Claims (15)
- シリコーン製品であって、
光伝達性を有し、ポリシロキサンの群の材料を含む高分子材料と、
少なくとも一つの寸法方向において、ナノメートルの範囲の寸法を有する粒子を有する発光材料であって、該発光材料は、第1のスペクトル範囲の光を吸収し、吸収された光の一部を第2のスペクトル範囲の光に変換するように構成される発光材料と、
光伝達性不活性材料のフィラー粒子であって、前記発光材料と混和性があり、前記高分子材料内に提供されたフィラー粒子と、
を有し、
前記発光材料の粒子は、前記フィラー粒子の表面に沿って分散される、シリコーン製品。 - 前記フィラー粒子は、前記発光材料の粒子よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記発光材料は、量子ドット、量子ロッド、量子テトラポッドの少なくとも一つを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記発光材料の粒子の少なくとも60%は、これらの粒子の量子効率の低下が抑制されるよう、前記発光材料の他の粒子から分離されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記フィラー粒子は、シリカ粒子であり、または
前記フィラー粒子は、アルミナ、チタニア、シリカ、もしくは粘土のうちの一つの材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。 - 前記発光材料の粒子は、表面に有機材料の第1の層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記フィラー粒子は、表面に有機材料の第2の層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 有機材料の前記第1の層および前記第2の層の少なくとも一つは、モノレイヤであることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記フィラー粒子の表面の10%以下が、前記発光材料の粒子で被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。
- 前記発光材料の相対量は、当該シリコーン製品の少なくとも0.05wt%であり、
前記発光材料の相対量は、当該シリコーン製品の10wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。 - 前記フィラー粒子の相対量は、当該シリコーン製品の40wt%以下であり、
前記フィラー粒子の相対量は、当該シリコーン製品の重量%表示で、前記発光材料の相対量の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。 - 当該シリコーン製品は、樹脂であり、
前記高分子材料は、シリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品。 - 照明ユニットであって、
光源と、
前記光源からの光を受光するように配置された、請求項1に記載のシリコーン製品と、
を有する照明ユニット。 - 固定化された発光材料を有するシリコーン製品を製造する方法であって、
光伝達性不活性材料のフィラー粒子と、量子閉じ込めを示し、少なくとも一つの寸法方向においてナノメートルの範囲の寸法を有する粒子を含む発光材料との混合物を得るステップであって、前記発光材料の粒子は、前記フィラー粒子の表面に配置されるステップと、
前記混合物を、ポリシロキサンの群の材料を含む高分子材料と混合するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記混合物を得るステップは、
第1の溶媒中に前記フィラー粒子の第1の均一混合物を得るステップと、
第2の溶媒中に前記発光材料の第2の均一混合物を得るステップと、
前記第1の均一混合物と前記第2の均一混合物とを混合して、第3の均一混合物を得るステップと、
前記第3の均一混合物の溶媒組成を変化させることにより、または溶媒品質を変化させることにより、前記発光材料を、前記フィラー粒子上でフロキュレーションさせるステップと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシリコーン製品を製造する方法。
