Description
The present invention relates to a heat insulating structure for a ceiling of a house having high workability and high energy efficiency.
Conventionally, in buildings such as houses, when using air conditioning indoors, the comfort of living space can be obtained by suppressing energy loss due to indoor heat leaks and outside air entering and exiting indoors. Insulation materials and airtight materials are installed on ceilings, floors, and outer walls.
In order to increase the energy efficiency of a house, it is generally necessary to arrange heat insulating materials on the ceiling, outer walls, floors, etc., and eliminate gaps between the heat insulating materials and the like that are not insulated and airtight. However, the construction of the heat insulating material on the ceiling part is done at a high place, and since only the edge is built as a base material, various construction methods have been developed ( For example, the following patent document 1).
In the heat insulating structure of the ceiling described in Patent Document 1 below, a ceiling heat insulating material is laid over the entire ceiling on the lower edge of the roof beam on the ceiling, and the ceiling airtight sheet material is tucked at a predetermined interval on the lower surface of the field edge. It is pasted in a fixed state. Further, a ceiling base material is continuously provided as an airtight layer and a ceiling surface material on the lower surface of the ceiling airtight sheet material, and a ceiling finishing material is fixed below the ceiling base material. And the joint part with a ceiling surface material, an outer wall, etc. is set as the structure covered with a clearance gap filling body.
By adopting such a structure, it is possible to improve the airtightness of the wooden building, while eliminating the need for continuous work by overlapping the ends of the sheet materials and filling the gaps in the housing with tape etc. To improve the workability of the airtight structure, even an unskilled worker can easily perform the work of the airtight structure, and to improve the spread of the wooden building with the airtight structure in the warm area. Is possible. "
However, according to the above heat insulating structure, the ceiling heat insulating material is inserted into the upper part from a plurality of field edges arranged at a high place at a predetermined interval, and must be arranged on the plurality of field edges. Therefore, there is a problem that the construction work is complicated and difficult.
Moreover, in order to install and fix ceiling insulation and ceiling airtight sheets across the entire ceiling without any gaps over a plurality of field edges built at high places, it is necessary to have a certain level of experience based on experience. It was not easy for workers to install.
In addition, because the ceiling insulation material laid on the field edge is made of glass wool, rock wool, urethane, etc., it is bulky on the field edge, and the space between the field edge and the roof ( There was a problem that it was difficult to effectively use the so-called attic.
Furthermore, because bulky glass wool is distributed over the entire ceiling, a large amount of glass wool must be transported to the construction site, and there is a lot of space in the place for ceiling insulation. There was a problem that it was taken and hindered smooth construction work.
This invention makes it a subject to provide the heat insulation structure of the ceiling of a house with high workability and energy efficiency in view of the said subject.
The invention of claim 1 is a ceiling heat insulating structure that imparts heat insulation and airtightness to a ceiling panel of a building, and is fixed to a plurality of field edges arranged at intervals and a lower surface side of the field edge. A thermal insulation board, a ceiling panel fixed to the lower surface of the thermal insulation board, and the gap between adjacent field edges and between the lower surface of the field edges and the upper surface of the thermal insulation board. Ri Na and a first reinforcing sheet is adhered to the lower surface and the upper surface with the insulation board, across between the respective field edge, and, arranged in the direction of extension of the respective ceiling joists The first reinforcing sheet is arranged along an upper surface of an end portion extending in a direction straddling between the field edges of the unit heat insulating board .
In this invention, since it is set as the structure which sticks and fixes a heat insulation board to the lower surface side of a field edge, installation of a heat insulation board can be performed simply. In addition, since the heat insulating material is formed in a board shape, it is easy to stick it with a certain thickness across the entire ceiling without gaps.
In addition, since the heat insulation board can be attached to the first reinforcement sheet placed on the lower surface of the field edge across the adjacent field edges, the heat insulation board can be easily airtight without loosening and distortion in the direction between the adjacent field edges. Can be laid. Moreover, even after laying the heat insulation board, the first reinforcement sheet can support the heat insulation board with airtightness without causing slack and distortion.
Moreover, since the heat insulation board is arranged on the lower surface of the field edge, the space between the field edge and the roof is not occupied.
Also, insulation board is not bulky as glass wool, are formed at a constant thickness, since the first board it is possible to make cut so as to have a predetermined plate area, the construction site It is possible to stack the heat insulating boards in a compact manner even during transportation, and it is possible to place the heat insulating boards in a compact manner without taking up any space during construction on site.
In addition, since the first reinforcing sheet is formed in a sheet shape, the thickness of the first reinforcing sheet is difficult to crack on the heat insulating board disposed on the lower surface side of the field edge, and the first reinforcing sheet is disposed. It is possible to prevent the heat insulation board from being raised at the formed position and the surface to be distorted to form a gap between the heat insulation boards .
Furthermore , since the first reinforcing sheet is arranged along the upper surface of the end portion extending in the direction straddling between the field edges of the unit heat insulation board, it does not cause the slack distortion at the end portion of the unit heat insulation board. It is possible to prevent the formation of a gap with other unit heat insulating boards that are horizontally supported.
The invention of
In the present invention, the first reinforcing sheet is attached to the upper surface of the end portion of the heat insulating board, whereas the second reinforcing sheet extends in the same direction as the end portion and forms an angle with the upper surface. Since it is arranged on the end face of the heat insulation board, it is possible to give a further rigidity to the end portion of the heat insulation board and more reliably prevent the occurrence of a gap due to slack or distortion.
The invention according to
In the present invention, since an airtight holding member is interposed in a gap between adjacent unit heat insulation boards, a gap is easily formed even when a heat insulating material is arranged on the ceiling using a plurality of unit heat insulation boards. The space between the end faces of the heat insulation board can be more reliably airtight.
According to the heat insulating structure of the ceiling of the present invention, the heat insulating board is attached to the lower surface side of the field edge and fixed, so that the heat insulating board can be laid easily and has little experience or proficiency. However, since the heat insulating material can be easily and airtightly arranged on the ceiling, the workability is high, and the heat insulating material is formed in a board shape, and is arranged across the field edges adjacent to the lower surface of the field edge. Since the heat insulation board can be attached to the first reinforcing sheet that has been made, the heat insulation board can be laid with airtightness without loosening or distortion, so that it is possible to provide an energy efficient housing heat insulation structure for the ceiling Play.

Under the above-described configuration, the first reinforcing
Next, a manufacturing method of the end member 9 and a construction method of the ceiling heat insulating structure 1 will be described.
When constructing the ceiling heat insulating structure 1, first, an end member 9 used for fixing the
The end member 9 is manufactured along the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6A, an
And as shown in the figure (b), the edge part member 9 produced beforehand is made into the predetermined space | interval, specifically, the dimension (the dimension of the edge part extended in the longitudinal direction of the one heat insulation board 5 ( That is, the same length as the end portion along the extending direction of the
When the end member 9 is installed as described above, as shown in FIG. 6B, a rectangular shape serving as a base for fixing the
In this way, the
As described above, according to the heat insulating structure 1 for the ceiling, the
Further, the
Moreover, since the
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, since the first reinforcing
