Description
The present invention relates to a lubricating oil supply apparatus and a lubricating oil supply method for supplying a lubricating oil during cold rolling of a metal plate.
Conventionally, in the cold rolling process of a steel sheet, in order to improve the rollability of the steel sheet by a cold rolling mill, a lubricating oil (hereinafter referred to as rolling oil) that improves the lubricity between the rolling roll of the cold rolling mill and the steel sheet is used. Supplied to steel plate. Generally, a cold rolling mill has a plurality of rolling mills equipped with a pair of rolling rolls that sandwich and sandwich a steel plate to be rolled from above and below, and the steel plates are continuously cold-rolled by the multi-stand rolling mill. Roll. At that time, the rolling oil is sprayed and supplied to the steel sheet through a nozzle or the like on each entry side of the multiple stand rolling mill. As such rolling oil, usually, rolling oil prepared in an emulsion state (hereinafter, emulsion rolling oil) is used. Emulsion rolling oil is produced by mixing rolling oil of a predetermined amount of oil and water, and applying a stirring action and a shearing action by a pump to the mixed liquid.
There are mainly two types of emulsion rolling oil supply methods in the cold rolling process of a steel sheet: a direct oil supply method (direct method) and a circulating oil supply method (recirculation method). In the direct oil supply method, for the purpose of lubrication between the steel sheet and the rolling roll, the emulsion rolling oil having a concentration of about 5 to 20 [volume%] is sprayed on the steel sheet on the entry side of each rolling mill, and for the purpose of cooling the rolling roll, Water is sprayed onto the rolling rolls of each rolling mill. For this reason, although it is excellent in lubricity and cooling properties, such as a rolling roll, the basic unit of an emulsion rolling oil becomes high compared with a circulating oil supply system because it does not circulate and use the emulsion rolling oil (it makes it disposable). . On the other hand, the circulating oil supply system is an oil supply system that circulates and uses emulsion rolling oil for the purpose of lubricating the steel sheet and the rolling roll and for the purpose of cooling the rolling roll. That is, in the circulating oil supply system, the emulsion rolling oil is sprayed on the steel sheet on the inlet side of each rolling mill for the above-mentioned lubrication purpose, and the emulsion rolling oil of the same supply source is used for each rolling for the above-mentioned cooling purpose. It sprays on the rolling roll of the machine. The emulsion rolling oil after injection is appropriately collected and reused (circulated) for lubrication and cooling purposes.
In addition, as a conventional technique related to the supply of rolling oil in the cold rolling process of the steel sheet described above, for example, in addition to the emulsion rolling oil that is used in circulation, the rolling oil crude and dilution water of the same type as this emulsion rolling oil that is used in circulation There is a type in which an oil-water mixed rolling oil mixed with is supplied to a steel sheet or a rolling roll through a supply path different from the circulating rolling emulsion oil (see Patent Document 1). Lubricant supply that controls at least one of emulsion supply amount, emulsion concentration, emulsion temperature, and plateout length so that the oil film thickness in emulsion lubrication under a specific rolling lubrication condition matches the target oil film thickness There is a method (see Patent Document 2).
By the way, in the steel field such as automobile steel plates, in recent years, the demand for high-strength steel plates having higher strength than ordinary steels has been increasing in order to reduce the weight of automobile bodies and improve collision safety. . Generally, since a high-strength steel plate has a larger deformation resistance than ordinary steel, the rolling load required for cold rolling of the high-strength steel plate increases as compared with cold rolling of ordinary steel. When the rolling load increases excessively, the shape of the high-strength steel plate after cold rolling is disturbed, and as a result, problems such as plate breakage due to drawing may occur.
