Description
The present invention relates to a measurement jig and a measurement method of an electromagnetic wave imaging system that scans an object to be measured by a scanner using an electromagnetic wave as a medium.
Inspection items used to evaluate the durability of concrete structures include reinforcing bar placement and cover thickness in concrete, and cracks in the concrete surface. The surface of the actual structure is often covered with a concealment such as painting, wallpaper decoration, or repair material, not only for reinforcing bars inside the concrete but also for cracks on the concrete surface. There is a demand for a fluoroscopic diagnostic technique for visualizing reinforcing bars and cracks that cannot be inspected directly by visual inspection because they are covered with such a concealment.
As such a fluoroscopic diagnosis technique, an electromagnetic wave imaging system that is a fluoroscopic technique using an electromagnetic wave as a medium has been put into practical use. The electromagnetic wave imaging system is a scanner that irradiates and detects electromagnetic waves, a lock-in amplifier that outputs the reflection intensity data (measurement data) of the electromagnetic waves detected by the scanner, and a personal computer (control PC) that controls the scanner and computes the measurement data. ), Etc., adjusting the frequency and wavelength of the electromagnetic wave to be used according to the boundary conditions of the location to be detected, and scanning the surface (measurement area) of the concrete structure that is the object to be measured with a scanner, Cracks, damage to internal reinforcing bars, and the like can be detected (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In order to comprehensively inspect a wide measurement area of an object to be measured using the electromagnetic wave imaging system as described above, it is necessary to scan the scanner over the entire measurement area.
However, in the conventional technique, since the operator scans the surface of the object to be measured with a free hand, a portion of scanning omission or a portion of overlapping scanning occurs in the measurement region. There was a problem that it took a lot of time to analyze the obtained data.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to enable easy and comprehensive scanning of the entire measurement area of the object to be measured by the scanner. is there.

Measurement jig electromagnetic radiation imaging system of the present invention, there is provided a measuring jig electromagnetic radiation imaging system for scanning the surface of the measured object of the tapered cylindrical shape by a scanner which an electromagnetic wave as a medium, run査案internal and rotational positioning and a section, and the jig body formed in a truncated pyramid having a cross-sectional shape of the regular N-polygon (N ≧ 3), a first fastener that is secured to the surface of the object to be measured, said first fastener and a second fastener to a attachable Ru is secured to an outer surface of the rotational positioning portion, wherein a surface fastener for fixing the jig body to the object to be measured, is fixed to the surface of the object to be measured, the a start position marker for instructing the scanning start position of the scanner, were closed, the jig body, the predetermined range of at least one end portion is to the rotational positioning portion, the rotational positioning The range excluding the portion is the scanning guide part, the taper rate is the same as the taper rate of the object to be measured, and the scanning guide part is a cross-section at the end portion disposed on the base port side of the object to be measured The shape is a regular N-gon (N ≧ 3) in which the length of one side is equal to the measurement width of the scanner .
According to the present invention, the surface of the object to be measured can be scanned accurately and straightly by moving the scanner along the scanning guide part of the jig body, and the rotational positioning part can be moved on the surface of the object to be measured. By rotating 1 / N, the jig body can be easily moved by the measurement width of the scanner in the repeated direction of the scanner. Therefore, the scanning of the scanner along the scanning guide portion of the jig body and the rotation of the rotation positioning portion are sequentially repeated, so that the measurement object can be measured without causing scanning omission or overlapping scanning in the measurement region. The entire area can be easily and exhaustively scanned by the scanner. Thereby, measurement or inspection of an object to be measured using this electromagnetic wave imaging system can be easily performed in a short time.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The electromagnetic
A
The measurement data obtained by scanning with the
In the electromagnetic
As shown in FIG. 2, the width in which the
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the present embodiment, the
The
On the other hand, the
By sticking the
When the
The
Next, the procedure of the measurement method of the electromagnetic wave imaging system which is one embodiment of the present invention performed using the
First, in
Next, in step S <b> 2, the
When the
When the scanning of one line by the
Thus, the
When the movement of the
At this time, by scanning the
Further, since the
Hereinafter, the measurement area is scanned by repeating the scanning of the
As described above, in the present invention, the object to be measured 3 can be accurately and linearly scanned by the
Since the scanning start position in the scanning of each measurement line of the
By the way, in the above embodiment, the
As described above, when the
FIGS. 7A and 7B are diagrams showing modifications of the measuring jig shown in FIG.
In the case shown in FIG. 1, the
As described above, the
Further, in the case shown in FIG. 1, the
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which a cylindrical object to be measured is measured by the electromagnetic wave imaging system using the measuring jig shown in FIG. In FIG. 8, members corresponding to the members described above are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 8, the measuring
The
Note that the measuring

In this case, the
A predetermined range from the upper end of the
The
In the present embodiment, the jig
It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
