Description
― 一次光を二次光に変換する変換物質であって、前記変換物質は変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を含み、その変換フォトルミネッセンス物質は、前記変換物質が一次光によって照射されると、時間とともに非変換フォトルミネッセンス物質に劣化し、
― 一次光を発する一次光源であって、前記変換物質に方向付けられており、二次光を生成し、
前記変換物質は適応され、前記変換物質が一次光によって照射されると、前記変換物質内の変換フォトルミネッセンス物質濃度の相対的低下は、前記二次光の強度の相対的低下よりも大きくなる。
― 一次光を二次光に変換する変換物質を供給するステップであり、前記変換物質は変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を含み、前記変換物質が一次光によって照射されると、時間とともに非変換物質に劣化する、ステップと、
― 前記変換物質を適応するステップであり、前記変換物質が一次光によって照射されると、前記変換物質内の変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度の相対的低下が二次光の強度の相対的低下よりも大きくなる、ステップと、
― 一次光源を供給し一次光を発するステップと、
― 前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質と前記一次光源とを配列するステップであり、そうして、前記一次光は前記変換物質に方向付けることができ、二次光を生成する、ステップとを含む製造方法。
Claims (14)
- 一次光を前記一次光とは異なる波長の二次光に変換する変換物質であって、変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を有し、前記変換物質に前記一次光が照射される場合に、前記変換物質内の前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度は時間経過とともに減少する、変換物質と、
前記二次光を生成するために前記変換物質の方に前記一次光を照射する一次光源と、
を有し、前記変換物質に前記一次光が照射される場合に、前記変換物質内の前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度の相対的低下が、前記二次光の強度の相対的低下より大きくなるように、前記変換物質の厚みと前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の初期濃度とのうちの少なくとも一方は、前記一次光の透過率が前記フォトルミネッセンス物質の劣化前において10 −8 %以下であるように設定されている、照明装置。 - 前記変換物質内の変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度の相対的低下が90%以下である場合に、前記二次光の強度の相対的低下は10%より小さい、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質は、有機色素のペリレン誘導体である有機蛍光体分子を含む、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記一次光源は発光ダイオードである、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換物質は、導波路効果を低減するために、前記二次光を拡散する粒子を含む、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換物質はデカップリング外表面を有する層を有し、前記二次光を外部に放射する、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換物質は、導波路効果を低減するために、拡散表面に光学的に結合される表面層を有する、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換物質はデカップリング外部表面を有する層を形成し、前記デカップリング外部表面に平行な方向から前記一次光の照射を受ける、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を環境光から遮へいするシールドを有する請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記照明装置は、反射内部表面を有する反射チャンバーを含み、前記反射チャンバーの出口窓を形成する前記変換物質の方に前記一次光を照射する、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質は所定のパターンで配列される、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記パターンは、前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を有する少なくとも1つの第1領域と、前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を有しない少なくとも1つの第2領域とを含む、請求項11記載の照明装置。
- 前記変換物質は、2つのフェーズを有する混合物を含み、前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質は、前記2つのフェーズのうちの一方に存在し、該一方のフェーズは前記変換物質の中に分散している、請求項11記載の照明装置。
- 照明方法であって、
変換フォトルミネッセンス物質を有する変換物質に、一次光源から一次光を照射し、前記一次光とは異なる波長の二次光を生成するステップを有し、
前記変換物質に前記一次光が照射される場合に、前記変換物質内の前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度は時間経過とともに減少し、
前記変換物質の厚みと前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の初期濃度とのうち少なくとも一方は、前記変換物質に前記一次光が照射される場合に、前記変換物質内の前記変換フォトルミネッセンス物質の濃度の相対的低下が、前記二次光の強度の相対的低下より大きくなるように、前記一次光の透過率が前記フォトルミネッセンス物質の劣化前において10 −8 %以下であるように設定されている、照明方法。
