Description
The present invention relates to a liquid film type oxygen supply device that increases the dissolution efficiency of oxygen by forming a water film into water and bringing it into contact with the atmosphere, and in particular, POME (palm oil mill) discharged from a palm oil factory. The present invention relates to a liquid film oxygen supply device used in closed ponds, lakes, and the like, such as an aerobic lagoon for treating an effect).
Malaysia and Indonesia are the world's leading palm oil producers, and they emit large amounts of POME in the process of producing palm oil. In these countries, POME is poured into a pond (lagoon) dug on the surface of the earth, and organic matter contained therein is decomposed by underground microorganisms.
This is called an open lagoon system. Generally, about 15 to 30 anaerobic lagoons having a depth of about 3 to 8 m and aerobic lagoons having a depth of about 1 m are installed in the plantation.
この一連の処理により、POME中のCOD(Chemical Oxygen Demand:化学的酸素要求量)の濃度はおよそ50,000ppmから100ppm程度にまで低下する。 An anaerobic treatment is performed on POME poured into a plurality of anaerobic lagoons for a total of about 80 days. At this time, a part of the organic matter contained in POME is decomposed and released into the atmosphere as methane gas. The aerobic lagoon is then subjected to aerobic treatment for a total of about 40 days. By this series of treatments, the concentration of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in POME is reduced from about 50,000 ppm to about 100 ppm. The water temperature in the lagoon is maintained at about 30 ° C., which is almost equal to the outside temperature throughout the year.
The open lagoon method is extremely simple in configuration, requires little initial costs and maintenance costs, and can be easily implemented with a large site, making it the most common wastewater treatment method in Malaysia and Indonesia.
However, when the oxygen supplied into the aerobic lagoon is insufficient, the aerobic treatment is not sufficiently performed, and the national wastewater treatment standard may not be satisfied. In addition, palm oil production in Malaysia and Indonesia is mostly carried out by small and medium-sized palm oil factories, and there is a fact that expensive wastewater treatment facilities cannot be introduced. Therefore, in these countries, conventionally, a technology that can supply oxygen inexpensively and efficiently to POME in an aerobic lagoon has been strongly desired.
Although it is not a technology for treating POME, for example,
The apparatus described in Example 4 and Example 5 in the specification of
In such a device, when air is sent from the blower and the air supply pipe to the diffuser and diffused, and the water in the water warming layer is pumped toward the surface of the water, the gas-liquid mixed water collides with the baffle plate and the water flow is substantially horizontal. Direction, and finally a circulating flow toward the air inlet of the air lift body is formed.
That is, the water temperature rises by flowing down the water layer horizontally and then descending while directly mixing the water in the water temperature rise layer, which is cold, with the hot water in the upper layer without mixing with the intermediate temperature water in the middle. A circulating mixed layer between the layer and the water surface layer is formed. As a result, the water temperature of the water surface layer containing a high concentration of phytoplankton is lowered, so that the active growth of phytoplankton is limited.
Similarly, although it is not a technology for treating POME,
In particular, in the specification of
In the aeration apparatus having such a structure, the bubble particles continuously generated in the diffuser part are collected in the bubble particle converging part to be a group of bubbles. And this whole lump is easily pushed up on the surface of the water by the buoyancy of the bubble particles and changes to liquid bubbles. Thereby, to-be-processed water turns into thin film water of the liquid foam surface. As a result, the water to be treated is in a state where gas is most easily dissolved under atmospheric pressure. Further, when the bubble particles rise in the bubble particle ascending passage, the liquid around the bubble particles descends due to gravity, so that the surrounding liquid is easily separated from the bubble particles. With these actions, a gas such as oxygen can be efficiently dissolved in the water to be treated.
However, in the invention disclosed in
In addition, since the gas-liquid mixed water discharged from the air lift body collides with the baffle plate provided on the lower surface of the levitation tank, the flow is forced to change in the horizontal direction. There was a problem that it was difficult to diffuse sufficiently in the horizontal direction and the circulation flow was formed only in a narrow range.
In the aeration apparatus according to the invention disclosed in
The present invention has been made in response to such a conventional situation, and the cost required for production and maintenance is low, and oxygen is stably stabilized against POME whose inflow to the aerobic lagoon changes daily. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid film oxygen supply device capable of enhancing the wastewater treatment capacity by an aerobic lagoon by being dissolved.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in
When the liquid film type oxygen supply device having the above structure is installed in the water to be treated and the pump is operated, the bubble particles continuously generated from the aeration means and captured by the umbrella-like portion of the aeration unit It has the effect of rising inside as a group. In contrast to the rising bubble particles, the water to be treated around the bubble particles descends due to gravity, so that the bubble particles and the water to be treated are easily separated.
In addition, bubbling particles increase buoyancy by grouping and easily exceed the surface of the water to be treated. Thereby, air bubbles are turned into liquid bubble, further overflowing from the discharge port of the aeration unit a liquid bubble mass. The water to be treated is thinned on the surface of the liquid bubble, so that the gas is most easily dissolved under atmospheric pressure. As a result, in addition to the oxygen inside the liquid bubbles, oxygen in the atmosphere easily dissolves, and the DO concentration in the water to be treated is increased.
Furthermore, extravasated liquid bubble mass from the discharge port of the aeration unit is moved in the horizontal direction, after spread to the surroundings around the liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus, burst. Thus, a high DO concentrations thinned in liquid bubble surface treatment water is mixed with the other of the water to be treated.
On the other hand, in the vicinity of the liquid film oxygen supply device, an upward flow of the water to be treated is formed along with the bubble particles supplied from the air diffuser, and conversely around the liquid film oxygen supply device, A downward flow is formed. Therefore, the water to be treated having a high DO concentration generated by the bursting of the liquid foam mass described above once descends together with the other water to be treated, and then rises again together with the bubble particles in the vicinity of the liquid film type oxygen supply device. Flow into. As a result, a circulating flow of water to be treated is formed.
Moreover, in the liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus of the present invention, the aeration unit always floats on the water surface due to the buoyancy of the float, so that it has an effect of easily following the fluctuation of the water level of the water to be treated. Therefore, even when the water level of the water to be treated rises, there is no possibility that the discharge port of the aeration unit will be submerged below the water surface. And it has the effect | action that the distance from the discharge outlet of an aeration unit to the water surface is kept constant.
Further, since the aeration unit is restrained from moving in the horizontal direction by the frame and can only move in the vertical direction, it has an effect that it is difficult to tilt when the aeration unit moves up and down.
In addition, when the aeration unit moves up and down following the fluctuation of the water level of the water to be treated, because the partition plate is connected to the frame through the link member so as to be swingable and movable in the vertical direction. But it has the effect that the aeration unit is more difficult to tilt.
The invention according to
In the liquid film type oxygen supply device having such a structure, in addition to the operation of the invention of
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the liquid film oxygen supply device according to the first or second aspect , the partition plate is attached to the surface of the water to be treated and aerated instead of being attached to the end surface or the outer surface of the umbrella-shaped portion. It is attached to the bubble channel so as to partition the unit from the discharge port, and a side plate is erected on the edge of the partition plate so as to surround the discharge port .
If the water to be treated is stored outdoors, the water surface may swell due to the influence of wind or the like. In addition, when the amount of oxygen supplied to the air diffuser is large, the water surface tends to swell.
Even in such a case, in the liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus having the above structure, since the discharge port of the aeration unit is surrounded by the partition plate and the side plate, in addition to the operation of the invention according to
As described above, according to the liquid film type oxygen supply device of the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to increase the DO concentration of the water to be treated over a wide range by forming a circulating flow in the water to be treated. It is. Moreover, since the structure is simple, the cost required for manufacturing and maintenance can be reduced. Furthermore, even when the water level fluctuates, oxygen can be efficiently and stably dissolved in the water to be treated. Therefore, when applied to an aerobic lagoon, it is possible to increase its wastewater treatment capacity.
According to the liquid film type oxygen supply device of the second aspect of the present invention, the effect of the first aspect of the invention is further exhibited.
In the liquid film type oxygen supply device according to
An example of a liquid film oxygen supply apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the aerobic lagoon can be regarded as a place where treated water is stored, even when the aerobic lagoon is generalized as a reservoir or storage tank for treated water, the following explanation is similarly valid. .
The liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 (particularly corresponding to claim 1). 2A is an enlarged plan view of the liquid film oxygen supply apparatus shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 schematically shows a cross-sectional view of the aerobic lagoon. Moreover, in FIG.2 (b), only the aeration unit is set as the cross-sectional display.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a), the liquid film oxygen supply device 1a is supported by a

