Claims (3)
- コンデンサ素子が収容されるコンデンサ用ケースの製造方法であって、
板状成形材から打抜き加工により第1のスラグを生成する工程と、
前記第1のスラグを、所定形状の金型から押出す冷間押出し成形により第2のスラグに加工する工程と、
前記第2のスラグを所定温度で焼鈍する工程と、
前記コンデンサ用ケースの外形に対応するキャビティを備えるダイと、前記コンデンサ用ケースの内形に対応する形状を持つパンチとを用いた衝撃押出し成形により、側壁部及び底面部を備え、これら側壁部及び底面部が短辺部と長辺部とを有する有底筒状体に第2のスラグを成形するとともに、該有底筒状体の内底部と少なくとも前記長辺部の前記側壁部とが成す隅部に周回状凸部を成形する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするコンデンサ用ケースの製造方法。 - 前記パンチは、前記第2のスラグに押し当てられる第1の面部と、前記有底筒状体の側壁部を成形する第2の面部とを備え、前記第1の面部は、前記有底筒状体の内底部を成形する凸部と、この凸部より後退させ且つ前記凸部を包囲して形成された段部とを備え、前記段部が前記第2のスラグの成形に際し、スラグ材溜まりとなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンデンサ用ケースの製造方法。
- 前記有底筒状体の開口部を切り落として整形する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコンデンサ用ケースの製造方法。
