上記計量流体ローディングシステムは、該計量流体ローディングシステムに既知の容積の流体が流入するように構成された流体流入機構を備え、
上記流体流入機構は、流入流路に対応する箇所が凸部形状である第1の双安定状態から該箇所が凹部形状である第2の双安定状態へ変形することの結果として、上記計量流体ローディングシステムを作動させるように構成されている双安定膜作動装置を備える、

ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記流体流入機構は、該流体流入機構の開閉を許容するように上記リザーバと蝶番で連結されており、上記流体流入機構が開いているときには、上記微小流体装置の中に注入されるべき流体を上記流入流路の中に移動させ得、上記流体流入機構が閉じているときには、上記流体流入機構と上記リザーバとの間に気密シールが形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、上記計量流体ローディングシステムによって注入された上記流体の存在を検出するための検出要素を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、該微小流体装置に注入された上記流体と接触する、少なくとも1つの疎水性の表面を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、該微小流体装置の表面の疎水性を制御することによって、該微小流体装置の中に注入された上記流体から流体を引き込むように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、液滴駆動(electrowetting on dielectric(EWOD))装置である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の微小流体システム。 - 注入された流体が上記微小流体装置の隙間につながるよりも、上記リザーバの前面に沿って横方向に優先的に湿潤することを防ぐように、物理的手段、化学的手段、または疎水性ポリマーを追加することにより、上記リザーバの前面が疎水性である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、上部基板と下部基板とそれらの間の間隙とを含み、上記リザーバは、上記流入流路に配列された穴を含む上記上部基板と上記下部基板とのいずれか一方の上に形成されている、

ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の微小流体システム。 - 上記微小流体装置は、上記上部基板と下部基板との間に壁を備え、上記リザーバからの流体を所望の方向にある上記微小流体装置に充填するように上記穴の周囲に形成されている、
