a)室温から680℃への、およそ10分以内の迅速な加熱、
b)加熱速度10℃/分での、680℃から730℃への温度上昇、5.2℃/分での、810℃へのさらなる加熱、
c)加熱速度6℃/分での、810℃から最高温度Tmax920℃への温度上昇、最高温度での維持時間tmax6分、
d)5.5℃/分での、最高温度から800℃への冷却、続いて室温への迅速な冷却。
Claims (8)
- 優勢な結晶相として高温石英混合結晶を含む着色透明ガラスセラミック板から構成されている、多色表示性および熱遮蔽が改善された誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックスであって、不可避の微量を除き、化学清澄剤である酸化ヒ素および酸化アンチモンを含有しないガラスセラミックスにおいて、
380〜500nmの青色のうちの少なくとも1つの波長において>0.4%、
630nmでは>2%、
1600nmでは<45%
の調理面の透過率値、
および可視光中では2.5%未満の光透過率
を有し、
ガラスセラミック組成物(酸化物換算での重量%)が主要成分として以下の成分:
Li 2 O 1.5〜4.2
ΣNa 2 O+K 2 O 0.2〜1.5
MgO 0〜3
ΣCaO+SrO+BaO 0〜4
ZnO 0〜3
B 2 O 3 0〜2
Al 2 O 3 19〜23
SiO 2 60〜69
TiO 2 1.5〜6
ZrO 2 0.5〜2
P 2 O 5 0〜3
SnO 2 0.1〜<0.6
ΣTiO 2 +ZrO 2 +SnO 2 3.8〜6

の群から選ばれる、含有量最高1重量%での、少なくとも2つの着色酸化物の組み合わせを含有することを特徴とする、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックス。 - 500nmを超える全波長領域中の可視光の領域での0.1%を超える、調理面の透過率値、630nmでの<12%の透過率、近赤外線中950nmでの30%を超える透過率、および可視光中での0.5〜2%の光透過率を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックス。
- 酸化物換算の重量%で本質的に以下:
Li2O 2〜4.2
Na2O 0.1〜1
K2O 0.1〜1
ΣNa2O+K2O 0.3〜1.3
MgO 0〜2.6
ΣCaO+SrO+BaO 0.1〜4
ZnO 0〜2.5
B2O3 0〜1
Al2O3 19〜22.5
SiO2 60〜68
TiO2 2.0〜6
ZrO2 0.8〜1.8
P2O5 0〜1.5
SnO2 0.1〜0.5
ΣTiO2+ZrO2+SnO2 4〜6
および

の群から選ばれる、総含有量0.1〜1重量%での、少なくとも2つの着色酸化物の組み合わせから構成されているガラスセラミック組成物を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックス。 - 1700℃超の、ガラス溶融物の温度によるガラスセラミックスが、3個/kg未満の泡数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックス。
- 調理面の下側に通例の赤色表示の代わりか、またはそれを補充して、1つまたは複数の、青色、緑色、黄色、オレンジ色、もしくは白色の表示といった、異なる色の表示を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックス。
- 結晶化可能な原料ガラスを迅速にセラミック化することによる、総継続時間が2時間未満である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックスの製造法であって、セラミック化が以下のプログラム、
a)結晶化可能なガラスの温度を1〜30分以内におよそ680℃の温度範囲へと高めること、
b)結晶化可能なガラスの温度を、およそ8〜30分の時間にわたり、680℃〜810℃という結晶核生成する温度範囲内に高めること、
c)結晶化のための結晶核を含有するガラスの温度を、2〜30分の時間以内に、820℃〜970℃という結晶成長速度の高い温度範囲内へと高めること、
d)結晶化のための結晶核上に高温石英混合結晶型の結晶を成長させるために、820℃〜970℃という最高温度での温度範囲内に最高30分間維持すること、続いて
e)得られたガラスセラミックスを室温に迅速に冷却すること
により実施されることを特徴とする、製造法。 - 1700℃超の、ガラス溶融物の温度により、3個/kgガラス未満の泡数が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の、誘導加熱用調理面としてのガラスセラミックスの製造法。
- 調理面の下側に通例の赤色表示の代わりか、またはそれを補充して、1つまたは複数の、青色、緑色、黄色、オレンジ色、もしくは白色の表示といった、異なる色の表示を示すことを特徴とする、請求項6および7のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックスの誘導加熱用調理面としての使用。
