Description
− 1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料からなる熱収縮フィルムを用意するステップと、
− 1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料からなり、互いに結合していないフィラメントの一群または集りをフィルム上に配置するステップであって、フィルムの材料およびフィラメントの材料を、フィルムがフィラメントよりも熱収縮しやすいように、特に、フィラメントが実質的に熱収縮できないのに熱収縮できるように選択するステップと、
− フィラメントが熱可塑性フィルムに固定されていない一連の非拘束セクションと一連の予備固定セクションとが交互に生じるように、各フィラメントに沿って予備固定を行うステップであって、この予備固定を、フィラメントとフィルムの材料が緊密には結合しないように行うステップと、
− フィルムと予備固定したフィラメントとの集合体に熱処理を施し、雌ループ部分を得るために、フィルムを収縮させ、かつ、フィラメントを軟化させるステップであって、熱処理は、フィラメントを構成する材料または少なくとも1つの材料のビカットA点、および、フィルムを構成する材料または少なくとも1つの材料のビカットA点と実質的等しいか、より高く、フィラメントおよびフィルムの材料の少なくとも1つの融点よりも低い温度まで加熱することにより行うステップとを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性材料から作られたフィルムと、互いに独立しており、前記フィルムの面の1つに固定された複数のフィラメントとを備えた面ファスナー用の雌ループ部分であって、各フィラメントが、連続する固定セクション(15)と、前記固定セクションと交互に並んで連続するループ・セクション(4)とを備え、前記フィラメントが、前記フィルムに、前記固定セクションに沿って固定されており、一方、前記ループ・セクションが、ループを形成するために、前記フィルムから一定の距離を離れているものにおいて、1つのフィラメントのループ・セクションの断面積が、前記1つのフィラメントの固定セクションの断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする、部分。
- ループ・セクションの断面積のうちで最大のものが、固定セクションの断面積のうちで最小のものよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の部分。
- 球状形セクション(6)がループ・セクションと固定セクションとの間に延びており、前記球状形セクションが、前記ループ・セクションから前記固定セクションへ向かって幅が広くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の部分。
- ループ・セクションの断面積が一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の部分。
- 固定セクションの断面積が一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の部分。
- 前記フィラメントが、POYまたはLOYから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の部分。
- 前記固定セクション(15)が、2つの連続したフィラメントの間で、長手方向に互いにずれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の部分。
- 前記フィラメントが、互いに平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の部分。
- 1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料から作られたフィルムと、1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料から作られ、ループを形成するために、前記フィルムの面の1つに固定されたフィラメントとを備える請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のファスナー用雌部分を製造する方法において、
1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料からなる熱収縮フィルムを用意するステップと、
1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料からなり、互いに結合していないフィラメントの一群または集りを前記フィルム上に配置するステップであって、前記フィルムの材料および前記フィラメントの材料を、前記フィルムが前記フィラメントよりも熱収縮しやすいように選択するステップと、
前記フィラメントが前記熱可塑性フィルムに固定されていない一連の非拘束セクションと一連の予備固定セクションとが交互に生じるように、各フィラメントに沿って予備固定を行うステップであって、前記予備固定を、前記フィラメントと前記フィルムの材料が緊密には結合しないように行うステップと、
フィルムと予備固定したフィラメントとの集合体に熱処理を施し、前記雌ループ部分を得るために、前記フィルムを収縮させ、かつ、前記フィラメントを軟化させるステップであって、前記熱処理は、前記フィラメントを構成する材料または少なくとも1つの材料のビカットA点、および、前記フィルムを構成する材料または少なくとも1つの材料のビカットA点と実質的等しいか、より高く、前記フィラメントおよび前記フィルムの材料の少なくとも1つの融点よりも低い温度まで加熱することにより行うステップとを含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の雌ループ部分の製造用の装置であって、フィラメントの幕と、熱可塑性材料から作られたフィルムとを、加圧面と、支持面との間の間隙で、互いに接触させるための手段を備える装置において、前記フィラメントのセクションを前記フィルムに選択的に押しつけることを意図した***区間(20)を前記加圧面上に形成するために、前記加圧面に彫り込みが施されており、前記加圧面の非***部分(21)の領域では、前記フィラメントのセクションが前記フィルムに押しつけられないことを特徴とする、装置。
- ループ・セクションの断面積が円形をしていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の部分。
- 固定セクションの断面積が横長の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の部分。
- 固定セクションの断面積が楕円形または卵形の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の部分。
- 1つまたは複数の熱可塑性材料からなり、互いに結合していないフィラメントの一群または集りを前記フィルム上に配置する前記ステップにおいて、前記フィルムの材料および前記フィラメントの材料を、前記フィルムが、前記フィラメントが実質的に熱収縮できないのに反して熱収縮できるように選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧面が加圧シリンダー(108)の表面であり、前記支持面が支持シリンダー(109)の表面である、請求項10に記載の装置。
