Description
The present invention relates to a lighting fixture and an imaging apparatus incorporating the same.
An imaging device such as a CCD camera is known. One example is the visual sensor device disclosed in Patent Document 1, and another example is the imaging device disclosed in Patent Document 2. Patent Document 1 proposes to integrate a CCD camera and an LED lighting apparatus, which have been separated until then. Patent Document 2 discloses an imaging apparatus in which an LED substrate is disposed at the front end of a lens holder of a camera, and a number of LEDs are disposed on the LED substrate.
Regarding the lighting device, Patent Document 3 discloses a dome-shaped lighting fixture. This dome-shaped lighting fixture has a milky white acrylic resin dome, and this dome has an insertion hole for inserting a CCD camera or a microscope barrel. And 60 holes are formed in the whole area of the curved wall of the dome, and the tip of the multi-component glass optical fiber bundle is fixed to each hole. This dome-shaped luminaire has a smooth curved surface such as a new metal wire, wire, plated curved part, lens, metal ball, solder spot, etc., and an object with high surface reflectivity up to its side. There is an advantage that it can be observed.
The illumination light has a vector in the irradiated light, and when observing the object, there is a problem that depending on the type of the object, the appearance is locally deteriorated. For example, when observing a candy covered with a film, it is difficult to observe the confectionery as the contents if there is a vector in the irradiated light. In the case where the light source of the illumination light is an LED, the tendency is strong due to the characteristics of the LED. Further, if the number of LEDs arranged in the lighting fixture is reduced, there arises a problem that it becomes difficult to see the observation region locally. Also in this case, when the light source is an LED, the tendency becomes stronger.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting fixture capable of irradiating an object with light having a vector as small as possible, and an imaging apparatus incorporating the same.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a lighting fixture that can uniformly illuminate an observation region with a small number of LEDs and an imaging apparatus incorporating the same.

5-6 is a figure which shows the
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the
The built-in
With reference to FIG. 7, the outer 10 extends in the circumferential direction between the outer 10 and the inner 12 that are spaced apart from each other, that is, between the
The light reflection path P may be constituted by a space as in the embodiment, or may be constituted by a solid light-transmitting resin, for example. Either the outer wall surface and / or the inner wall surface of the light reflection path P, that is, the
The aforementioned front end reflecting
Here, the reverse reflection surface 14 a functions as a part of a flange portion that protrudes radially inward from the front end portion of the inner 12 and extends in the circumferential direction of the front end portion of the
The
Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, a sleeve (observation tube) 20 having a circular cross section extending in the axial direction is integrally formed at the top of the inner 12, and an
The light emitted from the light reflection path P is reflected by the
As described above, the light emitted from the
As mentioned above, although the preferable Example of this invention was described, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to this Example. 9 and 10 show a modification. The
As described above, the
With reference to FIGS. 7 to 10, the diameter of the front end portion is larger between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the light guiding portion. More specifically, the diameter (opening area) of the
The “front end” and “rear end” will be described with reference to the conceptual diagram shown in FIG. FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a conceptual diagram of the
The
The

As described above, the
As mentioned above, although the typical Example was described as the
In addition, for example, a light source built in the imaging device 1 is separated from the imaging device 1, and the illumination device of the present invention is attached to the separated light source to illuminate the imaging region, and a camera ( You may make it image by installing an imaging device. Moreover, you may make it assemble the illuminating device of this invention with respect to the imaging system which connected the end of the optical fiber to the camera.
