Description
Claims (11)
- 3次元医用画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記画像取得部で取得した前記3次元医用画像に基づき、血管領域を抽出する血管領域抽出部と、
前記血管領域抽出部で抽出した前記血管領域の血管形状の画像を作成する血管形状画像作成部と、
前記画像取得部で取得した前記医用画像から、灌流解析を行って、前記血管領域周辺の組織内の血流量である灌流値を解析する灌流解析部と、
前記灌流解析部で解析した前記灌流値を示す画像を作成する灌流画像作成部と、
前記血管形状画像作成部で作成した前記血管の攣縮箇所における血管形状の画像と、前記灌流画像作成部で作成した前記灌流値を示す画像のうち前記血管の攣縮箇所を含む前記血管領域周辺の組織内の画像とを合成した血管形状灌流合成画像を作成する画像合成部と、
前記画像合成部で合成した前記血管形状灌流合成画像を表示する表示部と、
を有することを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記血管形状画像作成部で作成する前記血管形状の画像は、
血管の3次元的な走行方向に沿った曲面上の血管断面の形状を現したものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記画像合成部は、前記血管の3次元的な走行方向に沿った曲面上の血管断面の形状の画像と、前記灌流画像作成部で作成した前記灌流値を示す画像のうち前記血管の攣縮箇所を含む前記血管領域の周辺の組織内の画像と、を合成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記血管領域抽出部で抽出した前記血管領域から、血管の攣縮箇所を抽出して設定する攣縮領域設定部を更に有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記画像取得部で取得した医用画像のうち、脳の医用画像を第1の領域および第2の領域に分割する領域分割部と、
前記灌流解析部で解析した灌流値のうち、前記領域分割部で分割した前記第1の領域における灌流値と前記第2の領域における灌流値を比較し差を算出する灌流値差分算出部と、
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記灌流値差分算出部は、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とを位置合わせした上で、前記第1の領域における灌流値と前記第2の領域における灌流値を比較し差を算出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記血管領域抽出部で抽出した前記血管領域から、血管の攣縮箇所を抽出して設定する攣縮領域設定部と、
前記攣縮領域設定部で抽出した血管の攣縮箇所において、前記灌流解析部で解析した灌流値、かつ前記灌流値差分算出部で算出した、前記第1の領域における灌流値および前記第2の領域における灌流値の差より、前記攣縮領域設定部で抽出した血管の攣縮箇所における危険度を評価する危険度評価部と、
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記灌流解析部で解析した灌流値の閾値、および前記灌流値差分算出部で算出した灌流値の差の閾値を格納する記憶部をさらに有し、
前記危険度評価部は、前記記憶部に格納された前記灌流値の閾値、および前記灌流値の差の閾値に基づいて危険度を評価するよう構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記画像合成部で合成した前記血管形状灌流合成画像とともに、少なくとも前記画像取得部で取得した前記医用画像、および前記危険度評価部で評価した、攣縮箇所における危険度のうちひとつを含む画像を表示するよう構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記表示部は、所定の攣縮箇所に対応した、少なくとも前記医用画像、前記血管形状灌流合成画像、および危険度のうちひとつを表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 過去検査での医用画像から作成した血管形状灌流合成画像と、現在検査における医用画像から作成した血管状態灌流合成画像との差分を算出する差分算出部と、
をさらに有し、
前記表示部は、前記差分算出部で算出した、灌流値の差分を示す画像を、前記血管形状の画像と合成して表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
