Claims (5)
- 上端取付け具(62)と下端取付け具(58)とが、上端取付け具から下端取付け具への軸方向の寸法を有する構造組立体によって接続され、前記上端取付け具の上面よりばね組立体(56)が上方に突出する、原子燃料集合体(22)であって、前記ばね組立体が、
前記上端取付け具(62)より上方に延びる一次ばね(84)であって、第1の端部(88)が前記軸方向の寸法に直交する平面に対してゼロ度よりも大きい第1の鋭角をなして前記上端取付け具のフレームに取付けられた第1の直線状脚部(90)と、前記第1の直線状脚部の第2の端部の弧状遷移部(92)と、前記弧状遷移部から前記フレームに向かって前記第1の直線状脚部と第2の鋭角である挟角をなして延びる第2の直線状脚部(94)と、を含む一次ばね(84)と、
第1の端部が前記一次ばねの第1の直線状脚部(90)の前記第1の端部(88)に隣接して前記上端取付け具(62)に取付けられ、第2の端部が前記弧状遷移部(92)に隣接して終端する少なくとも1つの二次ばねとより成り、
前記一次ばねは前記弧状遷移部が上下方向で最も高い位置にあるように前記上端取付け具の上で配向されており、前記上端取付け具及び前記原子燃料集合体(22)が内部で動作するように設計された原子炉(10)の上部板(40)の相対的な互いへ向かう動きが、主に前記弧状遷移部に荷重をかけ、前記上端取付け具のフレームへの取付け部の周りに前記第1の直線状脚部をたわませ、
前記少なくとも1つの二次ばねはその前記第2の端部に、前記弧状遷移部と相互に作用して、前記一次ばね(84)が片持ち梁のようにたわむ際の前記弧状遷移部の下向きの動きに抵抗する手段を有しており、
前記上端取付け具(62)の前記フレームに取付けられた前記一次ばね(84)の前記第1の端部(88)が、前記軸方向の寸法に直交する前記平面に対して前記第1の鋭角をなして延びる前記フレーム(20)の表面の第1の部分(102)に留められ、前記一次ばねの下の前記フレームの前記表面の前記第1の部分はその周縁部を介して、前記軸方向の寸法に直交する前記平面に対して平行に延びる前記一次ばねの下の前記フレームの前記表面の第2の部分へと遷移し、前記周縁部には10度と70度の間の丸みがつけられている、原子燃料集合体。 - 前記上端取付け具(62)の前記フレームに取付けられた前記一次ばね(84)の前記第1の端部(88)が、前記軸方向の寸法に直交する前記平面に対して前記第1の鋭角をなして延びる前記フレームのスロット(100)に支持されている、請求項1に記載の原子燃料集合体(22)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの二次ばね(86)が、その前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部(96)の近傍の中間部まで延びる平坦な脚部を有し、前記第2の端部において前記平坦な脚部は前記フレーム(20)に向かって丸みがつけられている、請求項1に記載の原子燃料集合体(22)。
- 前記丸みをつけた中間部が10度と70度の間で湾曲している、請求項3に記載の原子燃料集合体(22)。
- 前記一次ばね(84)の前記第1の直線状脚部(90)の前記第1の端部(88)が、留めピン又はねじ(60)によって前記上端取付け具(62)の前記フレーム(20)に取付けられている、請求項1に記載の原子燃料集合体(22)。
