Description
典型的な電力ケーブルは、1又はそれ以上の高分子材料の層に囲まれているケーブル心線の中に1又はそれ以上の導体を含む。中電圧(6〜36kV)及び高電圧(36kV超)及び超高電圧(220kV超)のケーブルは、一般に、内側の半導体層、続いて絶縁層、次に外側の半導体層、そして最も外側の層(又は外装)に囲まれている心線を含む。
本開示は、改良された絶縁破壊強度をもつポリマー組成物に関する。本ポリマー組成物は、(i)高分子成分及び(ii)電圧安定剤(VSA)で構成され、改良された絶縁破壊強度及び高い電気的応力への増加した耐久性を示す。本電圧安定剤は、ポリオレフィンに適合性があり、ポリオレフィンへの絶縁破壊強度を向上させるが、一般に電力ケーブル絶縁組成物で行われる架橋化学にあまり影響を及ぼさない。本ポリマー組成物は、電線・ケーブル用途、特に電力ケーブルにおける絶縁層としての使用が見出される。
本開示は、ポリマー組成物を提供する。このポリマー組成物には、(i)ポリマー成分、(ii)電圧安定剤、及び(iii)所望によりその他の添加剤が含まれる。

上式で、R 1 −R 7 は同じであるか又は異なり、R 1 −R 7 の各々は、水素、C 1 −C 30 ヒドロカルビル基、置換C 1 −C 30 ヒドロカルビル基、ヒドロキシル基、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、被覆導体。
[2] 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンである、上記[1]に記載の被覆導体。
[3] 前記ポリオレフィンが、架橋ポリエチレンである、上記[1]に記載の被覆導体。
[4] R 1 −R 2 のうちの少なくとも1つが、C 1 −C 30 ヒドロカルビル基である、上記[1]から[3]のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
[5] R 1 −R 2 のうちの少なくとも1つが、置換C 1 −C 30 ヒドロカルビル基である、上記[1]から[3]のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
[6] R 1 −R 2 のうちの少なくとも1つが、アリール基を含む、上記[1]から[5]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
[7] R 1 −R 2 の各々が、アリール基を含む、上記[1]から[6]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
[8] 約0.1重量%〜約3重量%のトリアジンを含む、上記[1]から[7]のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
[9] 前記被覆導体が、中電圧電力ケーブル、高電圧電力ケーブル、及び超高電圧電力ケーブルからなる群から選択される、上記[1]から[8]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
[10] 前記内部層が絶縁層である、上記[1]から[9]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
[11] 前記内部層が遮蔽層である、上記[1]から[9]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
[12] 前記トリアジンが、構造(II)
を有する、上記[1]から[11]のいずれか一項に記載の被覆導体。
Claims (5)
- 導体;
最も外側の不透明層;
前記導体の上にあり、前記導体と前記最外層との間に位置している内部層
を備える被覆導体であって、
前記内部層が、
ポリオレフィン;及び
構造(I)のトリアジン
上式で、R1−R7は同じであるか又は異なり、R1−R7の各々は、水素、C1−C30ヒドロカルビル基、置換C1−C30ヒドロカルビル基、ヒドロキシル基、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、被覆導体。 - 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の被覆導体。
