Description
The present invention relates to a first hair deformation agent and a hair deformation agent used for hair deformation treatment such as permanent wave treatment and curly hair straightening treatment.
Hair deformation treatments such as permanent wave and curly hair correction use a first agent containing a reducing agent to reduce the cystine bond in the hair and bring it to the desired state, and then use a second agent containing an oxidizing agent or air oxidation. It is a chemical treatment that fixes the state by.
In such a hair deforming agent, it is possible to prevent misuse of the first agent and the second agent, and when there are multiple grades depending on the hair quality applied by the first agent and the second agent, In order to increase it, the device which colors the 1st agent and the 2nd agent with a pigment is made.
For example, guaiazulene sulfonates such as sodium guaiazulene sulfonate used as an active ingredient having an anti-inflammatory action in the pharmaceutical field are also known as natural pigments that can add blue to blue-violet to drugs.
However, guaiazulene sulfonate has the disadvantage that it is unstable to light and heat and easily decomposes, and the color disappears at that time. For this reason, a technique for suppressing decomposition of guaiazulene sulfonate by light or heat in a liquid agent containing guaiazulene sulfonate has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1).
The inventors of the present invention have begun studying coloring guaiazulene sulfonate from blue color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate by blending guaiazulene sulfonate with the first hair deformation agent. However, in liquids having a composition as used in the pharmaceutical field, guaiazulene sulfonate is unstable to heat and easily decomposes as the temperature rises. It was found that one agent showed completely different behavior. Specifically, in the first hair deformation agent containing guaiazulene sulfonate together with a reducing agent, the blue color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate hardly disappears even when stored for about 2 weeks while being heated to about 50 ° C., for example. On the other hand, when it is stored at room temperature for about 2 weeks, the blue color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate disappears.
In addition, even when the first agent for hair deformation is prepared using a conventional liquid agent that improves the stability of guaiazulene sulfonate to light and heat, it is difficult to maintain the blue color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate well. This has also been clarified by the study of the present inventors.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is composed of a first agent for deforming hair that can satisfactorily retain a color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate, and the first agent for deforming hair. Providing a hair deforming agent.
The first agent for hair deformation of the present invention that can achieve the above-described object is at least (a) guaiazulene sulfonate, (b) a reducing agent, (c) an alkali agent, (d) a cationic surfactant, and (E) A chelating agent is blended.
The hair deforming agent of the present invention is characterized by comprising the first agent for deforming hair of the present invention and the second agent for deforming hair in which at least an oxidizing agent is blended.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the hair deformation 1st agent which can hold | maintain the color derived from a guaiazulenesulfonate stably, and the hair deformation agent comprised by this 1st agent for hair deformation can be provided.
The first agent for deforming hair of the present invention was formulated with (a) guaiazulene sulfonate, (b) a reducing agent, (c) an alkali agent, (d) a cationic surfactant, and (e) a chelating agent. The first hair deformation agent of the present invention is applied, and then the second hair deformation agent containing at least an oxidizing agent is applied, or the hair is subjected to oxygen in the air. This is for subjecting to deformation processing. That is, the first agent for deforming hair of the present invention includes an embodiment that functions as a hair deforming agent by itself, and an embodiment that constitutes a hair deforming agent in combination with the second agent for deforming hair that contains an oxidizing agent. .
The guaiazulene sulfonate which is the component (a) is a component for coloring the first agent for deforming hair, and by blending this, the first agent for deforming hair becomes blue. Therefore, for example, it becomes possible to change a color with the 2nd agent for hair deformation, or to change a color between the 1st agent for hair deformation from which hair deformation force differs, and to prevent misuse between these. In addition, guaiazulene sulfonate has an anti-inflammatory action and functions as an anti-inflammatory agent in the first hair deformation agent.
However, as described above, in the first agent for deforming hair that contains guaiazulene sulfonate and further contains the reducing agent (b), it is difficult to stably maintain the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate. The color may disappear and become white or colorless (transparent), or may exhibit a color other than the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate.
Therefore, in the first agent for hair deformation of the present invention, in addition to (a) guaiazulene sulfonate and (b) reducing agent and (c) alkali agent which are essential components for the first agent for hair deformation, d) A cationic surfactant and (e) a chelating agent were added, and by these actions, the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate in the first agent for deforming hair could be maintained well.
