Description
Claims (4)
- ルーフ構造体と、前記ルーフ構造体に結合される一端部が一対の山の間に谷が陥入された断面形状に形成される第1ルーフパネルと、前記谷部分に締結され、第1ルーフパネルをルーフ構造体に固定させるボルトと、前記第1ルーフパネルの一端部に結合される他端部が前記ボルト及び一対の山を覆い、谷部分に対応してT溝が陥入された形状に形成される第2ルーフパネルと、ベースと前記ベースの両側に連結される羽部を含み、ベースは前記ボルトで前記谷部分に締結され、羽部はT溝の両側部に結合される第1アダプタと、前記T溝に対応する形状に形成され、T溝の延長方向に沿って移動することができるようにT溝内に嵌め込まれる第2アダプタと、下端部が前記第2アダプタに結合されるように設けられるクランプと、前記クランプに結合され、ルーフパネルを覆うように設けられる太陽光モジュールパネルとを含むことを特徴とするルーフパネル接合構造。
- 前記第2ルーフパネルの他端部の末端は、その断面がクリップ状に折り曲げ形成され、前記他端部の末端に対応する第1ルーフパネルの一端部の山部分には係止突部が形成され、前記他端部の末端が前記係止突部に係止され、第2ルーフパネルの他端部が第1ルーフパネルの一端部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のルーフパネル接合構造。
- 前記羽部の末端は、T溝の両側部の形状に対応してクリップ状に折り曲げ形成され、羽部の末端がT溝の両側部に嵌め込まれて羽部がT溝の両側部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のルーフパネル接合構造。
- 前記第2アダプタは、別途の結合部材なく嵌め込み式により任意の位置でT溝に自由に設置が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のルーフパネル接合構造。
