Claims (13)
- 複数のフィン(2)を備え、該複数のフィン(2)が間隔を置いて積層方向(5)に積み重ねられてフィン積層体を形成し、
各前記フィン(2)が複数のそれぞれが襟部(3)に囲まれた開口(4)を有し、
隣り合う前記フィン(2)の前記襟部(3)同士が結合されて通路(6)を形成し、該通路(6)からなる通路系(7)が第1の流体のための第1の流路(8)を構成し、
隣り合う前記フィン(2)間の間隔が第2の流体のための第2の流路(9)を構成し、
端板(10)を前記フィン積層体の前記積層方向(5)の両端に備え、
前記通路(6)同士が前記端板(10)の内側で連通し、
前記襟部(3)はそれぞれ、複数の前記開口(4)を囲み、
少なくとも1つのスリーブ(23)が、前記襟部(3)が形成する前記通路(6)の少なくとも1つに挿通され、該通路(6)を覆っており、
各前記フィン(2)において前記襟部(3)は前記第2の流体の流れ方向(9)と交差する方向に列をなして配されるとともに、前記第2の流体の該流れ方向(9)に隣り合う前記襟部(3)同士は前記第2の流体の該流れ方向(9)と交差する方向にずらして配される、
ことを特徴とするフィン式熱交換器(1)。 - 請求項1に記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記フィン(2)の縁部(11)が、前記フィン式熱交換器(1)の少なくとも一側面で前記フィン積層体の側壁(12)を形成するように構成されている。 - 請求項2に記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記フィン式熱交換器(1)の筐体(25)が、
前記積層方向(5)と交差する該筐体(25)の横断方向(20)に関しては相対する側壁(12)によって、
前記積層方向(5)に関しては前記端板(10)によって
前記第2の流路(9)をその周方向に取り囲むように構成され、
該筐体(25)には、その長さ方向(21)に前記第2の流路(9)が貫通し、該筐体(25)は該長さ方向(21)の両端に第2の流体のための入口(26)と出口(27)を有する。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記通路(6)は前記第2の流路(9)内に設けられる。 - 請求項4に記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記通路(6)は、前記フィン式熱交換器(1)の前記長さ方向(21)と交差する方向に前記第2の流路(9)を突っ切って配され、また前記フィン式熱交換器(1)の前記長さ方向(21)と前記横断方向(20)とに並列して互いに平行に配される。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記フィン(2)の前記襟部(3)は円錐台形に形成される。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
前記フィン(2)の前記襟部(3)は前記第1の流体の流れ方向の向きに、または前記第1の流体の流れ方向と反対の向きに、対応する前記フィン(2)から突出して形成される。 - 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
各前記端板(10)が少なくとも1つの開口(18)を有し、該開口(18)を介して前記第1の流体の前記通路系(7)への導入または前記通路系(7)からの排出を行う。 - 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
各前記端板(10)はそれと隣り合う前記フィン(2)と、前記開口(4)および前記襟部(3)以外の領域で接触し、
該接触によって前記通路(6)同士が連通し、
該接触によって前記第1および第2の流体のための前記第1および第2の流路(8、9)間の分離が保たれる。 - 請求項9に記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
各前記端板(10)とそれと隣り合う前記フィン(2)とは線接触または面接触し、
該接触箇所にて各前記端板(10)がそれと隣り合う前記フィン(2)に固定される。 - 請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
各前記端板(10)が空洞(15)を備え、該空洞(15)を介して前記通路(6)同士が前記端板(10)の内側で連通する。 - 請求項11に記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
少なくとも一方の前記端板(10)の前記空洞(15)が連通管を構成し、該連通管を介して1つの前記通路(6)の出口端と他の1つの前記通路(6)の入口端が連通する、または
少なくとも一方の前記端板(10)の前記空洞(15)が連通室を構成し、該連通室を介して複数の前記通路(6)の出口端と他の複数の前記通路(6)の入口端が連通する。 - 請求項1〜請求項12のいずれかに記載のフィン式熱交換器において、
互いに結合された前記襟部(3)同士は互いに当接しているかまたは接合箇所(14)にて互いに接合されている。
