Claims (8)
- 銃器(1)に適用される弾薬筒を排出するためのシステムであって、
前記銃器(1)は銃尾(14)、および銃身(13)を通って出てくる発射体が発火される発火薬室(12)を含み;
前記排出システムは弾薬の爆燃後の使用済の弾薬筒を受けとるための排出トレイ(2)および前記トレイ(2)を動かすための動作機構(3)を含み;
前記システムは、動作機構(3)が排出トレイ(2)を銃器(1)の銃身(13)の軸に平行に、軸(X)の周囲を回転させ、弾薬筒が受けとられる第1の位置から、弾薬筒が排除機構(5)によって排出される第2位置へ、およびその逆に第2の位置から第1の位置へ通過させるシステムであって、以下の安全機構を含む;
弾薬筒を排出するためのシステムは、動作機構(3)の故障の場合に、排出トレイ(2)を動かし、かくして装填機構によるトレイ(2)の衝撃の結果として生じる損傷の開始を防止するための安全機構で、該安全機構は、作動器(31)に接続される油圧回路に備えられる、少なくとも1つの逃がし弁を含み、前記逃し弁は、排出トレイ(2)が、装填機構が一定の操作段階に到達するときなお第1の位置にある場合にのみ作動し、そのとき、油圧回路が空になり、トレイ(2)をピン(111)の周囲に回転して待機させるようになっている。 - 動作機構(3)が、排出トレイ(2)の動作が銃器(1)内で実施される前記機構のその余の部品の動作と連動するように、ギア機構(32)によりトレイ(2)それ自身に作用する排出トレイ(2)のための動作作動器(31)を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 動作機構(3)は、動作機構(3)が排出トレイ(2)に当たる衝撃を回避し、振動を減らすため行程端に接近するにつれ減速される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 排出トレイ(2)が、弾薬筒保持機器(22)を含み、その中に接触部分(221)を含み、前記排出トレイ(2)の内側に弾薬筒自身の存在を検出し、前記弾薬筒がトレイ(2)内にあるとき、弾薬筒の受け取りの信号を発生することができる、請求項1に従うシステム。
- 排出トレイ(2)は、弾薬筒がトレイ(2)に入りつつあるとき発火薬室(12)からくる弾薬筒を減速するため、制動機器(23)を含む請求項1に従うシステム。
- 排出トレイ(2)が第2の位置に到達すると、そこに含まれる弾薬筒は、弾薬筒の最終的排除のため弾薬筒を管路で運ぶため適用される剛体管(51)、および弾薬筒を少なくとも1つの押し出し部分(521)によって排出トレイ(2)から管(51)の方へ押し出すため少なくとも1つの作動器(52)を含む排除機構(5)によって解放される請求項2に従うシステム。
- 排除機構(5)は、前記弾薬筒が排出トレイ(2)の方へ戻る場合に、前記剛体管(51)内側に設置された停止部分(531)を含む戻り防止機器(53)を含む請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 排出トレイ(2)の第2の位置から第1の位置への経路で、装填機構がその操作段階をなお実施している場合に、装填機構は、動作機構(3)が新しい銃弾筒を受け入れるためトレイ(2)の戻りを第1の位置にする前に装填機構の操作段階を終了する請求項6に従うシステム。
