当該遮断弁(SV)は、弁ハウジング(20)、供給開口(10)と、前記蓄圧容器(S)に面する出口開口(11)と、を備える弁室、可動のピストン(22)、および少なくとも1つのばね(23)を有しており、
前記ピストン(22)が、少なくとも1つの軸方向の接続ダクト(14)を有し、前記弁室に配置された少なくとも2つのシール要素(41、42)によって軸方向に可動な方式で案内され、
前記ピストン(22)の、前記弁室の入口領域(17)に面する第1のピストン有効面(A1)と、シール体(21)または前記弁ハウジング(20)とが弁座を形成しており、
前記弁室の、第2のピストン有効面(A2)に隣接する蓄圧器領域(19)の圧力の変化の結果として、前記ピストン(22)が軸方向に移動でき、
前記供給開口(10)と前記出口開口(11)との間に配置された通路開口(13)が可逆的に開閉可能であり、圧力が加えられていない状態においては、前記通路開口(13)が前記ばね(23)によって開状態に保持される
ことを特徴とする蓄圧システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの蓄圧容器(S2、S3)が、前記蓄圧システムにおける少なくとも1つのさらなる蓄圧容器(S1)の許容動作圧力よりも低い許容動作圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの上流の遮断弁(SV)の、前記第1のピストン有効面(A1)と、前記シール体(21)または前記弁ハウジング(20)とが、前記ピストン(22)が閉位置にあるときに、前記第1のピストン有効面(A1)の外縁の領域のシール縁(39)において封止作用が生じるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの上流の遮断弁(SV)の遮断圧力が、前記ばね(23)のばね力および前記ピストン有効面(A1、A2)によって実質的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 少なくとも1つの遮断弁(SV)、または圧力遮断弁ユニット(PSV)が、互いに直列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 少なくとも1つの遮断弁(SV)または圧力遮断弁ユニット(PSV)が、互いに並列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 遮断弁(SV)が、少なくとも2つの蓄圧容器(S、S1、S2、S3)を備える前記蓄圧システムの下流部分領域を、許容されない圧力上昇から保護し、前記少なくとも2つの蓄圧容器(S、S1、S2、S3)は互いに並列および/または直列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄圧システム。
- 許容動作圧力が異なる少なくとも2つの蓄圧容器(S、S1、S2、S3)が同じタンク充填口(265)を経由して同時に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄圧システムの動作方法。
