Description

The present invention relates to a road surface damage prevention device that prevents damage to a paved road surface and a leveling road surface caused by contact with a shoe plate caused during traveling of a tracked vehicle.

Conventionally, a crawler track mounted on a tracked vehicle such as a snowplow, a snow vehicle, a hydraulic excavator, a bulldozer, etc., is often used by connecting a plurality of steel shoe plates in an annular shape. The claw part provided at the tip of the part is made to bite into the ground contact surface, thereby improving the traction ability and enabling efficient running on snow, rough terrain and rough roads.

This type of conventional crawler belt is a preventive measure because it is inevitable that the claw part provided at the tip of the shoe plate contacts the road surface and causes damage when traveling on a paved road surface or a leveled road surface as it is. As described above, an elastic body shoe plate made of an elastic body such as rubber is attached to the ground contact surface of the shoe plate so as to travel on a paved road surface or a leveled road surface.

Patent Documents 1 to 5 as conventional techniques regarding this point propose a structure that covers the entire area of the crawler belt in the width direction over its entire circumference. Further, in Patent Documents 6 to 15, a large number of elastic body tracks are arranged along and around the width direction of the crawler belt, and the crawler belt is separated from the road surface by this elastic body foot plate to prevent damage to the road surface. Something like this has been proposed.

特開平7−329837号公報JP 7-329837 A 特開平7−329838号公報JP 7-329838 A 特開平8−127369号公報JP-A-8-127369 特開平8−169371号公報JP-A-8-169371 実開平4−101782号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-101782 特開平9−104374号公報JP-A-9-104374 特開平9−249165号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-249165 特開2001−63643号公報JP 2001-63643 A 特許第3437164号公報Japanese Patent No. 3437164 特開2003−95157号公報JP 2003-95157 A 特開2003−112673号公報JP 2003-112673 A 実開昭62−29985号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-29985 実開平5−58583号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-58583 実開平6−18176号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-18176 実用新案登録第3017902号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3017902

By the way, the elastic body footboard disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 5 that covers the entire area in the width direction of the crawler belt over its entire circumference is very expensive. In addition, even if partial damage is easily caused by contact with the road surface, it is necessary to replace them all at once, and even if partial repair is performed, a strong structure is required. The cost of this is inevitable.

On the other hand, the elastic body cover plates disclosed in Patent Documents 6 to 15 are arranged in a dotted manner with a predetermined interval around the width direction of the crawler belt and the periphery thereof. Although the cost is low, considering the maintenance and the like, the cost is still high.

In addition, since the elastic body cover plate that covers the track of the tracked vehicle is used when the tracked vehicle is moved to the work place, it is easy to install and remove, and it takes maintenance. It is required that labor and maintenance costs can be minimized.

An object of the present invention is to propose a track-type vehicle road surface damage prevention device that can reduce labor and cost for maintenance and the like and can be easily attached to and detached from a crawler belt. .

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. That is, the present invention relates to each of a plurality of shoe plates constituting a track of a tracked vehicle, mounted at at least two locations in the width direction thereof, and the road surface of the shoe plate as the tracked vehicle travels. And a holder that is detachably connected to the shoe plate, and an elastic pad that is fixedly held by the holder and contacts the road surface when the tracked vehicle is running. And the holder comprises a joint part directly connected to the main body portion of the shoe plate via a connection bolt, and a base that is integrally connected to the joint part and fixedly holds the elastic pad. This is a road surface damage prevention device for a vehicle.

In the track-type vehicle road surface damage prevention device configured as described above,
1) A groove member in which the joint portion is formed with a plate member that covers at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the body portion of the shoe plate of the crawler belt, and a recess that is connected to the plate member and into which the tip claw portion of the shoe plate is inserted. Consisting of members,
2) The joint portion has a through-hole through which a connecting bolt used for fastening with the shoe plate is passed through a plate member that covers at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the body portion of the shoe plate.
3) The plate member covering at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the body portion of the shoe plate is disposed with a gap between the plate member and the body portion of the shoe plate before fastening by the connecting bolt. Comprising a repulsive force that comes into contact with the body portion of the shoe plate by elastic deformation at the time of fastening with a bolt and that is away from the body portion of the shoe plate;
However, it is preferable as a specific means for solving the problem.