The

The
When the liquid film oxygen supply device 1a is installed in the aerobic lagoon and the pump 6a is operated, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the
Moreover, air bubbles 8, buoyancy is increased by clustering readily liquid bubble of beyond the
これにより、被処理水中のDO(Dissolved Oxygen:溶存酸素)濃度が高まる。
Thus, since the water to be treated which is thinned on the surface of the liquid bubble is in a state where the gas is most easily dissolved under atmospheric pressure, oxygen in the atmosphere is easily dissolved in addition to oxygen inside the liquid bubble. Thereby, DO (Dissolved Oxygen: dissolved oxygen) density | concentration in to-be-processed water increases.
After
As shown in FIG. 3 (a) or FIG. 3 (b), in the vicinity of the liquid film oxygen supply device 1a, the water to be treated in the lower layer of the aerobic lagoon 11 is accompanied by the
By forming a circulating flow in this way, the DO concentration in the aerobic lagoon 11 becomes high over a wide range.

As described above, according to the liquid film oxygen supply apparatus 1a, even when the inflow amount of POME into the aerobic lagoon 11 changes and the water level fluctuates, oxygen is efficiently and stably dissolved in POME. Thus, the wastewater treatment capacity by the aerobic lagoon 11 can be increased. Moreover, since the liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus 1a has a simple structure, the cost required for manufacture and maintenance can be reduced.

The liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 (particularly corresponding to claim 3 ).
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the liquid film oxygen supply device 1 b is different from the liquid film oxygen supply device 1 a of Example 1 in that the umbrella-like portion 4 b of the
Then, the

Therefore, even when the water surface of the aerobic lagoon 11 is rippled, according to the liquid film oxygen supply apparatus 1b, oxygen can be efficiently and stably dissolved in POME, and the wastewater treatment capacity by the aerobic lagoon 11 can be obtained. It is possible to increase.

The liquid film type oxygen supply apparatus of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 (particularly corresponding to
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the liquid film oxygen supply device 1 c is the same as the liquid film oxygen supply device 1 b of Example 2, but the

Further,

Further, since the
As described above, according to the liquid film type oxygen supply device 1c, even when the inflow amount of POME into the aerobic lagoon 11 changes and the water level fluctuates or even when the water surface is rippled, the level of the
