前記箱部は同一幅で平行に対向する第１、第２の側壁と、それら側壁辺部間を繋ぎ、その幅中心線にて折り曲げ可能で、折り曲げない状態の幅が第１、第２の側壁の幅より狭い同一幅の第３、第４の側壁とを有し、各側壁高さは折り畳んだ状態で前記蓋部内に納まる寸法とされ、箱部底面は軟性布材で覆われて物品収納時には箱部開口に等しい形状の前記底板が載置され、
前記蓋部は箱状にした箱部上端部が丁度納まる長方形箱型で、蓋部の上面側一辺部に蓋部の上面形状にほぼ等しい形状の前記背もたれ部を両者の開度を０〜１２０度の範囲で起伏可能にストッパー付き蝶番にて取り付けて蓋部と背もたれ部とが、いわゆる座椅子を構成するようにしてあり、
前記ストッパー付き蝶番は２軸蝶番であって、前記蓋部側に固定する第１部材と、前記背もたれ部側に固定する第２部材と、両部材を連結する連結部材とからなり、第１、第２部材は共に断面コ状溝形の所定長さの鋼材で形成され、共に前記連結部材側となる端部両側壁には壁高さを高くしたフランジ部を形成して中央部には回転軸を挿通する丸穴が形成してあり、前記連結部材は前記第１、第２部材が溝に納まる内幅の断面コ状溝形の鋼材で形成され、両端部の両側壁には前記フランジ部と同じ形状のフランジ部を形成して中央部には前記丸穴と同じ形状の丸穴が形成してあり、前記第１、第２部材の丸穴と連結部材の丸穴を位置合わせした状態でそれら丸穴に回転軸となるボルトを挿通して第１、第２部材が連結部材周りに起伏可能に連結してあり、第１、第２部材間の開度を平行な０度から広げていった場合には９０〜１２０度間の所定角度にて第１、第２部材の端部溝形底部分が連結部材の端部溝形底部分に当接することにより最大開度が制限されるように第１、第２部材及び連結部材の溝形底面から各丸穴までの高さが調整してあり、第１、第２部材間の開度を０度の平行姿勢にした場合には、第１、第２部材の溝形底面間の間隔が蓋部と背もたれ部の各表面を覆うクッション材の厚みを合わせた寸法になるように前記連結部材の長さが調整してあり、
