Claims (3)
- 遮熱保護部品のW型のフランジを製造する組立ダイス(assembled die)であって、前記組立ダイス(assembled die)は、テラス成形ダイス(terraced-forming die)と曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)を備え、
前記テラス成形ダイス(terraced-forming die)は、上ダイスD10と、上ダイスの刃口部D11、D15と、上ダイスのテラス状内辺D12、D13、D14、D16、D17、D18と、下ダイスD20と、下ダイスの刃口部D21、D25と、下ダイスのテラス状内辺D22、D23、D24、D26、D27、D28とを含み;
前記上ダイスの刃口部D11、D15と下ダイスの刃口部D21、D25は、ダイスが閉合する時、一定の隙間があって、ダイスが閉合している時、上ダイスの内辺と相対応する下ダイスの内辺との間は、材料の厚さより大きな隙間があり;
曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)は、上ダイスD30と、下ダイスD40とを含み、前記上ダイスD30は、上ダイスの底面D35に対して垂直する上ダイス側面D32、D34と、上ダイス側面と隣接した上ダイスのアーク面D31、D33とを含み、さらに、上ダイスのアーク面は、ダイスの外側へ延伸したアーク面であることを特徴とする;
遮熱保護部品のW型のフランジを製造する組立ダイス。 - 製品の外側寸法及び各層の要件に応じて各層の材料を供給し、ツーリングを通して固定して、複合基板を形成し、
複合基板をテラス成形ダイス(terraced-forming die)に置き、テラス状の複合基板にスタンピング成形させ、
成形したテラス状の複合基板を曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)の下ダイスD40に置いて、曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)の上ダイスD30を下ダイスD40の方向に移動させ、曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)の上ダイスD30のアーク面D31、D33は、テラス状の複合基板の縁部に横方向の力を加えており、テラス状の複合基板の縁部を内側へ曲げ、上ダイスD30は、下ダイスD40へ移動し続けて、曲げ成形ダイス(bending forming die)の上ダイスD30の底面D35は、テラス状の複合基板の外側部に垂直圧力を加え、テラス状基板のテラス部をW型のフランジ結構をスタンピング成形させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立ダイス(assembled die)が遮熱保護部品のW型のフランジを製造する方法。 - 金属遮熱保護部品は、上層金属基板と、下金属基板と、中間絶縁材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
