Claims (2)
- 油脂を熱分解することによりバイオ石油燃料を生成するバイオ石油燃料の製造方法であって、
350℃〜380℃の温度域で油脂をゼオライト主体で、粒状、礫状、板状または筒状に形成された固形触媒に接触させる熱分解ステップと、
この温度域で発生した気体成分を冷却することによりバイオ石油燃料を得る冷却ステップとからなり、
前記熱分解ステップは、固形触媒と処理する油脂を接触させて熱分解を行う容器としての分解蒸留部内に固形触媒と処理する油脂を充填して、当該分解蒸留部を加熱することにより、分解蒸留部内の油脂を350℃から370℃程度に昇温させて熱分解することにより高級脂肪酸炭化水素鎖を低級化して石油燃料の分子鎖に近づけて、当該分解蒸留部内の油脂を、バイオディーゼル燃料成分、ガソリンに近い成分、バイオ重油分、アクロレイン、水に分解し、
前記固形触媒は、粒状、礫状、板状または筒状に形成された粘土の表面に天然ゼオライトを塗して焼成してなり、分解蒸留部中に配置されて、複数回熱分解ステップで繰り返し使用されることを特徴とするバイオ石油燃料の製造方法。
- 熱分解ステップにおける残留物を熱分解ステップの燃料として使用する、請求項1に記載のバイオ石油燃料の製造方法。