In order to solve this problem, the rolling oil is sufficiently drawn into a steel sheet region (hereinafter referred to as a roll bite) sandwiched from above and below by a pair of rolling rolls. It is necessary to improve the lubricity (hereinafter abbreviated as “lubricity of roll bit” as appropriate). On the other hand, in cold rolling of high-strength steel sheets, a high rolling load is applied to the drive motor of the rolling roll. Therefore, due to the torque limitation of the drive motor due to this high rolling load, cold rolling of plain steel and soft steel is required. In comparison, the rolling speed must be kept low. In such a low-speed cold rolling state (hereinafter abbreviated as a low-speed rolling state as appropriate), the amount of rolling oil drawn into the roll bite usually decreases. As a result, the lubricity of the roll bite is deteriorated. That is, in the recent steel field, there is a demand for improving the lubricity of a roll bite not only when cold-rolling ordinary steel or soft steel but also when cold-rolling high-strength steel sheets.
However, with the above-described conventional technology, it is difficult to sufficiently draw the rolling oil into the roll bite in the low-speed rolling state. For this reason, the lubricity of the roll bite is deteriorated, and the rolling load is excessively increased due to this, so that the steel plate shape after cold rolling may be disturbed. Invite the problem.
In addition, as disclosed in
Moreover, in the prior art described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can always easily introduce a sufficient amount of rolling oil into a roll bite regardless of the rolling conditions of a metal plate to be rolled such as a steel plate. , Can ensure good lubricity of roll bite required for cold rolling of metal plate, and as a result, stable cold rolling without excessively increasing rolling load is possible for various metal plates in a wide strength range It is an object of the present invention to provide a lubricating oil supply device and a lubricating oil supply method.

The lubricating oil supply method according to the present invention is the dilution water tank according to the above invention, based on the rolling conditions of the metal plate, the temperature and supply flow rate of the emulsion rolling oil, and the temperature of the dilution water. According to the present invention, it is always possible to easily introduce a sufficient amount of rolling oil into a roll bite regardless of the rolling conditions of the metal plate to be rolled, such as a steel plate, whereby the roll bite required for cold rolling of the metal plate is achieved. Exemplary embodiments of a lubricating oil supply apparatus and a lubricating oil supply method according to the present invention will be explained below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
(Embodiment)
First, the configuration of the lubricating oil supply apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration example of a lubrication supply apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the lubricating
The circulating
The circulating rolling
Here, the properties of the above-described
In addition, you may add the additive used for rolling oil of normal cold rolling, such as an oil improvement agent, an extreme pressure additive, and antioxidant, to the
The rolling
The
The rolling
The
The recovered
The low temperature rolling
The low-temperature rolling
In addition, the
Below, the structure of the low temperature rolling
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the low temperature rolling
The low-temperature rolling
The rolling
The
The
The

The dilution water flow
The rolled crude oil flow
The dilution water flow
Next, the basic principle of the present invention will be described. The present inventors supply the
In general, in order to ensure good lubricity of a roll bit suitable for cold rolling of the
In consideration of the above, the inventors changed the temperature of the
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of a result of evaluating the relationship between the kinematic viscosity of the emulsion rolling oil for lubrication in a low-speed rolling state and the rolling load of each rolling mill. In FIG. 3, the white bar graph shows a rolling
As is apparent with reference to FIG. 3, the rolling load of the rolling
In the lubricating
On the other hand, when the emulsion rolling oil in the low temperature state (for example, 50 [° C.] or lower) exemplified in the low temperature
Next, a lubricating oil supply method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Below, the rolling
In the lubricating oil supply method according to the present embodiment, the
First, in the circulating
Next, the
On the other hand, in the low temperature rolling
Next, the
In the supply of the
In supplying the rolling
Then, the
As described above, when the low-temperature
In parallel with this, the
Then, as described above, the
The used emulsion rolling oil after the recovery is stirred together with the circulating
In the lubricating oil supply method described above, a mixed emulsion rolling oil of circulating
Specifically, in the low-speed rolling state such as cold rolling of a hard steel plate that is likely to cause insufficient lubrication of the roll bite, as described above, the
That is, each time the
(Example 1 and Comparative Example 1)
Next, Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 for specifically explaining the effects of the present invention will be described. In Example 1, a carbon steel plate having a base material thickness of 3.0 [mm] and a plate width of 1000 [mm] was used as the
On the other hand, the lubricating oil supply apparatus 1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) according to the above-described embodiment is applied to the
In the first embodiment, the lubricating
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 with respect to Example 1 described above, the lubricating
About each of Example 1 mentioned above and Comparative Example 1, each rolling load of the rolling mills 31-35 of the
In Table 1, stand
As shown in Table 1, each rolling load for each rolling mill (for each stand number) in Example 1 was reduced as compared with each rolling load for each rolling mill in Comparative Example 1. That is, it turns out that each rolling load of the rolling
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, in accordance with the rolling conditions of the steel sheet, an emulsion rolling oil that is circulated and used for lubrication of the roll bite and cooling of the rolling roll, the same base oil component as this emulsion rolling oil Or a mixed emulsion rolling oil obtained by mixing these emulsion rolling oil and low-temperature emulsion rolling oil is supplied to the rolling roll inlet side as an emulsion rolling oil for lubrication.
