Claims (8)
- 正極と負極との間にセパレータを挟んで捲回した電極捲回群と、正極集電部と、負極集電部と、これらを収納した電池ケースとを含み、前記正極及び前記負極は、それぞれ、それらの基板である金属箔の露出部を有し、前記正極集電部は、その平面部に前記露出部を電気的に接続してあり、かつ、正極外部端子を電気的に接続してあり、前記負極集電部は、その平面部に前記露出部を電気的に接続してあり、かつ、負極外部端子を電気的に接続してあり、前記正極集電部及び前記負極集電部のうち少なくとも一方の前記平面部は、前記電極捲回群の捲回軸方向に沿う方向に配置してあり、前記捲回軸方向に沿う方向に配置してある前記平面部を有する前記正極集電部又は前記負極集電部を覆う部位には、ガス放出弁が設けてあり、前記露出部は、前記平面部に沿う方向に配置してあり、前記平面部と前記露出部との接合部は、前記捲回軸方向に沿う方向に配置してあることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。
- 前記電極捲回群は、捲芯を有し、前記正極集電部及び前記負極集電部は、前記捲芯に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記正極集電部及び前記負極集電部のうち少なくとも一方の、前記捲回軸方向に直交する断面の面積は、前記ガス放出弁の面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記正極集電部及び前記負極集電部のうち少なくとも一方の前記平面部の厚さは、前記捲芯の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記ガス放出弁は、前記電極捲回群の捲回軸方向の端部側に位置する前記電池ケースの少なくとも一方の底部に設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記露出部は、タブ群を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記正極外部端子及び前記負極外部端子のうち少なくとも一方は、前記平面部の端部に設置してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記電池ケースは、扁平形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の非水電解質電池。
