Claims (2)

前記主成分ガスと混合する前の前記添加ガスの圧力を検出する添加ガス用圧力検出手段と、
前記添加ガスと混合する前の前記主成分ガスの圧力を検出する主成分ガス用圧力検出手段と、
前記添加ガスと混合する前の前記主成分ガスの圧力を調整する圧力調整弁と、
前記添加ガス用圧力検出手段が検出した添加ガスの圧力及び前記主成分ガス用圧力検出手段が検出した主成分ガスの圧力に応じて、前記主成分ガスの圧力が前記添加ガスの圧力未満であり、且つ前記添加ガスの圧力から前記主成分ガスの圧力を減じた圧力差が少なくとも予め設定した前記混合比率に応じた圧力差未満であるときに、前記添加ガスの圧力と前記主成分ガスの圧力との差が前記混合比率に応じた圧力差以上となるように、前記圧力調整弁を制御する圧力制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とする混合ガス製造装置。
