Description
・ショートメッセージサービス(SMS)、マルチメディアメッセージングサービス(MMS)、及びエクステンドメッセージングサービス(XMS)を含むGSM
・General packet radio service(GPRS)、Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution(EDGE)Universal Mobile Telecommunications System(UMTS)
・ラジオ放送者12は、ラジオ又はテレビの放送者、ケーブルサービス、プレミアムコンテンツの提供者等の任意の情報ソースでよく、チャネルは、当業者に知られるすべての種類の伝送を含むことができる。
・通信装置16、18はインターネットを利用した通信に使用することができ、通信装置16、18はホスト通信ネットワーク20に接続されることができるが、同様に任意の有線又は無線の通信プロトコルを通じてピアに接続することもできる。
・通信装置16、18は、最低限の技術的仕様を満たす任意の通信装置に置き換えてもよい。さらにスマートフォンであってもよい。
・ホスト通信ネットワーク20は任意の有線又は無線ネットワークとすることができる。
・プッシュされるコンテンツは、ターゲット広告を含んでよい。さらに、そのようなプッシュコンテンツは、キュレートされた(curated)体験と連携させることができ、又は提案型マーケティングに基づくことができる。
・ホスト通信ネットワーク20は、ユーザの挙動を監視して、処理と機能のパターンをマーケティングキャンペーンと同化するように意図的にコンテンツをプッシュするように構成してもよい。
・ソース12は、アナログ又はデジタルのTV又はラジオ放送の伝送とすることができ、衛星フィード等の機能的均等物に置き換えてもよい。
・ホスト通信ネットワーク20は好ましくは遠隔通信会社のネットワークであるが、インターネットやイントラネットへの無線接続、第1のチャネルと異なる別個の接続に置き換えてもよい。
・位置に基づくサービスを伴うプロフィールデータベース14は、同じユーザによる以前の処理の記録や、入手可能な記録から導出することが可能な任意のパターン等の関連する機能均等物に置き換えることができる。
・本発明は、別の情報配信チャネルに結合され対応付けられた、ユニキャスト及びマルチキャストを含む他形態の放送を包含することができる。
Claims (11)
- 通信装置でコンテンツを受信し同期するためのシステムであって、
第1のチャネルを介して前記通信装置に第1のコンテンツを提供するように構成されたソースであり、前記通信装置のホストへ第2のコンテンツを送信するように構成されている、ソースと、
第2のチャネルを介して前記通信装置に前記第2のコンテンツをプッシュするように構成された前記通信装置の前記ホストであり、前記第2のチャネルは前記第1のチャネルとは別個で独立している、ホストと、
前記通信装置の行動履歴を加味するように構成され、それに応じて前記通信装置を分析して前記通信装置へプッシュされる関連ある第2のコンテンツを決定する適応型システムと、を備え、
動作時、前記第1のコンテンツと前記第2のコンテンツは、前記第2のコンテンツが同期キューであるか否か確認された後に、前記同期キューに基づいて前記通信装置で前記通信装置のプレゼンテーション層を介して同期され、当該同期キューは前記通信装置への前記第1のコンテンツの前記ソースにより生成されている、システム。 - 前記通信装置のユーザに固有の情報を保持したユーザプロフィールデータベースをさらに備え、前記プロフィールデータベースは、前記第2のコンテンツに付加されるユーザ固有の情報を前記第2のチャネルにプッシュするように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ソースが、ラジオ放送、アナログTV、デジタルTV、又は衛星フィードである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ホストが遠隔通信キャリアであり、前記通信装置がモバイル装置である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコンテンツに関連する位置情報を前記第2のチャネルから前記通信装置にプッシュする、位置に基づくサービスを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 通信装置でコンテンツを受信し同期するための方法であって、
ソースから第1のチャネルを介して第1のコンテンツを前記通信装置で受信するステップと、
前記通信装置に対して第2のコンテンツをプッシュするように構成された前記通信装置のホストへ前記ソースから前記第2のコンテンツを送信するステップと、
前記ホストから第2のチャネルを介して前記第2のコンテンツを前記通信装置で受信するステップであり、前記第2のチャネルは前記第1のチャネルとは別個で独立している、ステップと、
前記通信装置の行動履歴を加味することによって前記通信装置を分析するステップであり、それに応じて前記通信装置へプッシュされる関連ある第2のコンテンツを決定する、ステップと、
前記受信した第2のコンテンツが同期キューであるか否か確認された後に、前記通信装置のプレゼンテーション層を介して前記第1のコンテンツと前記第2のコンテンツを同期するステップであって、当該同期するステップが前記通信装置への前記第1のコンテンツの前記ソースにより生成される前記同期キューによって容易にされている、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記通信装置のユーザに固有の情報をユーザプロフィールデータベースから受け取り、同期の前に前記通信装置のユーザに固有の前記情報を前記第2のコンテンツに付加するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ソースが、ラジオ放送、アナログTV、デジタルTV、又は衛星フィードである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ホストが遠隔通信キャリアであり、前記通信装置がモバイル装置である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンテンツと前記第2のコンテンツを同期する前に、前記受信された第2のコンテンツがイベント識別子であるか、同期キューであるか、又は再生中の歌に関する詳細であるかを確認するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 通信装置内のデータプロセッサによって実行されると、請求項6〜10いずれか一項に記載の方法を前記通信装置に行わせる複数のデータプロセッサ実行可能命令を備えたコンピュータプログラム。
