Description
Claims (6)
- 第1形態又は第2形態を有する少なくとも二本の骨ネジと、延長メンブレンとを含んでいる骨延長装置であって、
前記第1形態を有する骨ネジは、第1のネジ体部品及び第2のネジ体部品を有する骨ネジであって、前記第1のネジ体部品が、前記ネジを骨に突き込むための第1の雄ネジ山と、前記第1の雄ネジ山とは逆方向である第2の雄ネジ山とを有し、前記第2の雄ネジ山が前記第1の雄ネジ山より小さい直径を有し、前記第1の雄ネジ山と前記第2の雄ネジ山の間にネジ体中間部が存在し、前記ネジ体中間部が前記第1の雄ネジ山の直径より小さく且つ少なくとも前記第2の雄ネジ山の直径と同じ大きさの直径を有し、前記第1の雄ネジ山から前記ネジ体中間部への移行部が面取り部又は丸みを有し、前記第2のネジ体部品が雌ネジ山を有するナットであり、前記雌ネジ山が前記第1のネジ体部品の前記第2の雄ネジ山と同方向であり、前記第1のネジ体部品と前記第2のネジ体部品が、前記第2の雄ネジ山と前記雌ネジ山により取外し自在に相互に結合自在となっており、前記第2のネジ体部品が、結合状態で前記第1のネジ体部品に面する前記雌ネジ山の開口部に向かって面取り部又は丸みを有しており、
前記第2形態を有する骨ネジは、第1のネジ体部品及び第2のネジ体部品を有する骨ネジであって、前記第1のネジ体部品が、前記ネジを骨に突き込むための第1の雄ネジ山と、前記第1の雄ネジ山とは逆方向である雌ネジ山とを有し、前記第1のネジ体部品の先端とは反対側の前記第1のネジ体部品の端部で、前記雌ネジ山が前記第1のネジ体部品内に部分的に延びており、前記第1のネジ体部品の先端とは反対側の前記第1のネジ体部品の端部が面取りされている又は丸みを帯びており、前記第2のネジ体部品が、第2の雄ネジ山と、前記第2の雄ネジ山に向かって面取りされている又は丸みを帯びているネジ頭部とを有し、前記第2の雄ネジ山が前記第1のネジ体部品の前記雌ネジ山と同方向であり、前記第1のネジ体部品と前記第2のネジ体部品が、前記雌ネジ山と前記第2の雄ネジ山により取外し自在に相互に結合自在となっており、
前記骨延長装置は、仮骨延長のための装置であり、前記延長メンブレンは、仮骨延長のための延長メンブレンであり、
前記第1形態を有する骨ネジ及び前記第2形態を有する骨ネジは、骨から前記骨ネジを徐々に回し出すことによるそれに伴う延長メンブレンの引上げによる仮骨延長のためのものである、骨延長装置。 - 少なくとも四本の骨ネジを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の骨延長装置。
- 前記延長メンブレンが、少なくとも一つの穿孔、特に多数の穿孔を有し、前記穿孔が、前記骨ネジの前記第2の雄ネジ山の直径より小さい直径を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の骨延長装置。
- 前記第1形態を有する骨ネジの前記第2の雄ネジ山を有する第1のネジ体部品がそれぞれ前記メンブレン内の穴を通って延びており、前記骨ネジの前記第1のネジ体部品の前記第2の雄ネジ山と前記第2のネジ体部品の前記雌ネジ山が相互にねじ留められ、前記メンブレンが、前記穴の縁部で、前記第1のネジ体部品の前記第1の雄ネジ山から前記ネジ体中間部への面取りされている又は丸みを帯びている移行部と、前記第2のネジ体部品の前記雌ネジ山に向かっている面取り部又は丸みとの間に挟み留められている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の骨延長装置。
- 前記第2形態を有する骨ネジの第2のネジ体部品がそれぞれ前記メンブレン内の穴を通って延びており、前記骨ネジの前記第2のネジ体部品の前記第2の雄ネジ山と前記第1のネジ体部品の前記雌ネジ山が相互にねじ留められ、前記メンブレンが、前記穴の縁部で、前記第1のネジ体部品の面取りされている又は丸みを帯びている端部と、前記第2のネジ体部品の前記ネジ頭部の前記第2の雄ネジ山に向かっている面取り部又は丸みとの間に挟み留められている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の骨延長装置。
- 少なくとも二本の骨ネジがメンブレンの表面に対して垂直でない、請求項4又は5に記載の骨延長装置。
