Description
・多用途性:上記プロセスは、単一の設備において行われる;予備成形物のデザイン及びプロセス条件を、最良の特徴を持つ完成容器を作るために、最適化することができる。
・予備成形物の履歴の維持:予備成形物は、常に同一条件で吹込金型に達する。2段階プロセスでは、予備成形物の成形から吹込成形作業まで実に数週間過ぎる可能性があり、その間、保存状態は、予備成形物の特徴に影響を及ぼすことができ、それ故に、1つのバッチから次のものまでにわずかに異なる性能を与える場合がある。
・どんな問題も解決する迅速な介入の可能性:ボトルに見つかったどんな欠陥も、直ちに、同一の機械で修正することができる(射出成形又は吹込成形時);2段階プロセスにおいて、一方の設備から他方への通過は、プロセス及びセットアップに対する変更が一般に異なる機械で行われ、時には遠く離れてもいる点で、より複雑である。
・容器のより良好な外観:予備成形物は、互いに接触しないため、引っかきの危険性がなく、特徴的な線を備える容器をもたらす。吹込成形プロセスは、予備成形物のどんな表面欠陥も削除せず、それらを増幅する。
・湿気の欠如:PETは、特に、吸湿性の材料である;吹込成形機は、統合機械で生産された予備成形物より最小含水量が少なくとも100倍大きい予備成形物を使用する;実際、無配向非晶質構造は、かなりの量の水を吸収し、その粒子は、ポリマー鎖の間に侵入して、「より緩んだ」分子構造を作り、ストレッチ吹込成形において潤滑剤の役割を果たし、高分子の滑りを引き起こし、その結果、ストレッチ吹込成形の効率を低下させる。

US2007228620は、プラスチック容器を生産するための設備を示し、その特徴は、請求項1の前提部分にある。
・溶融プラスチック(溶融物)のより低い温度:可塑化機械から射出圧縮金型へのプラスチックの移送は、使用される供給チャンネルが短いことで、樹脂の融点のすぐ上の温度で行われる場合がある;
・溶融プラスチックの移送圧力は、従来法に対して、かなり低く(約200bar)、反対に材料供給速度はかなり速い(30g/s);
・予備成形物圧縮サイクル期間における金型内保持圧力は、溶融プラスチック射出システムよりむしろ、金型内パンチの挿入動作によって提供されるため、プレスのトン数を2トン/キャビティに低減できる;これは、冷却中、更なる材料の金型内への移送がなく、冷却の間中、圧力が一定であることを意味しており、プラスチックから熱を受ける全成形部品との最適な接触を確保する;
・成形部品との接触の維持は、射出プロセスに対して、射出圧縮プロセスの熱交換を向上させる;実際、射出プロセスでは、保持段階が終わり、冷却にするにつれて、プラスチックの収縮により、圧力が緩やかに解放され、その結果、金型キャビティとの接触圧力が低くなる;
・予備成形物の冷却中、金型内に材料を移送することがもはや必要ではなくなるため、厚さが非常に小さい商品を生産することが可能になる;
・予備成形物の底部区域の結晶化現象は、シール/キャビティ底部区域の良好な冷却のため、最小限に抑えられる;実際、シールは、同じサイクル時間でより長い間閉じたままであり、金型キャビティと接触する末端部分を冷却する手段を有する;これは、得られる容器の品質の増大と、後者の応力亀裂現象に耐える優れた能力とを意味する;更に、シールのより良好な冷却に起因する更なる利益は、特に強制的な射出プロセスで現れる昇水路に開く穴の現象の改善である;
・温度の低下、並びにプレスの要求圧力及びトン数の低下は、エネルギー消費及び金型部品の摩耗に対して有利な効果を有する。
・高生産性;

・射出圧縮金型の開閉の機械サイクル時間の短縮;
・フォーマット変更速度;
・吹込成形車輪による同期化の可能性。
・少なくとも1つの押出機1であって、加熱器により供給されるエネルギー及び押出機スクリューの作用により発生する摩擦力によって、ポリマーを固体顆粒状体から液体に可塑化する機能を有するもの;
・少なくとも1つの予備成形物成形用の第1回転カルーセル2であって、カルーセルの移動と関連する運動学的機構及び予備成形物作製用の射出圧縮システムにより、押出機から受け取るポリマーをカルーセルの外周に位置する各金型に分配させるためのシステムからなるもの
を備えた予備成形物生産用の第1部分を備える。
・回転継ぎ手を用いて、車輪の軸から押出機を外す;
・一連のチャンネルを用いて、車輪の軸から車輪周辺部に位置する個々の注入/供給装置にプラスチック流れを分配する;
・注入/供給装置の容積充填によって、成形されるべきプラスチックの体積を較正し、注入/供給装置から各成形キャビティにその量のプラスチックを移送する;
・成形キャビティに、該キャビティ軸に沿って移動可能な金型パンチを挿入することによって、予備成形物を成形する;
・金型を開いて、成形された予備成形物を解放し、その目的物を移送ボウルに同期運動で排出する。
固定中心体21は、上部にて、回転自在に、車輪22が接続している。溶融物を移送するための連結部は、固定中心体の内側に収容される;前述の連結部は、好適な直径が32mmの溶融プラスチック通過用通路を規定する第1固定部材23aを中心体内側に備える。上記連結部の回転部材23bは、車輪22に規定され、二重開始らせん状スロットを備えるラビリンスシールシステム24を備える。この実施態様は、固定中心部材に対して関係のあるらせん回転運動のため、圧力を受けて溶融物が出ることに対抗するポンプ効果を生じる。推力軸受25は、中心体21と車輪22の間に置かれる。連結部の可動部材23bから、溶融物は、最初、好適な直径が13.5mmであるいわゆる第1ホットチャンバー27を通り、次いで、好ましくは3方向の分配器28を通って、好適な直径が10mmの横方向チャンネル26に達する。適切な電気抵抗器29が、プラスチックの正確な溶融温度を維持するため、横方向チャンネル26の内側に位置している。前述の横方向チャンネル26の端部には、更なる管状抵抗器を備えた第2ホットチャンバー30がある。
・成形(図6参照):予備成形物は、ロッド92の軸方向運動によって成形され、該ロッドは、補償チャンバー94のためにロッド92に対して伸縮自在である金型パンチ95aを操作する;ロッド92は、空気圧ウェッジ93によりブロックされ、高圧下での、好ましくは30〜35barの空気は、金型パンチを下方に押して、補償チャンバー94中に注入される;それ故に、キャビティ内部の溶融材料は、金型パンチの体積に対する補償シリンダーの体積の比によって決まる保持圧力を受け、金型パンチ内部の適切な回路に流れ込み、成形キャビティ95へ流れる冷却水の同時熱冷却を受ける;圧縮行程を規定する金型パンチの下方運動は、冷却によるプラスチックの収縮を補うために必要である;この段階中、ホットチャンバー30内部のスプール弁36は、注入/供給装置34におけるプラスチックの充填を可能にするために開いている;一方、その投与量の較正は、注入/供給装置34の機械的停止部37によって決定され、好ましくは、他の成形装置9の他の停止部に対して独立して、手動により設定可能である。
・前述の円筒キャビティの一部を規定し、該円筒キャビティの外側がセラミック絶縁リング82によって覆われている加熱リング81;
・加熱リング81に電流を誘導するため、前述の加熱リング81と前述のセラミック絶縁リング82の間に置かれた電磁誘導子83。

