Claims (5)
- コアケーブルと、
前記コアケーブルの外周に螺旋状に巻き付けられた歯条と、
前記コアケーブル及び前記歯条との外側を樹脂により連続して被覆する被覆層と、を備えた有歯ケーブルであって、
前記有歯ケーブルは、前記歯条を前記樹脂が被覆することにより形成された螺旋状凸部と、前記歯条間を前記樹脂が被覆することにより形成された螺旋状凹部とを有し、
前記被覆層は前記コアケーブルと前記歯条とに密着し、
前記螺旋状凹部における前記被覆層の膜厚が前記螺旋状凸部における前記被覆層の膜厚よりも厚く、
前記螺旋状凸部の頂部は、前記有歯ケーブルと噛み合わされる噛合体の歯底面との間に空間を有するように形成される、有歯ケーブル。 - 前記螺旋状凹部の底部における厚さが前記螺旋状凸部の頂部における厚さに対して1.8倍以上である請求項1記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記螺旋状凹部の底部における厚さが前記螺旋状凸部の頂部における厚さに対して1.8〜7.4倍である請求項1または請求項2に記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記樹脂の曲げ弾性率が300MPa以下である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の有歯ケーブル。
- 前記樹脂は熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の有歯ケーブル。
