Description
本発明は、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造において、該連続ベルト反応器の終端で形成されたポリマーゲルを切断する少なくとも1つの回転ナイフを含み、その際、刃先の長さが少なくとも1cmであり且つ該刃先が回転軸に対して非平行である、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造に関する。
a)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和酸−機能性モノマー、
b)少なくとも1種の架橋剤、
c)適切であれば、a)と共重合可能な1種以上のエチレン性及び/又はアリル性不飽和モノマー、及び
d)適切であれば、モノマーa)、b)及び適切であればc)が少なくとも部分的にグラフト化され得る1種以上の水溶性ポリマー
を含む。
Claims (8)
- 連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法であって、連続ベルト反応器の終端で形成されたポリマーゲルを少なくとも1つの回転ナイフを使って切断する工程を含み、当該回転ナイフが、刃先の長さが少なくとも1cmであり且つ該刃先が回転軸に対して非平行であって、回転方向での1つのナイフの終端が、切断されるべきポリマーゲルのもう一方の横方向端部において次のナイフの始まりである、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法。
- 前記ナイフが、ポリマーゲルが下流方向に移動する時に該ポリマーゲルを切断する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記切断されたポリマーゲルが押出機の中に落ちる、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ナイフがシリンダーの上に取り付けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダーのナイフを除く直径が10cmから60cmまでである、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダーのナイフを含む直径が20cmから70cmまでである、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 4つのらせん形ナイフがシリンダーの上に取り付けられており且つ各らせん形ナイフが1/4回転のらせんを形成する、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記連続ベルト反応器で処理されたモノマーが少なくとも50質量%のアクリル酸及び/又はその塩である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
