Description

切開装置は、血液型または血糖検査のような医学的検査用の血液またはその他体液のサンプルを取得するために、人または動物被験者の皮膚を切開部位において貫通することに利用される。市販されている切開装置は、典型的には、駆動機構を内包する筐体、駆動機構のばねまたはその他の駆動手段にエネルギーを与えるための充填機構(charging mechanism)、および作動時に駆動機構を解放するための解放機構を含む。
本発明は、ランセット貫通深度を調節するためのテザーまたは連結器を含む深度制御機構を有する、改良された切開装置を提供する。実施形態例では、切開深度の調節は、テザーまたは連結器の切開装置筐体との接点または結合点を変動させること、および/またはテザーまたは連結器の伸張部の長さまたは角度を変動させることによって制御される。
Claims (16)
- 筐体内に並進移動可能に固定されたランセット搬送器を駆動する駆動機構を含む、切開装置のための深度制御機構であって、
係合体であって、筐体上の所定の場所と解放可能に係合するように適合された係合体;
係合体とランセット搬送器との間に結合されるように適合されたテザーであって、後退した状態と伸張した状態との間で移行するように適合されたテザー;を含み、
深度制御機構が、筐体に沿って軸方向へ作動的に前進及び後退することによって、ランセット搬送器が筐体に対して駆動される距離を制御するように適合された、深度制御機構。 - テザーが、少なくとも2つの枢動リンクを含む、請求項1記載の深度制御機構。
- テザーが、ランセット搬送器に対して枢動可能に結合された第1の部材、係合体に対して枢動可能に結合された第2の部材を含む、請求項1記載の深度制御機構。
- 第1の部材が、第2の部材に対して枢動可能に結合された、請求項3記載の深度制御機構。
- 第1の部材および第2の部材が、ランセット搬送器に対して水平に枢動するように適合された、請求項4記載の深度制御機構。
- テザーが、可撓性材料部分を含む、請求項1記載の深度制御機構。
- 筐体内に並進移動可能に固定されたランセット搬送器を駆動する駆動機構を含む、切開装置のための深度制御機構であって、
係合体であって、筐体上の所定の場所と解放可能に係合するように適合された係合体;
係合体に対して枢動可能に結合された第1の部材、ランセット搬送器に対して枢動可能に結合されるように適合された第2の部材を含むジョイントであって、第1の部材が第2の部材と枢動可能に結合されたジョイント;を含み、
深度制御機構が、筐体に沿って軸方向へ作動的に前進及び後退することによって、ランセット搬送器が筐体に対して駆動される距離を制御するように適合された、深度制御機構。 - 係合体は、筐体に対して長手方向に再配置可能な配置タブである、請求項7記載の深度制御機構。
- 筐体は、配置タブの配置のための複数の設定位置を含む、請求項8記載の深度制御機構。
- 係合体は、筐体に対して長手方向に再配置可能な配置タブである、請求項1記載の深度制御機構。
- テザーが、ランセット搬送器に対して枢動可能に結合されるように適合された第1のリンク、配置タブに対して枢動可能に結合された第2のリンクを含み、第1のリンクと第2の部材とが互いに枢動可能に結合された、請求項10記載の深度制御機構。
- 筐体は、配置タブの配置のための複数の設定位置を含む、請求項10記載の深度制御機構。
- 筐体内に並進移動可能に固定されたランセット搬送器を駆動する駆動機構を含む、切開装置のための深度制御機構であって、
筐体に対して長手方向に再配置可能な配置タブと、
配置タブとランセット搬送器との間に結合されるように適合されたテザーであって、後退した状態と伸張した状態との間で移行するように適合されたテザー;とを含み、
深度制御機構が、筐体に沿って軸方向へ作動的に前進及び後退することによって、ランセット搬送器が筐体に対して駆動される距離を制御するように適合された、深度制御機構。 - テザーが枢動可能に結合された複数のリンクを含む、請求項13記載の深度制御機構。
- テザーが可撓性材料部分を含む、請求項13記載の深度制御機構。
- 筐体は、配置タブの配置のための複数の設定位置を含む、請求項13記載の深度制御機構。
