Claims (11)
- 第1の流体と第2の流体との間で熱を伝えるための熱交換器(100)であって、端部チャンバ(126c)を協働して画定する最後のプレート(124)および最後から2番目のプレート(124)を備えるプレート(124)の積層体を備え、前記最後のプレート(124)には、前記第2の流体のための少なくとも1つの入口(121)と前記第2の流体のための1つの出口(122)とが設けられ、前記プレート(124)の積層体が、前記第2の流体のための入口通路(130)と前記第2の流体のための出口通路(131)とを規定する熱交換器(100)において、
前記端部チャンバ(126c)は、チャネリング手段(127)を収容し、前記チャネリング手段(127)は、前記第2の流体のための入口(121)と前記第2の流体のための入口通路(130)との間で前記第2の流体を導くための入口循環流路(128a)と、前記第2の流体のための出口(122)と前記第2の流体のための出口通路(131)との間で前記第2の流体を導くための出口循環流路(128b)とを備え、
前記チャネリング手段(127)が、前記端部チャンバ(126c)内に収容される挿入体(127)からなり、
前記挿入体(127)が、少なくとも1つのブレード(132,133)から形成され、
前記ブレード(132,133)が、側壁(132c,133c)によって互いに接続される輪郭部(132b,133b)およびベース壁(132a,133a)を備え、
前記ベース壁(132a)が、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後から2番目のプレート(124)と接触し、かつ、前記輪郭部(132b)は、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後のプレート(124)と接触することを特徴とする、熱交換器(100)。 - 前記第2の流体のための前記入口循環流路(128a)および前記出口循環流路(128b)が、前記挿入体(127)と前記最後のプレート(124)とによって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 第1の流体と第2の流体との間で熱を伝えるための熱交換器(100)であって、端部チャンバ(126c)を協働して画定する最後のプレート(124)および最後から2番目のプレート(124)を備えるプレート(124)の積層体を備え、前記最後のプレート(124)には、前記第2の流体のための少なくとも1つの入口(121)と前記第2の流体のための1つの出口(122)とが設けられ、前記プレート(124)の積層体が、前記第2の流体のための入口通路(130)と前記第2の流体のための出口通路(131)とを規定する熱交換器(100)において、
前記端部チャンバ(126c)は、チャネリング手段(127)を収容し、前記チャネリング手段(127)は、前記第2の流体のための入口(121)と前記第2の流体のための入口通路(130)との間で前記第2の流体を導くための入口循環流路(128a)と、前記第2の流体のための出口(122)と前記第2の流体のための出口通路(131)との間で前記第2の流体を導くための出口循環流路(128b)とを備え、
前記チャネリング手段(127)が、前記端部チャンバ(126c)内に収容される挿入体(127)からなり、
前記挿入体(127)が、少なくとも1つのブレード(132,133)から形成され、
前記ブレード(132,133)が、側壁(132c,133c)によって互いに接続される輪郭部(132b,133b)およびベース壁(132a,133a)を備え、
前記挿入体(127)が、互いに結合される2つのブレード(133)によって形成され、前記ブレード(133)のうちの一方の前記ベース壁(133a)が、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後から2番目のプレート(124)と接触し、前記ブレード(133)のうちの他方の前記ベース壁(133a)が、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後のプレート(124)と接触し、かつ、前記ブレード(133)のそれぞれの輪郭部(133b)が、互いに接触することを特徴とする、熱交換器(100)。 - 前記挿入体(127)が、2つの別個の分配区画室(135a,135b)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 前記2つの分配区画室(135a,135b)が、同一であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 前記挿入体(127)が、2つの分配チャンバ(136a,136b)を備える分配装置(136)から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 前記2つの分配チャンバ(136a,136b)が、互いに対して局所的対称性をもって配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 前記第2の流体のための前記入口循環流路(128a)および前記出口循環流路(128b)が、前記第2の流体のための前記入口通路(130)および前記第2の流体のための前記出口通路(131)と直交することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 前記第2の流体のための前記入口(121)および前記第2の流体のための前記出口(122)が、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後のプレート(124)の中心領域(129)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(100)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(100)を備える、空調ループ(2)および/または二次ループ(18)。
- 前記空調ループ(2)および/または二次ループ(18)は、前記第2の流体のための取り込み開口(141)および排出開口(142)と、前記取り込み開口(141)の中心および前記排出開口(142)の中心を通る主軸(A)とを備える接続要素(140)を備え、前記主軸(A)は、前記プレート(124)の積層体の前記最後のプレート(124)の第1の正中軸と0°〜90°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の空調ループ(2)および/または二次ループ(18)。