According to the track-type vehicle road surface damage prevention device of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the road surface damage prevention device is detachably coupled to a shoe plate constituting a crawler belt, and is fixedly held by the holder. Further, since the elastic pad is grounded to the road surface when the tracked vehicle travels, the shoe plate does not directly contact the road surface, and the road surface can be prevented from being damaged.

In addition, the road surface damage preventing device of the present invention can be attached to at least two places in the width direction for each shoe plate. In other words, the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention can be partially (locally) attached to the shoe plate, the structure is simplified, the size is compact, and there is no increase in manufacturing costs. .

In addition, the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention only needs to be replaced if the road surface damage prevention device itself is damaged, even if the road surface damage prevention device needs to be replaced while the tracked vehicle is running. The tracked vehicle can be run early.

Further, the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention is simplified in that the holder is configured by a joint portion connected to the main body portion of the shoe plate and a pedestal that is integrally connected to the joint portion and holds the elastic pad. Because of the structure, even if it is damaged, it can be repaired and repaired relatively easily.

Further, according to the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention, even if the elastic pad is damaged by wear or the like, the shoe plate is protected by the plate member and the groove member of the joint portion constituting the holder. The shoe plate can be prevented from being directly grounded, and the shoe plate itself is not damaged and the road surface is not damaged by the shoe plate.

According to the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention, the road surface damage prevention device can be attached to or removed from the shoe plate by inserting the tip claw portion of the shoe plate into the groove member and connecting the joint portion and the body portion of the shoe plate. Since it is only necessary to fasten with bolts, it is easy to attach and remove.

Furthermore, according to the road surface damage prevention device of the present invention, the plate member covering at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the shoe plate main body portion is placed between the shoe plate main body portion and the shoe plate before fastening with the connecting bolt. It is arranged so as to be spaced apart, and generates an urging force in a direction that comes into contact with the body portion of the shoe plate and is separated from the body portion of the shoe plate by elastic deformation at the time of fastening by the connecting bolt. Since it comprised, this board member itself functions as a nut loosening prevention fastened by a connection bolt, and it can prevent that a connection bolt falls by the nut loosening by the vibration added at the time of running of a track type vehicle. .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1A and 1B are diagrams schematically showing a state in which a road surface damage prevention device according to the present invention is mounted on a track of a tracked vehicle (a vehicle body is not shown), and FIG. The front view and (b) are side views (A-A cross section). 2 (a) to 2 (c) are views showing one of the road surface damage prevention devices attached to the crawler belts of FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), and (a) is a front view thereof. (B) is a side view, (c) is a bottom view. Although the crawler belts are usually provided on both sides of the vehicle, FIGS. 1A and 1B show the crawler belt on one side of the vehicle.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a drive wheel of a tracked vehicle, and 2 is a driven wheel of the tracked vehicle. The positions of the driving wheel 1 and the driven wheel 2 are appropriately changed according to the difference in the vehicle, and the wheel for guiding the crawler belt is between the driving wheel 1 and the driven wheel 2. May be placed.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a crawler belt that is wound around the drive wheel 1 and the driven wheel 2 and can be rotated by the drive wheel 1. The crawler belt 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of shoe plates 4 in an annular shape, and has a plate-like main body portion 4b that rises at an inclination on a base 4a of the shoe plate 4, and a track type with the main body portion 4b. It consists of a plate-like tip claw portion 4c that is integrally connected with an angle θ (see FIG. 2B) with respect to the forward direction of the vehicle.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a road surface damage prevention tool (made of a metal member) shown in the example of being mounted at two locations in the width direction of the shoe plate 4. The road surface damage prevention device 5 includes a holder 5a that is detachably connected to the shoe plate 4, and an elastic pad 5b such as rubber that is fixedly held by the holder 5a and directly contacts the road surface when the tracked vehicle is traveling. It is composed of Although the road surface damage prevention device 5 is illustrated in the case where it is mounted at two locations in the width direction of the shoe plate 4 (see FIG. 1A), the mounting location is not limited to only two locations, Depending on the size of the shoe plate 4, it is increased or decreased variously.

