case of being supported on the same support shaft 20 via the parallel adjustment, the parallel adjustment is not necessary, and the adjustment man-hour is reduced.
Further, a tension spring 22 is disposed between the cleaning arm 14 and the housing (fixing member) 23, and the cleaning arm 14 and the connecting arm 15 are connected to a stopper 21 set as a home position by its elastic force. The arm 15 (guide block 15b) is always returned to the position where the upper part contacts (see FIG. 3A).
With the above configuration, elastic force (tensile force) in one direction also acts on the meshing portions of the racks 16 and 18 and the pinions 17 and 19 of the cleaning arm 14 and the connecting arm 15, so that backlash caused by backlash between the rack and pinion occurs. There is an effect to suppress stickiness.