Claims (10)
- PET製の、熱可塑性飲料容器の統合生産設備であって、
前記容器の吹込成形のための予備成形物(100)を作るための溶融熱可塑性プラスチックの複数の射出圧縮装置(9)であって、当該複数の射出圧縮装置(9)は射出圧縮用の第1の回転カルーセル(2)を規定し、該第1の回転カルーセル(2)の外周に配置され、前記第1の回転カルーセル(2)は下側車輪(20)と上側車輪(90)とを備え、前記下側車輪(20)と前記上側車輪(90)とは同一で単一の回転軸を有し、前記上側車輪(90)は前記下側車輪(20)の上に水平に配置される、複数の射出圧縮装置(9)と、
第2の回転カルーセル(7)を形成する、予備成形物(100)の複数の吹込成形装置(7)と、
予備成形物を、前記第1のカルーセル(2)から前記第2のカルーセル(7)に移送するための移送手段(5)と、
前記複数の射出圧縮装置(9)と前記複数の吹込成形装置(7)の間に配置された、予備成形物の状態を調整するための熱的状態調節手段(8)とを備え、
前記設備は、その全可動構成部品を作動させるための電気式のみ又は電気空気圧式の作動装置を備え、油圧作動装置を使用しないことを特徴とする設備。 - 前記第1の回転カルーセル(2)と前記第2の回転カルーセル(7)の間にある前記移送手段(5)が、予備成形物(100)を扱うための少なくとも1つの取扱車輪(50,51,52,53,54)を備える、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 予備成形物の状態を調整するための熱的状態調節手段(8)は、前記予備成形物の状態を調整するための第1車輪(80)の周辺部に沿って配置され、前記第1車輪(80)は、前記予備成形品を取り扱うための第2車輪(51)と一体となり且つ前記第2車輪(51)の下側平行面に位置する、請求項2に記載の設備。
- 前記移送手段は、少なくとも
・前記第1の回転カルーセル(2)から予備成形物(100)を集めるための、把持部を備えた第3車輪(50)と、
・把持部を備えた前記第2車輪(51)であって、該第2車輪の回転軸に平行な方向に沿って該把持部を移動させるための移動手段を備える前記第2車輪(51)と、
・空気中での半製品の熱的安定化用の第4車輪(52)及び第5車輪(53)と、
・前記半製品を前記第2の回転カルーセル(7)に挿入するための第6車輪(54)と
を備える、請求項3に記載の設備。 - 前記第2車輪(51)の状態調節装置(8)の第1数と前記第1の回転カルーセル(2)の成形キャビティの第2数の間の比が1.6に等しい、請求項4に記載の設備。
- 前記第4車輪及び前記第5車輪の座部/把持部の数が、前記第1車輪(80)の状態調節装置(8)の前記第1数に等しい、請求項5に記載の設備。
- 前記第1の回転カルーセル(2)に接続された熱調節型の押出スクリュー(11)が備わっている回転型の押出機(1)を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記上側車輪(90)が、前記下側車輪(20)に重なり且つ予備成形物(100)を成形する段階においてそれと共に協働する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記下側車輪(20)が、溶融熱可塑性プラスチックの通過のための通過手段(23a,23b,26,27,28,30)と、溶融熱可塑性プラスチックを成形キャビティ(95)に投与するための投与手段(36,34,31)とを備えており、前記上側車輪(90)が、前記成形キャビティ(95)と協働するパンチ(95a)と前記成形キャビティ(95)から成形された予備成形物を引き出すための抽出手段(92,96,97)とを備える、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 少なくとも1つの回転型のプラスチック容器充填ステーション及び/又は少なくとも1つの回転型のプラスチック容器差込ステーション及び/又は少なくとも1つの回転型のプラスチック容器ラベル付けステーションを更に備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
