Description
前記受電装置は、前記送電コイルと対をなす受電コイルと、前記受電コイルに直列に接続した第3のキャパシタとを含む第2の直列共振回路と、前記第2の直列共振回路に発生した電圧を整流して負荷回路に供給する整流回路と、を備える。
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る電力伝送装置の全体的な構成を示す回路図である。図1の電力伝送装置は、送電装置10と受電装置20から成る。送電装置10は、直流電源E1と、第1のキャパシタC1と第1のインダクタL1からなる第1の共振回路11(並列共振回路)と、スイッチ素子である半導体スイッチS1を含む。第1の共振回路11と半導体スイッチS1は、直流電源E1の給電端と基準電位点(アース)との間に直列に接続されている。
次に、図3(b)を参照して第2の実施形態について説明する。第2の実施形態では、送電装置10のスイッチS1の駆動周波数f0に対して、共振回路11の第1の共振周波数f1と、共振回路12の第2の共振周波数f2を図3(a)に示すように設定するとともに、受電装置20の共振回路21の第3の共振周波数f3を図3(b)のように設定したものである。

Claims (3)
- 送電装置から受電装置へ非接触で電力伝送を行う電力伝送装置であって、
前記送電装置は、
直流電源と基準電位点間に接続した、第1のキャパシタと第1のインダクタからなる並列共振回路と、主電流路に対して並列に寄生ダイオードを有するスイッチ素子との直列回路と、
前記スイッチ素子をオン・オフ駆動する駆動源と、
記並列共振回路と前記スイッチ素子との接続点に接続した、第2のインダクタと第2のキャパシタ及び送電コイルとの第1の直列共振回路と、を備え、
前記スイッチ素子の駆動周波数f0に対して、前記並列共振回路の共振周波数f1を、f0の1.1〜1.2倍に設定し、前記第1の直列共振回路の共振周波数f2を、f0の0.8〜0.9倍に設定し、
前記受電装置は、
前記送電コイルと対をなす受電コイルと、前記受電コイルに直列に接続した第3のキャパシタとを含む第2の直列共振回路と、
前記第2の直列共振回路に発生した電圧を整流して負荷回路に供給する整流回路と、
を備える電力伝送装置。 - 前記スイッチ素子の駆動周波数f0に対して、前記第2の直列共振回路の共振周波数f3を、f0の0.9〜1.0(f3≠f0)の範囲に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力伝送装置。
- 受電装置に対して非接触で電力の伝送を行う送電装置であって、
直流電源と基準電位点間に接続した、第1のキャパシタと第1のインダクタからなる並列共振回路と、主電流路に対して並列に寄生ダイオードを有するスイッチ素子との直列回路と、
前記スイッチ素子をオン・オフ駆動する駆動源と、
前記並列共振回路と前記スイッチ素子との接続点に接続した、第2のインダクタと第2のキャパシタ及び送電コイルとの第1の直列共振回路と、を備え、
前記スイッチ素子の駆動周波数f0に対して、前記並列共振回路の共振周波数f1を、f0の1.1〜1.2倍に設定し、前記第1の直列共振回路の共振周波数f2を、f0の0.8〜0.9倍に設定した送電装置。
