Description
The present invention relates to a Portland cement that is low in water-soluble hexavalent chromium (Cr ( VI )).
In recent years, wastes such as industrial waste and general waste have been used as a substitute for cement raw materials mainly for resource recycling. Usually, since these wastes contain chromium (Cr) or the like, there is a risk that Cr or the like may be eluted from cement produced using the waste as a part of the raw material.
Most of Cr in the cement raw material is trivalent chromium (Cr (III)), but this changes to Cr ( VI ), which is more harmful in the firing process of the cement raw material, and this Cr ( VI ) Many of them are considered to exist in cement clinker (hereinafter referred to as “clinker”) in the form of water-soluble alkali metal salts, particularly potassium (K) salts, in combination with coexisting alkali metals. . For this reason, the cement industry has established guidelines to prescribe the water-soluble Cr ( VI ) content (hereinafter referred to as “amount”) in 1 kg of cement to be 20 mg or less.
As described above, if the water-soluble Cr ( VI ) in the clinker exists in the form of potassium salt, the amount of K 2 O is expected to reflect the amount of the water-soluble Cr ( VI ), and the amount of K in the clinker is small. It is thought that there is little water-soluble Cr ( VI ).
Based on this consideration, a water-soluble Cr ( VI ) -reducing cement composition defined using the amount of K 2 O in the clinker has been proposed.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a water-soluble hexavalent chromium-reducing cement composition in which the K 2 O amount and the total Cr amount in the clinker satisfy the relationship of the total Cr amount × 10 4 ≦ −222 × K 2 O amount + 225, etc. Has been proposed. Patent Document 2 discloses a water-soluble hexavalent chromium-reducing cement in which the total Cr amount in the cement clinker is 50 to 140 mg / kg and the product of K 2 O / Na 2 O and the total alkali amount is 1.05 or less. Compositions and the like have been proposed.
In the water-soluble hexavalent chromium-reducing cement compositions of Documents 1 and 2, the amount of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) satisfies the guideline value even when the total Cr amount increases. However, when the total Cr amount is about 100 mg / kg or more, the composition has a water-soluble Cr ( VI ) amount close to 20 mg / kg, which is the upper limit of the guideline. VI ) Reduction of quantity is required.
Moreover, the documents 1 and 2 water-soluble hexavalent chromium reducing cement composition, even if the total amount of Cr is small and about 80 mg / kg, in order to reduce the water-soluble Cr (VI) amount of K 2 O It may be necessary to reduce the content to about 0.26% or less. Since the content of K 2 O in currently produced cement is generally in the range of 0.3 to 0.5%, in order to reduce the K 2 O content to about 0.26% or less, For example, it is necessary to take measures to reduce the amount of K 2 O, such as reducing the amount of waste used.
However, in the current situation where waste is used as a cement raw material due to social demands for waste recycling, it is not realistic to reduce the waste utilization rate. If the amount of K 2 O is to be reduced below the above value, the preparation of the raw material takes a lot of trouble.
In view of the above, in a water-soluble hexavalent chromium-reducing cement composition that regulates the amount of alkali such as K 2 O, a decrease in waste utilization rate and difficulty in preparing raw materials may cause problems in manufacturing. There is.
Therefore, instead of prescribing with the amount of K 2 O, prescribe water-soluble hexavalent chromium-reducing cement (composition) using other indicators that do not reduce the waste utilization rate and are easy to prepare raw materials. If possible, it is extremely beneficial in terms of maintaining the utilization rate of waste and ease of manufacturing.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a Portland cement having a low amount of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) that can maintain the utilization rate of waste and can be easily manufactured.
The present inventors have made various studied the relationship between chemical composition and the water-soluble Cr (VI) contained in the cement, i) SO 3 that an effect of suppressing generation of water-soluble Cr (VI), and, Portland cement with SO 3 and K 2 O content and total Cr content in a specific range is ii) low water-soluble Cr ( VI ) content even when the total Cr content is large, and iii) The present invention was completed by finding out that it is not necessary to reduce the amount of K 2 O in the production of the cement.