Examples of the guaiazulene sulfonate that is component (a) include sodium salt of guaiazulene sulfonic acid (sodium guaiazulene sulfonate) and potassium salt (potassium guaiazulene sulfonate).
It is preferable that the compounding quantity of the guaiazulene sulfonate which is (a) component in the 1st agent for hair deformation is 0.001 mass% or more from a viewpoint of ensuring the effect by the use favorable. However, the effect of the component (a) is saturated even when blended in a large amount, and since it is a very expensive material, the amount of the first agent for deforming hair increases when blended in a large amount. Therefore, it is preferable that the compounding quantity of (a) component in the 1st agent for hair deformation is 0.05 mass% or less.
The reducing agent as the component (b) in the first hair deformation agent is not particularly limited as long as it has the ability to reduce keratin, which is a protein in hair, and thioglycolic acid or a salt thereof (ammonium salt, Monoethanolamine salts, etc.), cysteine and its derivatives and salts thereof (hydrochlorides, etc.), sulfites, bisulfites, and the like, and various reducing agents having a mercapto group can be used. Of these, two or more of these may be used in combination. Among these, in the case of thioglycolic acid or a salt or sulfite thereof in which the disappearance of the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate is remarkable, the effect of the present invention is particularly remarkable.
The blending amount of the component (b) in the first hair deformation agent may be appropriately adjusted according to the required reducing power, but is preferably 1 to 16% by mass in terms of thioglycolic acid. . The “thioglycolic acid equivalent value” related to the amount of reducing agent in the first hair deformation agent referred to here is the “Permanent Wave Manufacturing (Import) Approval Standard” issued by the Permanent Wave Industry Association. "[Appendix] Permanent Wave Agent Quality Standard" in "1. Cold Dissolved Permanent Wave Solvents with Thioglycolic Acid or its Salts as Active Ingredients" in "(1) First Agent" "(C) Content of reducing substance after acid boiling (as thioglycolic acid) (%)" determined by the method defined in "(c) Reducing substance after acid boiling".
The alkaline agent that is the component (c) in the first hair deformation agent is not particularly limited as long as it has alkaline ability. For example, ammonia, amines, neutral salt type alkaline agents, basic amino acids, etc. Is mentioned. Examples of amines include monoethanolamine and isopropanolamine. Examples of the neutral salt type alkaline agent include ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen phosphate, and the like. Examples of basic amino acids include lysine and arginine. (C) The alkali agent which is a component may be used individually by 1 type, and may use 2 or more types together.
If the blending amount of the component (c) in the first hair deformation agent is such that the pH of the first hair deformation agent can be adjusted to 7 to 12 from the point that the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate is satisfactorily maintained. It is more preferable that the pH of the first agent for deforming hair is adjusted to 8 to 10.
The cationic surfactant that is component (d) and the chelating agent that is component (e) in the first hair deformation agent, as described above, retain the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate that is component (a). have. That is, the disappearance of the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate and the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate are different by adding a cationic surfactant and a chelating agent to the first agent for hair deformation together with guaiazulene sulfonate. It can suppress becoming a color.
As the cationic surfactant which is component (d), one or more selected from cationic surfactants used in various known cosmetics can be used. Specific examples of the component (d) include fatty acid amidoamine salts, monoalkyl type quaternary ammonium salts, dialkyl type quaternary ammonium salts, benzalkonium type quaternary ammonium, ethyl lanolin sulfate fatty acid aminopropylethyldimethylammonium and the like. Can be mentioned. Examples of fatty acid amide amine salts include stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide and stearic acid dimethylaminopropylamide. Examples of the monoalkyl type quaternary ammonium salt include lauryl trimethyl ammonium chloride, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, lauryl trimethyl ammonium bromide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and the like. Is mentioned. Examples of the dialkyl type quaternary ammonium salt include distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dicocoyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dicetyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, and the like. Examples of the benzalkonium-type quaternary ammonium include benzalkonium chloride and stearyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride.
In the first agent for deforming hair, the amount of the cationic surfactant as component (d) ensures a better effect (especially the effect of suppressing the disappearance of the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate). From the viewpoint of, it is preferable that it is 1 or more with respect to the blending amount 1 of the guaiazulene sulfonate which is the component (a) on a molar basis [that is, when the blending amount of the component (a) is 1 mole The blending amount of component d) is preferably 1 mol or more.
