Claims (9)
- 電球ケース本体(1)、透光マスク(2)、検知装置(3)及び遮光筒(4)からなり、透光マスク(2)は電球ケース本体(1)の頂部に固定され、遮光筒(4)の下端は電球ケース本体(1)に固定され、遮光筒(4)の上端は上向きに透光マスク(2)まで延在し、検知装置(3)は遮光筒中央部の内腔に設置された遮光構造を具備するLED電球であって、
遮光筒(4)中央部の内腔に設置された灯光シールド部材(8)をさらに備え、灯光シールド部材(8)の周囲に、透光マスク(2)から遮光筒(4)内に屈折した光を遮断するための遮断部(9)が設けられ、検知装置(3)が灯光シールド部材(8)の中心部に設置されたことを特徴とする遮光構造を具備するLED電球。 - 前記灯光シールド部材(8)は遮光筒(4)の中央上部に嵌設され、遮断部(9)の上端の周縁は遮光筒(4)の上端の周縁より高いか同等か、又は低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記灯光シールド部材(8)の中心部は中空部(10)として設けられ、中空部(10)は円形状の面となっており、中空部(10)の上端の幅は下端の幅より大きく、中空部(10)の幅は上端から下端へ漸次収縮して小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記中空部(10)の横方向断面において、円形状の面の内周縁のラインと垂直線との夾角は透光マスク(2)から遮光筒(4)内に屈折した光と垂直線との夾角より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記検知装置(3)は中空部(10)の底部に設置されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記LED電球は若干のLEDダイスが設けられたLED回路基板をさらに備え、LED回路基板は電球ケース本体(1)の頂部に固定され、前記遮光筒(4)の下端は電球ケース本体(1)に係止接続され、遮光筒(4)の頂部は集光レンズ(5)を係止接続し、遮光筒(4)は円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記透光マスク(2)には貫通孔が開設され、遮光筒(4)の上端は上向きに透光マスク(2)の貫通孔に挿入され、遮光筒(4)の上端の周縁と透光マスク(2)の貫通孔の上端の周縁とはフラットに揃っており、或いは遮光筒(4)の上端の周縁は上向きに透光マスク(2)の貫通孔の上端の周縁を超えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記電球ケース本体(1)は放熱器(6)と口金部(7)からなり、口金部(7)は放熱器(6)の下端に固定され、透光マスク(2)、検知装置(3)及び遮光筒(4)はそれぞれ放熱器(6)の頂部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
- 前記検知装置は赤外線検知装置(3)、マイクロ波検知装置(3)、光線検知装置(3)のうちの1つ又は2つを設けることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の遮光構造を具備するLED電球。
