Claims (4)
- 原液供給口と固分排出口および濾液分排出口を有する処理槽内の原液供給口と固分排出口との間に、複数の凸子円板状濾片に凸設された凸子端面を当接させて濾過溝を形成させながら、該濾過溝内に大径円板状濾片を軸方向に移動可能なように介装し、次の該濾過溝内に小径円板状濾片を軸方向に移動可能なように介装させながら、回転軸と同調回転するように、直径の異なる各濾片を凸子円板状濾片,大径円板状濾片,凸子円板状濾片,小径円板状濾片,凸子円板状濾片の順に、順次回転軸の外周に挿入積層させたトリプル積層状回転濾体を、固分排出口の排出方向へ昇り勾配状の等間隔で上下2段に対向配列させ、相隣接するトリプル積層状回転濾体の一方のトリプル積層状回転濾体における大径円板状濾片の外周縁を、他方のトリプル積層状回転濾体の濾過溝内に突入させて他方の凸子円板状濾片の凸子部と小径円板状濾片の外周縁に接近した態様とし、処理液中に含まれる回収微粒子を効率よく回収するように処理槽の供給側側壁と排出側側壁に付設されたシール部材の要部外縁を、該固分排出口側終端の上下2段と原液供給口側始端の下段のトリプル積層状回転濾体の凸子円板状濾片外周縁に僅かな隙間を隔てて近接対向し、大径円板状濾片および小径円板状濾片は、該濾過溝内を軸方向に揺動しながら該回転軸と同調回転できるように構成したことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
- 請求項1に記載の固液分離装置であって、前記固分排出口の排出方向へ昇り勾配状の等間隔で上下2段に対向配列させたトリプル積層状回転濾体の配設において、該固分排出口側終端の上下2段または原液供給口側始端の下段或いはそれら双方を、凸子円板状濾片,小径円板状濾片,凸子円板状濾片の順に、順次回転軸の外周に該小径円板状濾片が軸方向に移動可能なように挿入積層させたダブル積層状回転濾体の外周縁に、処理槽の側壁に付設されたシール部材の外縁が僅かな隙間を隔てて近接対向するように構成したことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の固液分離装置であって、前記固分排出口の排出方向へ昇り勾配状の等間隔で上下2段に対向配列させた、トリプル積層状回転濾体および原液供給口側始端の下段に配置されたダブル積層状回転濾体において、凸子円板状濾片と大径円板状濾片には濾液孔および小径円板状濾片には濾液切欠孔をそれぞれ同心状に穿設し、該濾液孔および濾液切欠孔は積層後の上記両積層状回転濾体内に濾液路を形成し、該濾液路の送液終端開口部は前記処理槽側壁の外側に付設された濾液室内に導通され、該濾液室下壁に濾液室排水口を開設するように構成したことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の固液分離装置であって、前記凸子円板状濾片を樹脂製に構成したことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
