Description
Claims (14)
- 第1のリードフレーム部分と該第1のリードフレーム部分に直接電気的に接続されない第2のリードフレーム部分とを少なくとも含む金属シート材料から作られるリードフレームと、
該リードフレームに固定される少なくとも1つのLED要素とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのLED要素は、少なくとも第1の接触部分と第2の接触部分とを備えるパッケージを含み、前記第1の接触部分は、前記第1のリードフレーム部分上に平面的に配置される接触面を含み、前記第1の接触部分の前記接触面の材料と前記第1のリードフレーム部分の材料とを機械的に変形させることによって前記第1のリードフレーム部分に接続され、前記第2の接触部分は、前記第2のリードフレーム部分上に平面的に配置される接触面を含み、前記第2の接触部分の前記接触面の材料と前記第2のリードフレーム部分の材料とを機械的に変形させることによって前記第2のリードフレーム部分に接続され、
前記LED要素は、作動されたときに光を発するように配置され、
前記リードフレームは、少なくとも、前記LED要素から発される前記光の少なくとも一部を反射するように設けられる反射面を含む光指向部を含む、
照明アセンブリ。 - 前記金属シート材料は、前記光指向部を形成するように曲げられる、請求項1に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記光指向部は、前記LED要素から発される光の少なくとも10%が前記反射面で反射されるように形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記光指向部は、前記LED要素から発される前記光の50%以上が前記反射面で反射されるように形成される、請求項3に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記リードフレームは、前記LED要素の両側に設けられる少なくとも第1及び第2の反射面を含む、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記反射面は、50%を超える反射率を有する、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記反射面は、拡散的に反射する、請求項6に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記反射面は、着色された表面である、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 複数のLED要素は、互いから間隔をあけて前記リードフレームに設けられる、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記リードフレームの中心は、複数の前記LED要素と前記複数のLED要素の接触部分とが設けられる平面を形成し、前記リードフレームの光指向部は、この平面に傾斜した角度で設けられる、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記リードフレームは、キャリアに固定される、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記第1及び第2のリードフレーム部分の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも実質的に平面に設けられ、
前記リードフレームの前記光指向部は、前記平面に対して傾斜した角度で設けられる、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。 - 複数のLED要素は、前記第1及び第2のリードフレーム部分の間に並列に電気的に接続される、請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明アセンブリを含む、自動車用のランプ。