Of the components included in the preventer 5 road damage, the holder 5a, as shown in FIG. 2 (a) (b), the joint portion 5a 1 connected directly via a connecting bolt 6 to the body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 The joint portion 5a 1 includes a pedestal 5a 2 that is integrally connected by a joining means W such as welding to hold the elastic pad 5b.

In this embodiment, the joint portion 5a 1 is connected to a plate member 5a 11 that covers the front surface of the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4, and the plate member 5a 11 and the base 5a 2 , and the tip claw portion 4c of the shoe plate 4 is connected. It is shown as an example that is constituted by channel-shaped member 5a 12 in which the recesses were formed plugging. Here, the front surface of the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 faces the forward direction of the tracked vehicle in a state where the elastic pad 5b is in contact with the road surface (see the enlarged view of FIG. 1 (b)). This means the side surface, and the back surface means the surface opposite to the front surface.

A plate-like body having a rectangular shape can be used for the base 5b 2 . Further, as the elastic pad 5b, it can be used with a wall portion 5b 1 for covering the front side of the base 5b 2, a side wall portion of the rear side. By providing the wall portion 5b 1 , the contact area with the pedestal 5b 2 can be increased and the adhesion strength can be increased, and the wear of the elastic pad 5b has progressed during the road running of the tracked vehicle. However, there is an advantage that the side wall portion of the base 5b 2 can be prevented from contacting the road surface.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a through hole provided in the plate member 5a 11 of the joint portion 5a 1 for passing the connecting bolt 6 (see FIG. 2A). As this through-hole 7, it is possible to apply one formed by a long hole, and this allows a margin (play) for attaching the road surface damage prevention device 5 to be formed, so that the attachment is possible. Work becomes easy.

The road surface damage prevention tool 5 having the above-described configuration inserts the tip claw portion 4c of the shoe plate 4 into the recess of the groove-type member 5a 12 constituting the joint portion 5a 1 and the plate member 5a 11 to the shoe plate 4 It can be attached by simply tightening the nut 6a so that it can be fastened with the connecting bolt 6 while maintaining its state, while being superposed on the front surface of the main body portion 4a, while the nut 6a is loosened and the fastening with the connecting bolt 6 is released. By doing so, it can be removed.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the road surface damage prevention device 5 according to the present invention has the elastic pad 5b in direct contact with the road surface when attached to the shoe plate 4, thereby Damage is prevented.

Further, the road surface damage prevention tool 5 according to the present invention has a simplified structure, is easy to attach and detach, and even if the road surface damage prevention tool 5 is damaged, the damaged road surface damage prevention tool 5 is damaged. It is possible to run a tracked vehicle simply by replacing the vehicle, and since it can be easily repaired and repaired, it is possible to reduce labor and costs for maintenance.

As for the pedestal 5a 2 for fixing and holding the elastic pad 5b, the elastic pad 5b provided with the wall 5b 1 is shown as an example. However, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the pedestal 5a 2 It is also possible to fix the entire surface by contacting the flat surface of the elastic pad 5b, and this point is not limited.

FIG. 4 is a view showing another embodiment of the road surface damage preventing device 5 according to the present invention. In this example, a plate member 5a 13 that covers the back surface of the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 is provided as the joint portion 5a 1 , and the road surface damage prevention device 5 is attached to the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 using this plate member 5a 13. It is of a structure that is attached to.