The Portland cement of the present invention has a small amount of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) even when the total amount of Cr is large, is easy to manufacture, and can maintain the waste utilization rate.
本発明のポルトランドセメントは、前記のように、SO3(ただし、石膏由来のSO3を除く。)
As described above, the Portland cement of the present invention has a SO 3 content (excluding gypsum-derived SO 3 ) of 0.25 to 1.5% and a K 2 O content of 0.3 to 0.3. 0.55%, and the total Cr amount is 100 to 150 mg per kg of the cement.
Below, the Portland cement of this invention is demonstrated in detail.
1. The SO 3 for SO 3 except SO 3 containing component (1) from gypsum Portland cement of the present invention comprises SO 3 derived from minor mixture component such as SO 3 or blast furnace slag or limestone as a component of clinker However, SO 3 derived from gypsum added in the finishing process of cement production is not included.
The SO 3 content is 0.25 to 1.5%. According to the knowledge obtained in the present invention, it is presumed that SO 3 binds to K in preference to Cr ( VI ) to form potassium sulfate and inhibits the production of water-soluble Cr ( VI ). Therefore, if the content of SO 3 is less than 0.25%, the effect of inhibiting the production of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) is not sufficient, and if the content exceeds 1.5%, the amount of potassium sulfate produced is In some cases, the potassium sulfate impedes the fluidization effect of the water reducing agent on the concrete and the like, and the fluidity of the concrete and the like may decrease.
(2) K content of the K 2 O for 2 O is 0.3 to 0.55%. If the content is less than 0.3%, it takes time to prepare the raw material, and it may be difficult to produce the cement. If the content exceeds 0.55% by mass, the effect of inhibiting the production of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) may not be sufficient. Moreover, the fluidization effect of the water reducing agent on the concrete or the like is inhibited by potassium sulfate, and the fluidity of the concrete or the like may be lowered. Furthermore, the durability of concrete or the like may be reduced.
(3) the total amount of Cr for all Cr is 100 to 150 mg per Portland cement 1 kg. The said amount is less than 70 mg / kg, amount of alkali, particularly to reduce the water-soluble Cr (VI) content only by adjusting the K 2 O content, it is not necessary to define the content of SO 3, thus containing the SO 3 It is outside the scope of the present invention to define the rate. If the amount exceeds 150 mg / kg, it is difficult to reduce the amount of water-soluble Cr ( VI ) water .
The total Cr amount is preferably 80 to 148 mg / kg, more preferably 90 to 147 mg / kg, and further preferably 100 to 145 mg / kg per 1 kg of Portland cement.

K 2 O <0.31 × SO 3 +0.19
(Wherein, K 2 O and SO 3 represent the content of each K 2 O and SO 3 (percent).)
As described above, SO 3 is considered to bind to K and inhibit the production of water-soluble Cr ( VI ). Since SO 3 needs a sufficient amount compared with K, the content of SO 3 is K 2 O. It is preferable that the above formula is satisfied with respect to the content of.

C3S(%)=4.07×CaO(%)−7.60×SiO2(%)−6.72×Al2O3(%)−1.43×Fe2O3(%)−2.85×SO3(%) ・・・(i)
C2S(%)=2.87×SiO2(%)−0.754×C3S(%) ・・・(ii)
C3A(%)=2.65×Al2O3(%)−1.69×Fe2O3(%) ・・・(iii)
C4AF(%)=3.04×Fe2O3(%) ・・・(iv)

C 2 S (%) = 2.87 × SiO 2 (%) − 0.754 × C 3 S (%) (ii)
C 3 A (%) = 2.65 × Al 2 O 3 (%) − 1.69 × Fe 2 O 3 (%) (iii)
C 4 AF (%) = 3.04 × Fe 2 O 3 (%) (iv)
(The chemical formula in the formula represents the content of the compound represented by the chemical formula in the clinker raw material or in the clinker.)
The Portland cement may further include a small amount of mixed components such as blast furnace slag, limestone powder, and fly ash.
