Description
Claims (3)
- 超音波のプローブと、
超音波を送波するようにプローブを制御する送信部と、
プローブが受波した超音波の受信信号を得る受信部と、
被検体に関する超音波の受信信号に基づいて、被検体の体動に応じて変化する体動信号を生成する体動信号生成部と、
体動信号に基づいて体動の大小を判別することにより、体動の小さい診断推奨期間の開始タイミングを決定する体動監視部と、
を有し、
前記開始タイミングから診断処理を開始し、当該診断処理において、被検体内にせん断波を発生させて当該被検体内における組織の診断情報を得る、
ことを特徴とし、
前記体動監視部は、前記体動信号に基づいて体動の大小を判別して当該体動信号に含まれる特徴波を検出することにより、当該特徴波の検出タイミングに応じて前記開始タイミングを決定するにあたり、心拍に伴う体動が最大となる時相に対応した前記特徴波を検出し、当該特徴波の検出タイミングから開始遅延時間が経過した時刻を前記開始タイミングとする、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
監視用の超音波を送波することにより得られる受信信号に基づいて前記体動信号を生成し、当該体動信号に基づいて体動の大小を判別して前記開始タイミングを決定し、
前記開始タイミングから、プッシュ用の超音波を送波して被検体内にせん断波を発生させ、トラッキング用の超音波を送波することにより得られる受信信号に基づいて、せん断波に伴う当該被検体内における組織の変位を計測して当該組織の診断情報を得る、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記体動監視部は、前記体動信号に基づいて体動の大小を判別することにより、ユーザによる診断開始操作のタイミングから、体動の小さい状態で開始待機時間が経過した時刻を前記開始タイミングとする、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
