Description
このシステムには、二対の無線センサ、1次センサセットと2次センサセットがある。図1〜2はこのようなセンサの配置を示している。1次センサセットは、メインボード機器6、正面撮影のためにX線検査時の肌透過有効放射線量を測定する正面放射線センサモジュール4、X線センサレイ3との距離(S)を測定する距離センサモジュール5、及び側面撮影のために肌透過有効放射線量を測定する側面放射線センサモジュール8を含む。距離センサモジュール5はケーブルによって正面放射線センサモジュール4と連結し、このセンサモジュール4はケーブルによってメインボード機器6と連結する。1次センサセットと(デジタルコンパスを含んだ)角度方向センサはすべて患者衛星10と連結する。患者衛星10は後述するように、ローカルサーバと通信するためのブルートゥーストランシーバを有する。
Claims (7)
- X線を出すX線ソース、
X線を受けてX線映像を生成するX線感光体、
前記X線ソースと前記X線感光体の間に位置した患者に固定され、前記患者の角度方向を感知する角度方向センサと前記患者と前記X線感光体の間の距離を測定する距離センサを備えた患者衛星、
前記X線ソースに固定されたX線ソース衛星であって、前記X線ソースと前記X線感光体の間の距離を測定する第2距離センサを備えたX線ソース衛星、および
前記X線ソース、前記X線感光体、前記患者衛星および前記X線ソース衛星と連結し、X線感光体からX線映像を受けるサーバ、を含み
前記距離センサと前記第2距離センサは超音波センサであり、
前記角度方向センサは、前記X線ソースと前記X線感光体に対して、X線映像の角度方向の歪曲をなくすように、前記患者を位置させる信号を作業者に出力することを特徴とする、X線システム。 - 前記患者衛星は、前記患者のX線露出度を測定するX線センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線システム。
- 前記距離センサと前記第2距離センサの測定値が前記サーバに送信され、前記サーバは、前記X線感光体から受けたX線映像の実際の倍率を計算して倍率誤差を調整することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線システム。
- 前記実際の倍率MはM=T/(T−S)式によって計算され、ここで、Tは前記第2距離センサで測定した前記X線ソースと前記X線感光体の間の距離であり、Sは前記距離センサで測定した前記患者と前記X線感光体の間の距離であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のX線システム。
- 前記サーバは前記X線映像をディスプレイするDICOMビューアを含み、ディスプレイされる前記X線映像には角度方向の歪曲がなく、前記実際の倍率Mを利用して倍率歪曲が修正されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のX線システム。
- 前記作業者に出力される前記信号は視覚信号であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線システム。
- 前記作業者に出力される前記信号は聴覚信号であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線システム。
