Description
The present invention relates to a control device that controls driving of a motor, and a shift-by-wire system using the same.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the field of vehicle control, a by-wire system is known in which an actuator that changes a vehicle state is electrically controlled by a by-wire control circuit according to a command from a vehicle driver. For example,
In the shift-by-wire system of
By the way, when the reference position learning control is performed, in a system that controls the current flowing in each phase of the motor with a duty ratio corresponding to the voltage, even if the voltage is the same, it is caused by a change in winding resistance due to a temperature change or a change over time. In some cases, the value of the current flowing through each phase of the motor winding changes, the motor torque changes, and the learning accuracy of the reference position decreases. In this regard, no consideration is given to the system of
Therefore, when the reference position learning control is performed, if the current flowing through the windings is limited so that the sum of the currents flowing through the phases of the motor windings is within a predetermined range, it may be caused by temperature changes or changes over time. It is considered that the change of the current value of each phase is suppressed, and the learning accuracy of the reference position is improved regardless of the change of the condition. However, when the means for detecting the sum of the currents flowing in each phase of the motor winding and the means for limiting the current flowing in the windings are configured with a physical circuit or the like, The position may not be learned correctly.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a control device that has high learning accuracy of a reference position and can detect an abnormality in a function related to reference position learning, and shift-by-wire using the same. To provide a system.
The present invention is a control device that controls a motor that has a plurality of phase windings and that is rotated by electric power supplied from a power source to drive a drive target, and includes a relay, a switching unit, a control unit, and a current detection A circuit, a current limiting circuit, a reference position learning means, a voltage detection circuit, a constant current circuit, and an abnormality detection means are provided.
The relay is provided between the power supply and the motor, and allows the power supply from the power supply to the motor by being turned on, and cuts off the power supply from the power supply to the motor by being turned off. A plurality of switching means are provided to correspond to the respective phases of the windings, and when energized, the energization of the corresponding windings is permitted, and when energized, the energization of the corresponding windings is interrupted. The control unit controls the driving of the motor by controlling the on / off operation of the relay and the switching means.
The current detection circuit is provided so as to be connected to a junction where the current flowing through the winding and the switching unit merges, and detects a current value that is a value of the current flowing through the junction. The current limiting circuit limits the current flowing through the winding and the switching means so that the average value of the current values detected by the current detection circuit is within a predetermined range. The reference position learning means learns the reference position of the motor by rotating the motor until the drive target stops at the limit position of the movable range while limiting the current flowing through the winding and the switching means by the current limiting circuit.
The voltage detection circuit detects a voltage value that is a value of a voltage applied to the switching means. The constant current circuit can flow a current corresponding to a constant current value, which is a predetermined current value, to the junction. The abnormality detection means is detected by the voltage detection circuit when the relay is turned on, all the switching means are turned off, and a current corresponding to the constant current value is caused to flow through the junction by the constant current circuit. The abnormality of the current detection circuit can be detected based on the measured voltage value and the current value detected by the current detection circuit.
In the present invention, when learning the reference position of the motor, the current limit circuit limits the current flowing through the winding and the switching means based on the current value detected by the current detection circuit, so that the motor is rotated. Changes in the current value of each phase due to changes over time and the like, and changes in motor torque can be suppressed. Thereby, the learning accuracy of the reference position can be improved regardless of changes in conditions such as temperature changes and changes with time.
In the present invention, the abnormality detection means can detect an abnormality in the current detection circuit based on the voltage value detected by the voltage detection circuit and the current value detected by the current detection circuit. Thereby, it is possible to avoid performing the reference position learning in a state where an abnormality has occurred in the current detection circuit. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the motor from malfunctioning or becoming uncontrollable because the reference position has not been correctly learned.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(One embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention and a shift-by-wire system using the same.
The shift-by-
The
In this embodiment, the
The
A plurality of windings 22 are provided so as to be wound around each salient pole of the
For example, the
The motor shaft 24 is provided integrally with the
When energization to the windings 22 of each phase is sequentially switched, a rotating magnetic field is generated in the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the shift
The
The
In the present embodiment, the recess 41 is formed corresponding to the “P range” that is the shift range of the automatic transmission 3. The recess 42 is formed corresponding to the “R range”. The recess 43 is formed corresponding to the “N range”. The recess 44 is formed corresponding to the “D range”.
The
By restricting the rotation of the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the direction in which the
FIG. 2 shows a state of the
Next, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
One end of a conducting wire is connected to each source terminal of the
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
As described above, the
The
The current limiting
The

The
The
The
Since the
In addition, after learning the reference position, the
By the way, when the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the reference position learning control is performed, the winding 22 is controlled so that the average value of the current values flowing through the junction P1 is within a predetermined range by the
In the present embodiment, the
As described above, in this embodiment, the
The

The MPU 80 (abnormality detection unit 82) turns on the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the

As described above, the

In this embodiment, for example, in the normal drive control of S104, the

As described above, (1) the present embodiment is an

In the above-described embodiment, when the reference position learning control is performed, an example is shown in which the motor is rotated by the “two-phase energization method” in which the energized phases are sequentially switched while energizing the two phases of the three-phase windings. On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the reference position learning control is performed, for example, one-phase energization for energizing one phase of three-phase windings and two-phase energization for energizing two phases are alternately performed. It is good also as rotating a motor by the "1-2 phase electricity supply system" switched to.

In addition, the motor to be controlled is not limited to a switched reluctance motor, as long as the rotational position of the motor is detected based on the output signal (pulse signal) of the encoder and the energized phase is switched.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which a magnetic encoder is used as the encoder that detects the relative rotational position of the motor has been described. On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, for example, an optical or brush encoder may be used. The encoder is not limited to outputting A-phase and B-phase pulse signals. For example, an encoder that outputs a correction (index) Z-phase signal in addition to the A-phase and B-phase may be used. .
Moreover, in other embodiment of this invention, how many recessed parts of a detent plate may be formed. That is, the number of ranges of the automatic transmission to which the present invention can be applied is not limited to four.
The shift-by-wire system according to the present invention, as in the above-described embodiment, is an automatic control for a continuously variable transmission (CVT) or HV (hybrid vehicle) that switches between four positions “P”, “R”, “N”, and “D”. In addition to the transmission (A / T), it can also be used for range switching of an EV (electric vehicle) or HV parking mechanism that switches between two positions “P” or “notP”.

On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, a “moderation mechanism” composed of a plurality of recesses and detent rollers may be provided, for example, in the vicinity of the speed reducer in the actuator. Further, as long as the rotational position of the drive target can be held at a predetermined position, the “moderation mechanism” having another configuration is not limited to the “moderation mechanism” including the concave portion and the detent roller.
