Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which a plate material is overlapped and welded, and then a fluid is press-fitted into a predetermined region to bulge and deform to form a flow path, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing and using such a heat exchanger. It is.
In
In
In the invention described in
In such a configuration, the seal member (6) is required between the flanges (2a, 3a) of the container (2, 3), and even if the seal member (6) is arranged, the seal breaks during decompression. There is a risk that air will flow into the space (A) from the outside. Furthermore, in the first place, it is a premise that a recess for the space (A) is formed in the container (2, 3) in advance, and it is not intended to further exclude air from the gap between the stacked plate materials. .
On the other hand, in the invention described in
Further, in the invention described in
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to easily and surely weld plate members together in a heat exchanger that forms a bulging portion after welding by overlapping plate members. It is another object of the present invention to easily perform evacuation from between plate members and press-fitting fluid into the bulging portion. It is another object of the present invention to provide a heat exchanger that can prevent leakage to the outside and can detect leakage even if the welding of the bulging portion is broken during use of the heat exchanger.

The invention described in
According to invention of

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an embodiment of the

When the

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the
FIG. 2 to FIG. 9 are schematic diagrams sequentially illustrating a method for manufacturing the
As shown in FIG. 2, two plate materials (for example, a thin flat plate having a thickness of about 1 to 1.5 mm) 2 and 3 having the same shape and size are prepared. Each of the
Each of the
The
In this embodiment, the
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the two
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, a
In the illustrated example, each of the
In any case, the
After evacuating to a set time or set pressure, the
Thereafter, with the gap between the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7, with the
Thereafter, whether or not there is a fluid leak from the bulging
By the way, in order to easily and quickly evacuate between the
However, the treatment such as hairline finishing may be omitted for one plate or may be omitted for the surface opposite to the overlapping surface. May be aligned or crossed in a direction other than a right angle. Furthermore, you may increase the surface roughness of the overlapping surface of the board |
Hereinafter, the usage method of the
The
Specifically, the
In the case of such a configuration, typically, the
In addition, since the two plate |
By the way, if the pressure in the gap between the
The manufacturing method and the usage method of the
