Description
The present invention relates to a sheathed electric wire for connecting a headphone, an earphone, a microphone, an earphone / microphone, and the like to a portable audio device, a mobile phone, or the like.
Conventionally, as described in
In the technique described in
However, the conventional sheathed wires have the following problems (A) to (C).
(A) If the adhesion force between the core and the sheath is small, the size of the gap between the core and the sheath changes due to impact, vibration, energization, etc. applied to the sheath wire, and the line capacity between the cores changes. Or noise is generated by the vibration of the core, and the signal flowing through the sheath wire is deteriorated.
(B) In order to eliminate the inconvenience (A), the adhesion between the core and the sheath is also increased. As a method of increasing the adhesion force, for example, a method of forming a sheath with a shrinkable memory synthetic resin or the like and pressing the core, a method of heating the core at the time of manufacturing an electric wire, and welding a synthetic resin sheath to the core, or There is a method of fixing the core by applying pressure when injecting the sheath made of synthetic resin.
(C) However, in the method (B), since the adhesion force between the core and the sheath is increased, it is difficult to remove the sheath of the sheath wire terminal at the time of subsequent processing, There is a drawback in that the more closely attached to the core, the lower the flexibility and the later processing becomes difficult.
An object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem and to provide a sheathed electric wire that can fill a gap between a core and a sheath and solve problems caused by vibration of the core.
The sheath electric wire of the present invention has a plurality of cores in which a plurality of insulated wires are respectively twisted together, and an insulating cylindrical sheath covering the plurality of cores, and the outer peripheral surface of the sheath has The first recesses and the second recesses are alternately formed in a direction orthogonal to each other at predetermined intervals along the axial direction, and the inner peripheral surfaces of the first and second recesses are in pressure contact with the core. It is characterized by that.
According to the sheathed electric wire of the present invention, the first concave portion and the second concave portion are formed and processed on the outer peripheral surface of the sheath in directions orthogonal to each other, and the inner peripheral surfaces of the first and second concave portions are the cores. Therefore, the following effects (a) to (e) are obtained.
(A) Since the attenuation rate of the propagation vibration is increased, the noise propagating through the sheath wire is reduced.
(B) Since the flexibility is improved, it is easy to process in the subsequent process, and can be easily bundled at the time of use, and is convenient for carrying.
(C) Since the 1st and 2nd recessed part is formed in the outer peripheral surface of a sheath, a contact area with another thing becomes small and surface friction resistance reduces. Therefore, noise generated by surface friction is reduced.
(D) Since the fluctuation of the line capacity between the plurality of cores is small and stable, there is little deterioration of the signal flowing through the sheathed wire, generation of noise, or the like.
(E) Since the core pull-out force increases, disconnection and the like can be prevented.
Modes for carrying out the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments when read in light of the accompanying drawings. However, the drawings are only for explanation and do not limit the scope of the present invention.

(Configuration of Example 1)
FIGS. 1A and 1B are configuration diagrams showing a sheathed electric wire in Example 1 of the present invention. FIG. 1A is an overall perspective view, and FIG. 1B is an enlarged view before forming. It is a perspective view.
The sheathed
Each

(Usage example of sheathed electric wire of Example 1)
FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a Y-shaped headphone showing an example of use of the sheathed
This Y-shaped
The Y-shaped
The inner ear type headphone main body 50-1 for the left ear is connected to the terminal of the first

As shown in FIG. 14, the two-core sheathed
When constant vibration VR2 is applied to the two-core sheathed
16 (a) and 16 (b) are diagrams showing the results of confirming and measuring the capacitance change with the oscilloscope eo when the constant vibration VR2 is applied to the sheathed
As shown in FIG. 16A, when the constant vibration VR2 is applied to the sheathed
17 (a) and 17 (b) are diagrams showing the results of confirming and measuring the capacitance change with the oscilloscope eo when the impact VR3 is applied to the sheathed
As shown in FIG. 17A, when an impact VR3 is applied to the sheathed electric wire 1Aa, the line capacitance of the sheathed electric wire 1Aa changes, and a noise voltage with a large amplitude is generated. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 17 (b), it is confirmed that when the impact VR3 is applied to the sheathed
Further, as a result of measuring the line capacity between the three-core sheathed
(Effect of Example 1)
According to the sheathed
(A) Since the attenuation rate of the propagation vibration is increased, noise propagating through the sheathed
In other words, the inner-ear type headphone main bodies 50-1 and 50-2 insert the
(B) Since the flexibility is improved, the post-process is easy to be bundled, and is easy to bundle and convenient for carrying.
(C) Since the
(D) Since the fluctuation of the line capacitance between the cores 10-1 to 10-3 is small and stable, the deterioration of the signal flowing through the sheathed
(E) Since the pulling force of the
