当該シート面に設けられ、バッジその他装飾プレートが嵌め込まれるプレート装着部とを備え、
当該プレート装着部の底面は、上記ブランクの周方向に沿って湾曲され、且つ当該底面の隅部に連続して憩室部が形成されており、