For this reason, the temperature of the emulsion rolling oil for lubrication can be controlled responsively to the optimum temperature required for stable cold rolling of the steel sheet according to a wide range of rolling conditions of the steel sheet. Can be supplied to the steel sheet surface on the rolling roll entry side. Thereby, the kinematic viscosity of this emulsion rolling oil for lubrication can be controlled to a kinematic viscosity suitable for the rolling conditions of the steel sheet. By controlling this kinematic viscosity, a sufficient amount is always obtained regardless of the various rolling conditions of the steel sheet. The emulsion rolling oil for lubrication can be easily introduced into the roll bite. As a result, an oil film having a thickness sufficient to ensure the lubricity of the roll bite necessary for cold rolling of the steel sheet can be formed in the roll bite. Therefore, the good lubricity of the roll bite required for cold rolling of the steel sheet is always maintained. Thus, stable cold rolling can be performed on various steel plates in a wide strength range without excessively increasing the rolling load and rolling load.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the dilution water used for producing the low temperature emulsion rolling oil is stored in the dilution water tank having a smaller capacity than the circulation rolling oil supply tank for storing the circulating emulsion rolling oil. However, the temperature of this dilution water is adjusted according to the rolling conditions of the steel sheet, and each time the temperature-adjusted dilution water and the rolling oil stock solution are mixed to produce a low-temperature emulsion rolling oil, Supplying toward the rolling roll entry side. For this reason, while being able to adjust the temperature of dilution water responsively according to the rolling conditions of a steel plate, the power cost required for temperature adjustment of this dilution water can be reduced. In addition, inadvertent stagnation after the production of the low-temperature emulsion rolling oil can be prevented, and thereby the decay of the low-temperature emulsion rolling oil over time by bacteria and microorganisms can be suppressed as much as possible.
Furthermore, a mixing nozzle is used as a rolling oil injection part of the circulating oil supply system 2 (see FIG. 1) that circulates and uses the emulsion rolling oil, and the mixed emulsion rolling oil at the optimum temperature can be produced and sent out by the mixing nozzle. In this case, a mixing nozzle may be disposed at each necessary location in place of the rolling
In addition, low-temperature emulsion rolling oil is produced and supplied during rolling conditions where the roll bite is likely to be insufficiently lubricated, such as in a low-speed rolling state. Production and supply of low-temperature emulsion rolling oil is suppressed or stopped during rolling conditions where the roll bite is less likely to be insufficiently lubricated, such as during rolling. For this reason, the minimum required low temperature emulsion rolling oil according to the rolling conditions of a steel plate can be produced and supplied. Thereby, since supply_amount | feed_rate of the low temperature emulsion rolling oil to a rolling oil injection part can be reduced, size reduction of each capacity | capacitance of the rolling oil tank and dilution water tank which are required for preparation of a low temperature emulsion rolling oil can be accelerated | stimulated. For example, each capacity of the rolling oil tank and the dilution water tank can be made extremely small as compared with a circulating rolling oil supply tank that stores emulsion rolling oil for circulation. As a result, it is possible to reduce the power cost required for temperature management of the rolling oil stock solution, and it is possible to easily perform temperature control with high response of dilution water at low cost.