When the first agent for deforming hair is an emulsion and component (d) is used as an emulsifier, component (d) acting as an emulsifier is used to stabilize the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate. Hardly contributes. Therefore, when the component (d) is used as an emulsifier in the first agent for deforming hair, the preparation of the first agent for deforming hair includes (a) guaiazulene sulfonate and (d) component. It is preferable to mix in advance, and it is recommended that the mixing ratio of the component (a) and the component (d) at that time be adjusted to the above-mentioned suitable value.
However, if the blending amount of the component (d) in the first agent for deforming hair is too much, the hair after application becomes easy to stick. Therefore, the blending amount of the component (d) in the first agent for deforming hair is 8 mass. % Or less is preferable.
As the chelating agent as the component (e), one or more selected from chelating agents used in known cosmetics can be used. Specific examples of the component (e) include, for example, edetic acid, disodium edetate, sodium citrate, tartaric acid, phytic acid, hydroxyethanediphosphonic acid or a salt thereof, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid pentasodium, L-aspartic acid-N. N-tetraacetic acid tetrasodium, ethylenediaminehydroxyethyl triacetate trisodium, L-glutamic acid tetrasodium tetraacetate and the like.
The compounding amount of the chelating agent in the first hair deformation agent is 0 from the viewpoint of better ensuring the effect of its use (in particular, the effect of suppressing the color from being different from the color derived from guaiazulene sulfonate). It is preferably 0.005% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.01% by mass or more. Moreover, since there exists a tendency for the touch of the hair after application | coating to fall when the compounding quantity of the chelating agent in the 1st agent for hair deformation is increased too much, it is preferable that the compounding quantity is 5 mass% or less.
The 1st agent for hair deformation uses water as the main dispersion medium. In addition, some of the various components may be dissolved in water. Further, only water may be used as the dispersion medium. If necessary, an organic solvent such as a lower alcohol (alcohol having 6 or less carbon atoms) such as ethanol or isopropanol is used in an amount of 5% by mass or less based on the total amount of the dispersion medium. It may be used in combination with water in a certain amount. Moreover, it is preferable that the compounding quantity of the dispersion medium in the 1st agent for hair deformation is 40-98 mass%, for example.

As is clear from Table 7, the first hair deformation agent of Examples 7 to 10 has the same color after storage for 2 weeks as the first agent for hair deformation of Examples 4 to 6, and guaiazulene sulfone. The color derived from sodium acid is well maintained. On the other hand, the 1st agent for hair deformation of Comparative Examples 2-11 which mix | blended other surfactant etc. without using cationic surfactant is the same as the 1st agent for hair deformation of Comparative Example 1 similarly. After storage for 2 weeks, the color derived from sodium guaiazulenesulfonate disappeared and became colorless and transparent.
In addition, among the aqueous solutions of Reference Examples 1 to 3, in the aqueous solutions of Reference Examples 1 and 2 that did not contain a reducing agent, the color after storage for 2 weeks was equivalent to the first agent for hair deformation of Examples 4 to 6 In contrast, while the color derived from sodium guaiazulene sulfonate is well maintained, in the aqueous solution of Reference Example 3 containing a reducing agent, the color after storage for 2 weeks is the first agent for hair deformation of Comparative Example 1 The color derived from sodium guaiazulene sulfonate disappeared. Therefore, the color change derived from sodium guaiazulenesulfonate in the first hair deformation agent is caused by the presence of the reducing agent, and is caused by a reaction different from the color change in the liquid preparation not containing the reducing agent. It is estimated that
In addition, the hair deformation agent of Examples 11-20 is comprised combining each 1st agent for hair deformation of Examples 1-10 and the 2nd agent for hair deformation which consists of 8% concentration sodium bromate aqueous solution. did. Then, hair is collected from the same person to prepare a plurality of hair bundles, and the first hair deformation agent according to each hair deforming agent is applied to each of the different hair bundles, and left for 10 minutes, followed by intermediate washing with water. Next, apply the second hair deformation agent to each hair bundle and leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse each hair bundle with water, apply the treatment, wash it off and dry it with a dryer. Was given. As a result, it was confirmed that any hair deforming agent can be satisfactorily deformed.
