Description
Claims (4)
- 無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更可能なバリエータと、
前記バリエータに対して直列に配置され、変速段として1速と前記1速よりも変速比が小さい2速とを有する副変速機構と、
前記副変速機構を変速させる場合に、前記副変速機構の変速比変化方向と逆の方向に前記バリエータを変速させる協調変速手段と、
前記副変速機構の変速段が前記2速でかつ動力源の出力増大要求がある場合に、前記協調変速を禁止し、前記副変速機構のみを前記2速から前記1速に変速させ、前記副変速機構のみを前記2速から前記1速に変速させた後、前記バリエータを変速させて、前記無段変速機の変速比を目標とする変速比に近づける非協調変速手段と、
を備えた無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記非協調変速手段は、前記副変速機構の変速段が前記2速で、エンジンの回転速度が所定の低回転速度域にあり、かつ前記動力源の出力増大要求がある場合に、前記協調変速を禁止する、
無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記非協調変速手段は、前記副変速機構の変速段が前記2速で、かつ運転者からの加速要求がある場合に、前記協調変速を禁止する、
無段変速機。 - 変速比を無段階に変更可能なバリエータと前記バリエータに対して直列に配置され、変速段として1速と前記1速よりも変速比が小さい2速とを有する副変速機構とを備えた無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記副変速機構を変速させる場合に、前記副変速機構の変速比変化方向と逆の方向に前記バリエータを変速させる協調変速手順と、
前記副変速機構の変速段が前記2速でかつ運転者からの加速要求がある場合に、前記協調変速を禁止し、前記副変速機構のみを前記2速から前記1速に変速させ、前記副変速機構のみを前記2速から前記1速に変速させた後、前記バリエータを変速させて、前記無段変速機の変速比を目標とする変速比に近づける非協調変速手順と、
を含む無段変速機の制御方法。