The road surface damage prevention tool 5 having the above structure is a plate member in which the front end claw portion 4c is directly inserted into the recess of the groove member 5a 12 even if the front end claw portion 4c has a large angle θ with respect to the main body portion 4b. It is possible to cover the back surface of the main body portion 4b with 5a 13 (when the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 is attached to the road surface damage prevention device 5 in a posture as shown in FIG. 4, the plate member 5a 13 is attached to the shoe plate 4 The nut 6a needs to be tightened with the connecting bolt 6 while pressing toward the surface), and in the road surface damage prevention device 5 having such a configuration as well as shown in FIG. This can be surely prevented, and labor and cost for maintenance can be suppressed.

FIGS. 5A and 5B are views showing still another embodiment of the road surface damage preventing device 5 according to the present invention. In this example, the joint portion 5a 1 is configured by plate members 5a 14 and 5a 15 that cover the front and back surfaces of the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 and one end of which is integrally connected to the groove member 5a 12. .

The road surface damage prevention tool 5 having the above-described configuration is disposed with a gap d between the shoe plate 4 and the main body portion 4b before fastening with the connecting bolt 6, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the front and back surfaces of the main body portion 4b are brought into contact with each other by elastic deformation of itself when the connecting bolt 6 is fastened.

When the tracked vehicle travels on a paved road surface or a leveled road surface, a large vibration is generated in the vehicle, and the nut 6a of the connection bolt 6 is loosened by the vibration at that time, and the connection bolt 6 may fall off. Of concern, if the plate members 5a 14 and 5a 15 are in contact with the front and back surfaces of the body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4 due to elastic deformation when fastened by the connecting bolt 6, the plate members 5a 14 since the biasing force in the direction 5a 15 is away from the body portion 4b respectively is caused by this, prevents the nut 6a loosens easily, it is possible to avoid the falling of the connecting bolt 6. The gap d may be formed on either the front surface or the back surface of the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4.

The road surface damage prevention tool 5 having the above-described configuration has an advantage that the vehicle can be driven at high speed because the effect of preventing the nut from being loosened is high. In this structure as well, the disc spring can be used at the same time, and by using the disc spring together, the effect of preventing the nut from loosening can be further enhanced. A gap d may be formed between the plate members 5a 11 and 5a 13 of the road surface damage prevention device 5 having the configuration shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 and the main body portion 4b of the shoe plate 4, and in this case as well. It is possible to generate an urging force that causes the plate members 5a 11 and 5a 13 to exhibit a loosening prevention effect.

Example 1
Each shoe plate (made of iron) of size 36 inches x 44 inches, which forms the track of a tracked vehicle (trade name: TROOPER (manufactured by Perkins)), is located 150 to 200 mm inward from the width end. Two road surface damage prevention devices 5 according to the present invention (holder: thickness 5 mm, width 80 mm, elastic pad: length 40 mm, width 80 mm, rubber material NR / SBR (abrasion resistant rubber) hardness 70 degrees) A running test on the pavement surface and leveling road surface (asphalt construction) was performed after mounting (256 pieces arranged per vehicle), and the vehicle running property, the pavement surface, and the level of road surface damage were investigated. As a result, it was confirmed that there was no problem in traveling and backward traveling of the vehicle, and that the road surface was not damaged.

When the road surface damage prevention device 5 was inspected after running the tracked vehicle, the joint 5a 1 of the holder 5a was deformed, the joint (welded part) of the base 5a 2 was cracked, and the elastic pad 5b was unevenly worn. Due to peeling, repairs were made for those that could be repaired, and for those that could not be repaired, they had to be replaced with new ones. The road surface damage prevention tool 5 to be mounted on can be used as it is. Moreover, the road surface damage prevention tool 5 according to the present invention is itself inexpensive, and the maintenance cost for repair can be kept low.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the labor-related road surface damage prevention tool which can suppress the labor concerning a maintenance and cost, and can be easily attached or detached with respect to a crawler track can be provided.
